Abstract
Selon l'invention, un ensemble de transmission hydrostatique comprend un premier moteur gérotor, un carter de pompe, une première pompe à déplacement variable, un second moteur gérotor et une seconde pompe à déplacement variable. Le premier moteur gérotor comprend un premier arbre de sortie aligné selon un premier axe. Le carter de pompe touche le premier moteur gérotor auquel il est raccordé. La première pompe à déplacement variable comprend un premier arbre entraîné monté sur le carter de pompe et aligné selon un second axe généralement perpendiculaire au premier axe (l'axe du premier arbre de sortie). La première pompe à déplacement variable est en communication fluidique avec le premier moteur gérotor par l'intermédiaire de passages pratiqués dans le carter de pompe. La seconde pompe à déplacement variable comprend un second arbre entraîné monté sur le carter de pompe et aligné généralement parallèlement au second axe.
