Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Werkzeug (10) zum Entgraten von Verschneidungslinien an den Mündungsenden von Bohrungen (12), wie z.B. von Bohrungen, die seitlich in eine beispielsweise zylindrische Ausnehmung (14) münden. Das Werkzeug (10) hat einen an einem Schaft (20; 120; 221) sitzenden' Schneidkopf (22; 122; 222), der zumindest, eine Schneidkante (24) hat, die sich zumindest abschnittsweise in axialer Richtung erstreckt und aufgrund einer Relativdrehbewegung zwischen Werkzeug (10) und Werkstück (16) eine Schneidbearbeitung vornimmt. In das Werkzeug (10) ist eine Radialkraft-Erzeugungseinrichtung (30) intergriert, mit welcher der Schneidkopf (22; 122; 222), dessen Durchmesser (DS) so gewählt ist, dass er mit radialem Spiel (SR) in die Bohrung (12) einführbar ist, bei seiner Drehbewegung vorzugsweise gesteuert radial auslenkbar ist. Am Werkzeugschaft (20; 120; 220; 221) ist ein Stützelement (32; 38; 42; 44; 52) vorgesehen, mit dem durch Kontakt mit der Innenwandung (34) der Bohrung (12) die radiale Auslenkung des Schneidkopfes (22; 122; 222) in einem vorbestimmten Grenzbereiσh einstellbar ist.
