Abstract

La présente invention relève des technologies de l'information, et se rapporte à un système qui comprend des éléments constituant conjointement une structure ramifiée multiniveau qui est répartie territorialement dans au moins une région de vote, conformément à la division administrative et territoriale déterminée de ladite région de vote et à la hiérarchie entre ses éléments. Ladite structure permet : d'établir une liaison entre les éléments et un serveur à l'aide de moyens de communication Intranet acceptables ; de générer, d'une manière déterminée, des informations initiales et de les introduire dans le système, en temps réel et/ou pendant une séance de communication ; de traiter lesdites informations afin de générer une base de données unique et des bases de données annexes permettant la formation de blocs d'adresse contenant des informations associées à un même temps ou intervalle de temps, et simultanément de plusieurs objets d'information. Lesdits objets d'information sont sélectionnés dans le groupe comprenant : une pluralité de types de vote ; une pluralité de régions de vote ; une pluralité de territoires d'organisation de vote ; une pluralité d'éléments du système automatisé ; une pluralité de formations publiques présentant des candidats, notamment de partis ; une pluralité de candidats présentés ; une pluralité de candidats enregistrés ; une pluralité d'objets de vote ; une pluralité de variantes de vote ; une pluralité d'événements d'enregistrement de sujets exprimant leur volonté ; une pluralité d'événements d'expression de la volonté. Ladite structure permet également de former des blocs d'information en libre accès et de les présenter, par le biais de moyens d'affichage d'informations grand format, aux utilisateurs d'Internet, de réseaux téléphoniques fixes et de réseaux de communication mobile.
