Abstract

Die Erfindung richtet sich auf ein Verfahren und ein System zur Detektion einer Annäherung an stellvorgangsbedingt bewegte Komponenten, wie beispielsweise Fahrzeugdächer, Fenster, Türen oder anderweitige mit einem elektromechanischem Antrieb verfahrbare Strukturbauteile. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, Lösungen zu schaffen, die es ermöglichen, während des Vorgangs der Positionsänderung von Bewegtkomponenten einen tiefergehenden Aufschluss auch über eine Positionsänderung der Bewegtkomponenten gegenüber einem Lebewesen, insbesondere eines Menschen zu erhalten. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch ein Verfahren zur Detektion der Annäherung vitaler Objekte an Bewegtkomponenten bei welchen kontinuierlich, oder in hinreichend kleinen Zeitabständen ein durch eine Annäherung des vitalen Objektes an die Bewegtkomponente geprägter Näherungszustand auf Grundlage feldelektrischer Wechselwirkungseffekte erfasst wird, wobei anhand abfolgend erfasster Näherungszustände die Dynamik der Näherungszustandsänderung ermittelt wird und anhand einer Korrelation der der Dynamik der Näherungszustandsänderung mit einer durch die Bewegung der Bewegtkomponente geprägten Referenzdynamik der Näherungszustand klassifiziert wird.
