上述无法确保文档的版式和打印结果总能保持一致的技术缺陷给文字处 理软件更深入的应用带来困难。 例如, 法律文件有着不可变更性、 一致性以 及版式美观性等严格的要求,要求其文件在任何情况下均有相同的打印效果, 显然现有技术无法满足这种要求。 因此现有技术面临二方面的技术难题, 其 一是如何使文字处理软件在保存文档时不受其版本影响, 将文档保存成版式 总能保持一致的版式文件; 其二是如何使不同版本的文字处理软件在打开版 式文件时, 所打印输出的版式能保持完全一致。 发明内容
本发明的第一目的是提供一种计算机版式文件生成方法, 通过将文字处 理文件在当前环境下假脱机文件的内容以图片格式储存, 使生成的版式文件 在不同操作系统和不同环境配置下总能保持一致的显示和打印效果。 进一步 的!]的是使生成的版式文件具有内容检索、 查找和定位页码、 编辑或查阅等 实用功能, 同时最大限度地减少所述版式文件的存储空间。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种计算机版式文件打开方法, 通过读取并显 示版式文件中存储的图片, 保证所述版式文件具有相同的显示和打印效果。 进一步的目的是使打开的版式文件具有内容检索、 查找和定位页码、 编辑或 查阅内容等实用功能, 并根据以编辑方式打开的指令, 继续编辑原文件。

打开方式一: 以只读方式打开版式文件。 该打开方式仅读入版式文件中 的图片, 打开后只能查阅版式内容, 不可编辑, 但可以插入数字签名、 电子 签章或批注等内容。
打开方式二: 以编辑方式打开版式文件。 该打开方式仅读入版式文件的 文档数据, 按照标准的排版流程将所述文档数据灌入文档中, 进行排版和显 示内容, 用户可任意编辑文字或者对象。
版式文件的打开方法可以包括读入版式文件属性中保存的纯文本内容, 也可以包括读入版式文件每页缩略图,实现了版式文件打开后进行内容检索、 查找和定位版式文件页码、 编辑或查阅其内容等实用功能。 在打开所述版式 文件时, 可检测版式文件中是否附带版式文件阅读器, 如有则可以运行所述 版式文件阅读器, 将所述版式文件中的图片加载到所述版式文件阅读器中。 本发明利用所述版式文件阅读器, 可在网页环境下打开显示效果完全一致的 版式文件, 使本发明具备在因特网 (Internet )上打开版式文件的功能。

普通文件: 指文字处理软件默认保存的文件格式, 如 Microsof t Word默 认保存的文件格式为 *. doc, 或其它文字处理软件所保存的文件格式。
版式文件: 指在文字处理软件中打印一致的特殊文件, 该文件在不同软 硬件环境下总是能够保持打印效果一致。 一般情况下, 用文字处理打开这种 文件后, 其显示效果也是一致的, 不可编辑原有内容, 但可以插入数字签名、 电子签章或批注等内容。
可编辑的版式文件: 指同时保存版式和原数据的文字处理文件, 打开后 可继续编辑原有内容, 保存时自动更新版式数据。
可进行内容检索的版式文件: 在版式文件的基础上, 保存文件时同时将 全文纯文本内容保存在文件属性中, 方便对版式文件进行全文检索。
缩略图: 将页面显示内容缩小显示成图片, 便于快速查阅和定位页码。 假脱机文件 ( Pr inter Spool Fi le ) : 文字处理软件打印文字处理文档 时, 操作系统在计算机中生成的临时文件, 将打印的文件用一种特殊的增强 图元格式复制到该临时文件中。 当假脱机文件创建完毕后, 文字处理软件可 以在后台将假脱机文件送往打印机。 因此, 假脱机文件是在特定环境包括软 硬件设备和设置而打印出的结果。

步骤 A34、 设置版式文件缩略图描述区, 同时将所述图片转换成每页缩 略图保存在该缩略图描述区中;
步骤 A35、 将可嵌入网页运行的版式文件阅读器封装储存;
步骤 A40、 将上述步驟的所有信息封装成版式文件。
在图 1所示的本发明优选技术方案中, 步骤 A20前包括统计文字处理文 档总页数的步骤 A15 , 使本技术方案可根据所述总页数信息预先设置所述图 片的转换次数和存储位置, 并初步规划所述版式文件的大小, 加快后续步骤 的处理速度。 步骤 A30中的版式文件信息包括文件头信息和总页数信息, 其 中, 所述文件头信息中存储有所述图片大小、 格式、 标识、 存储位置等相关 信息, 所述总页数信息是反映版式文件大小的相关信息。
在图 2所示的本发明优选技术方案中, 步骤 A21对所述图片进行压缩处 理和 /或设置所述图片显示参数, 使所述图片可以以彩色、 黑白、 灰度或水印 形式存储, 可有效地减少所述图片的存储空间。 所述步骤 A21可以是:
( A )采用压缩算法对所述图片进行压缩处理;
( B )降^ ί氐分辨率, 将用于屏幕显示的图片的分辨率减少到 96 dpi , 将用 于打印的图片的分辨率减少到 200 dpi;
( C )改变图片颜色显示方式, 提供彩色、 黑白、 灰度和水印等效果选择, 显然, 黑白显示比彩色显示节省了图片存储空间; 通过步骤 A21 , 本发明可根据各种需要存储相应形式的图片, 并有效地 减少图片的容量, 最大限度地减少了版式文件的存储空间。
在图 2所示的本发明优选技术方案中, 通过在所述版式文件中添加相关 内容等步骤, 可在所述版式文件中附带更多的信息, 进一步扩展版式文件的 功能,使用户方便、快捷地浏览和查找版式文件的版式和内容。其中步驟 A33 为设置版式文件属性描述区, 并在所述属性描述区中以纯文本形式保存文字 处理文档的全部文字内容。 具体地说, 将所述文字内容保存在版式文件属性 的 "备注" 字段中, 使用户方便对版式文件进行内容检索。 步骤 A34为设置 版式文件缩略图描述区, 将利用所述图片形成的每页缩略图储存在所述缩略 图描述区中, 用户可以通过每页缩略图方便、 快速地查找和定位版式文件的 页码。 步骤 A35为在版式文件生成的同时, 一并保存版式文件阅读器。 所述 版式文件阅读器为图片浏览器, 可直接打开本发明生成的版式文件。 更重要 的是所述版式文件阅读器可嵌入网页运行, 使本发明生成的版式文件具备在 网页环境下运行的功能, 提供了向因特网发布版式文件的绝佳方法, 扩展了 本发明的应用领域。
因特网发布信息的传统方法一般为是将文字处理文件保存为网页 ( Html ) 文件,但是生成的网页文件的版式往往与文字处理软件中原有版式差别炯异, 对于严格要求版式一致的应用场合, 如政府公文, 就失去了公文的权威性和 法律上的严肃性, 无法完全满足需要。 本发明版式文件阅读器可嵌入网页运 行, 利用本发明方法生成的版式文件, 结合版式文件阅读器, 可向因特网 ( Internet )发布显示效果完全一致的版式文件。
显然, 上述步骤 A33 、 A34和 A35具有一定的独立性, 既可以单独存在, 也可以以任意组合、 任意次序加入到本发明的处理流程中。
通过步骤 A15—A40的处理,所生成的版式文件中已经存储了图片和必要 的版式文件信息, 确保了显示和打印时版式效果的一致。 但由于该保存方式 的版式文件只保存的图片, 所以只能以只读方式打开, 用于浏览和查阅, 不 可编辑显示内容, 但可以插入数字签名、 电子签章或批注等内容。 图 3为本发明计算机版式文件生成方法中生成方式二的流程图, 在图 2 所示的技术方案中增加步驟 A10:
步骤 A10、 将所述文字处理文档的数据内容保存成版式文件文档数据。 图 3所示的本发明优选技术方案使本发明具有更广泛的应用价值, 为用 户提供多种使用方式, 满足曰益发展的个性化需求。 图 3所示的技术方案生 成了一种保存数据内容和图片的版式文件, 该版式文件既保存数据, 又保存 版式, 对该生成方式生成的版式文件设置不同的打开指令, 可分别打开文档 数据或图片。 如果以打开文档数据的方式打开版式文件, 则为以编辑方式打 开, 用户可进行排版和编辑; 如果以打开版式的方式打开版式文件, 则为以 只读方式打开, 用户不可编辑版式内容。 显然, 图 3所示的技术方案不仅实 现了版式一致的发明目的, 而且具有可编辑的扩展功能。
通过图 3所示的步骤 A10— A40的处理,所生成的版式文件中既存储了图 片和必要的文件信息, 也存储了文字处理文档的数据内容, 既确保了版式效 果一致, 又具备以编辑方式打开版式文件的功能, 用户可实现排版和编辑。

通过步骤 B10— B39的处理,完全读入了版式文件中的图片和必要文件信 息, 并实现了与原版式的一致。 应说明的是, 在图 5所示的步骤 B30中, 版 式文件中图片的读入及显示处理可采用多种方式实现, 既可以是直接以图片 格式显示, 也可以是将所述图片装载到相应文档中, 作为该文件的图片对象 显示出来。 在图 6所示的优选技术方案中, 本发明采用将版式文件的图片装 载在文字处理文档中的读入、 显示方式, 步骤 B31所创建的文字处理文档为 所述版式文件转换前所对应的文档类型。 该种读入方式将所述图片放置在相 同的运行环境下, 具有更直观的效果。 显然, 该打开方式为只读方式, 只用 于浏览、 查阅和打印, 不可编辑版式内容, 但可以对版式之外的区域进行编 辑, 如插入批注、 电子签章等。
在图 6所示的优选技术方案中, 考虑到对显示和打印效果的不同需求, 本发明设置了步骤 B34和 B35, 对所读入的图片进行解压缩处理以及显示参 数设置, 最大限度地给用户提供更丰富的选择。 步骤 B34的处理过程基本上 是图 2步骤 A21处理的逆过程, 步骤 B35可使所述图片以彩色、 黑白、 灰度 或水印形式显示和打印。
在图 6所示的优选技术方案中, 版式文件打开过程中还可以同时读入版 式文件附带的其它信息, 为用户后续浏览、 查找操作提供数据。 可以读入所 述版式文件属性中以纯文本形式保存的内容, 具体地说, 是从版式文件属性 的 "备注" 字段中读入纯文本内容, 使用户方便对版式文件内容进行检索; 也可以读入版式文件的每页缩略图, 使用户可以通过每页缩略图方便、 快速 地查找和定位版式文件页码。 更进一步地, 在打开版式文件时, 还可以检测 版式文件是否附带版式文件阅读器, 如有则运行所述版式文件阅读器, 将所 述版式文件中的图片加载到所述版式文件阅读器中。 所述版式文件阅读器可 以是图片阅览器, 能嵌入网页运行, 实现在网页环境下直接打开版式文件。 因此, 本优选方案为在因特网 ( Interne t )上使用版式文件提供了绝佳的方 法, 扩展了本发明的应用领域。 上述的处理过程具有一定的独立性, 既可以 分别加入到图 6所示的流程中, 也可以以任意组合、 任意次序加入到本发明 打开版式文件的处理流程中。
在图 6所示的打开版式文件的具体流程中, 步骤 B36可以将所插入的图 片设置成 "浮在文字上方" , 步骤 B39可以设置文档为只读状态。
图 7为本发明计算机版式文件打开方法中打开方式二的流程图,具体为: 步骤 C10、 检测版式文件是否存储版式文件文档数据, 如没有则直接执 行步骤 B10, 如有则执行步骤 C20; 步骤 C20、 确定打开方式, 如以编辑方式打开版式文件则执行步骤 C30, 如以只读方式打开版式文件则执行步骤 B10;
步骤 C30、 新建空白文字处理文档;
步驟 C40、 读入版式文件文档数据;
步骤 C50、 将所述文档数据按照普通方式灌入所述文字处理文档, 进行 布局和排版;
步骤 C60、 显示第一页内容或上次保存时光标所在位置页内容。
其中步骤 B10为图 6所示技术方案中读入文件头信息步骤, 即以只读方 式打开版式文件。 本技术方案可以使用户采用二种方式打开版式文件, 是本 发明打开版式文件方法的扩展。 当采用以编辑方式打开版式文件时, 该打开 方式仅读入版式文件的文档数据 , 按照标准的排版流程将所述文档数据灌入 文档中, 进行排版和显示内容, 用户可任意编辑文字或者对象。 当采用以只 读方式打开版式文件时, 同图 6所示的技术方案, 这里不再赘述。
同样, 在图 7所示的打开方式中, 所述文档数据的读入和显示也可以釆 用多种方式实现, 图 7所示的技术方案只是其中一种方式。 实际上, 也可以 采用载入文字处理软件, 用所述文字处理软件直接打开文档数据的方式, 这 里不再 说明。
所应说明的是, 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制, 尽 管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理 解, 可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而不脱离本发明技术 方案的精神和范围。

步骤 B30、 根据解析所述文件头信息和文件总页数, 读入并显示版式文 件中的图片。
12.如权利要求 11所述的计算机版式文件打开方法,其中,所述步骤 B30 中读入版式文件的图片进一步包括对所述图片进行解压缩处理的步驟。

14.如权利要求 11所述的计算机版式文件打开方法, 其中, 还包括读入 所述版式文件缩 图描述区中用于页码检索的每页缩微图的步骤。
15.如权利要求 11— 14任一所述的计算机版式文件打开方法, 其中, 还 包括检测版式文件是否附带版式文件阅读器的步驟, 如有则可以运行所述版 式文件阅读器, 将所述版式文件中的图片加载到所述版式文件阅读器中。
16.如权利要求 11一 14任一所述的计算机版式文件打开方法, 其中, 还 包括检测版式文件是否存储版式文件文档数据的步骤 , 如有则可以以编辑方 式打开版式文件的指令, 执行下述步骤:
步骤 C30、 新建空白文字处理文档;
步驟 C40、 读入版式文件的文档数据;
步驟 C5 Q、 将文档数据输入到所述文字处理文档中, 进行布局和排版。
