Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de générer au moins un flux de données à marquage spécifique à l'utilisateur à partir d'un flux de données présentant des segments dans une séquence chronologique. Ce procédé consiste à marquer un groupe de n segments dans le flux de données sur la base d'un modèle de marquage spécifique à l'utilisateur, ce modèle de marquage spécifique utilisateur étant sélectionné dans un ensemble de (m+1)n combinaisons de m informations de marquage et le modèle de marquage spécifique à l'utilisateur de chaque segment du groupe permettant de déterminer si on utilise pour le marquage une information de marquage et, si oui, laquelle. L'invention concerne également un procédé et un dispositif de contrôle permettant de détecter un flux de données à marquage spécifique à l'utilisateur faisant partie intégrante de l'invention. Ce procédé consiste à diviser ce flux de données marqué en segments marqués, à obtenir des informations de marquage par filtrage des segments marqués, à comparer les informations de marquage filtrées aux informations de marquage spécifiques à l'utilisateur et, en cas de dépassement d'un seuil de corrélation entre l'information de marquage filtrée et l'information de marquage spécifique à l'utilisateur, à générer un signal indicateur. L'invention concerne enfin un flux de données marqué.
