发明内容
为了克服现有的组立式桌腿的桌子所存在的整个桌子加工装配复杂成本增 加及桌腿与桌面板之间拆、装不方便的不足,本发明提供一种组立式桌腿的桌子, 该桌子加工装配简单方便而且制造成本低, 桌腿与桌面板之间拆、 装十分方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 一种组立式桌腿的桌子, 包 括一桌面板和若干桌腿,桌面板底部设有与桌腿相接的连接位,桌腿呈直立状联 接在桌面板的连接位;所述连接位和桌腿上端部之间采用螺纹连接方式,且所述 桌腿上设有供工具插入以转动桌腿的被插接部。
所述被插接部设于桌腿的底面, 且其横截面为非圆形。
另匹配有一工具, 其具有一手柄部和一固定于手柄部的插接部, 插接部可 移动但不可转动地插接于被插接部。
所述被插接部为被插接槽或被插接孔, 其横截面为三角形、 四角形、 五角 形或六角形。
所述连接位包括内埋于桌面板内的螺母, 该螺母的螺紋孔显露于桌面板底
面; 桌腿上部埋设有螺栓, 该螺栓的螺杆凸伸于桌腿上端面; 其中, 桌腿的螺栓 螺接于螺母。

具体实施方式
一种组立式桌腿的桌子, 如图 1、 2、 3所示, 包括一桌面板 1、 四个桌腿 2 及一工具 3。桌面板 1底部的四个角落均设有与桌腿 2相接的连接位 11, 桌腿 2 呈直立状联接在桌面板 1的连接位 11。
如图 4所示, 桌面板 1包括面板 12、 底板 13、 蜂窝板 14、 内衬件 15及加 强件 16。
面板 12由吸塑或塑料挤出板直接加工而成,其可以是单层板或是由该单层 板复合而成的多层板, 该面板 12的厚度一般在 0.3毫米至 4毫米之间, 该面板 12所采用的材料可以是 ABS、 PP、 PS。 面板 12的表面印刷有印刷层或复合有 薄膜层,印刷层上带有木紋或大理石等天然材质的颜色,薄膜层上带有木紋或大 理石等天然材质的颜色。根据需要,面板表面可以复合具有各种木纹、大理石等 天然材质颜色的转印薄膜, 转印后去除薄膜, 喷涂热固化或光固化的光油层, 以 增加表面的硬度和耐候性。 面板 12的周边缘向下延伸成上周边。
底板 13上设有四个第一让位通孔 131、 十二个第一定位卡座 132及两个第 二定位卡座 133, 其由吸塑或塑料挤出板直接加工而成, 其可以是单层板或是由 该单层板复合而成的多层板。 其中, 四个第一让位通孔 131分别位于底板 13的 四个角落; 十二个第一定位卡座 132均匀排成四排, 每排的三个第一定位卡座 13可拆卸地卡设一个桌腿 2; 两第二定位卡座 133排布成 L形, 用于可拆卸地 卡设工具 3。 该底板 13的厚度一般在 0.3毫米至 4毫米之间, 该底板 13所采用 的材料可以是 ABS、 PP、 PS等。 底板 13的表面印刷有印刷层或复合有薄膜层, 印刷层上带有木紋或大理石等天然材质的颜色,薄膜层上带有木紋或大理石等天 然材质的颜色。 根据需要, 底板 13表面可以复合具有各种木紋、 大理石等天然 材质颜色的转印薄膜, 转印后去除薄膜, 喷涂热固化或光固化的光油层, 以增加 表面的硬度和耐候性。 底板 13的周边缘向上延伸成下周边, 该下周边向内吸出 一个高度等于面板 12厚度的让位台阶。
蜂窝板 14的上表面和下底面分别固定黏结于面板 12和底板 13, 其为单层 蜂窝纸板或多层蜂窝纸板。单层蜂窝纸板包括底纸、面纸和蜂窝纸,底纸和面纸 分别黏接蜂窝纸的上下面。多层蜂窝纸板是由两层或两层以上的单层蜂窝纸板黏 结而成, 其中, 各个单层蜂窝纸板的形状和尺寸可以相同, 也可不同。
内衬件 15沿蜂窝板 14四周边完全固定黏结包覆蜂窝板 14, 其固定设于面 板 12与底板 13之间。内衬件 15整个形状为封闭的矩形框架,其横截面为 ϋ形, U形内衬件 15横片的上表面焊接有四个螺母 4, 而且 U形内衬件 15的该横片上 开设有四个第二让位通孔 151,该第二让位通孔 151和第一让位通孔 131位置相 对应。 内衬件 15为管件、型材、塑料件、五金件或由上述配合所构成的复合件, 其可通过挤出、 拉管或机械加工成所需形状。
加强件 16整个形状为封闭的矩形框架, 其卡设于 U形内衬件 15开口处。 加强件 16为管件、 型材、 塑料件、 五金件或由上述配合所构成的复合件。 加强 件 16以卡接、 螺紋连接或焊接方式固定于 U形内衬件 15开口处。 加强件 16上 表面固定于面板 12。
底板 13的下周边的内侧面固定黏结于内衬件 15的外侧周面,面板 12的上 周边的内侧面固结于下周边的外侧面,且上周边的端面固定贴结于让位台阶。其 中,底板 13的下周边和面板 12的上周边配合构成重合边,该重合边通过焊接或
胶水连接成一体; 底板 13、 面板 12和内衬件 15、 加强件 16之间重合处也可通 过焊接或胶水连接成一体。
如图 4所示, 上述的第一让位通孔 131轴线、 第二让位通孔 151轴线及螺 母 4轴线同轴,其相配合使得该螺母 4的螺紋孔显露于桌面板 1底面。其中,第 一让位通孔 131、 第二让位通孔 151及螺母 4配合构成连接位 11。
如图 5所示, 桌腿 2为截面圆形的管体。
如图 4所示,桌腿 2上端内焊接有一固定片 21,其中固定片 21上开设有一 联接孔 211。另设有一螺栓 5, 螺栓头固定焊接于固定片 21底面, 且螺杆穿过联 接孔 211并凸伸于桌腿 2上端面。
桌腿 2下端内固定有一联接片 22,该联接片 22上开设有非圆形的供工具 3 插入以转动桌腿 2的被插接孔 221, 其横截面为六角形。 另匹配有堵头 23固定 联接于桌腿 2下端部, 该堵头 23上设有可供工具 3穿过的贯穿孔 231。
工具 3具有一手柄部 31和一固定于手柄部 31的插接部 32,插接部 32可移 动但不可转动地插接于被插接孔 221。 使用时, 工具 3的插接部 32穿过贯穿孔 61并插入被插接孔 221内转动桌腿 2, 可轻松将桌腿 2拧紧于螺母 4。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围, 即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明 专利涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种组立式桌腿的桌子, 其桌面板底部设有与桌腿相接的连接位, 连接位和桌腿上端部之间采用螺紋连接方式连接, 在桌腿上设有供工具插入以 转动桌腿的被插接部。 本发明结构简单, 安装实用方便, 具有良好的工业实用 性。
Claims
1. 一种组立式桌腿的桌子,包括一桌面板和若干桌腿,桌面板底部设有与桌腿 相接的连接位,桌腿呈直立状联接在桌面板的连接位;所述连接位和桌腿上 端部之间釆用螺紋连接方式,且所述桌腿上设有供工具插入以转动桌腿的被 插接部。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种组立式桌腿的桌子,其特征是:所述被插接部设 于桌腿的底面, 且其横截面为非圆形。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种组立式桌腿的桌子,其特征是: 另匹配有一 工具,其具有一手柄部和一固定于手柄部的插接部,插接部可移动但不可转 动地插接于被插接部。
4. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种组立式桌腿的桌子,其特征是:所述被插接 部为被插接槽或被插接孔, 其横截面为三角形、 四角形、 五角形或六角形。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种组立式桌腿的桌子,其特征是:所述连接位包括 内埋于桌面板内的螺母,该螺母的螺纹孔显露于桌面板底面;桌腿上部埋设 有螺栓, 该螺栓的螺杆凸伸于桌腿上端面; 其中, 桌腿的螺栓螺接于螺母。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的一种组立式桌腿的桌子,其特征是:所述桌面板为复 合板, 其包括:
面板及底板:
, 填充于面板与底板之间的蜂窝板;
起着桌面板和外界零部件之间的连接作用或同时为加强作用的内衬件, 其夹于面板与底板之间的若干需要连接或加强位置;
其中, 螺母固定联接于内衬件上, 且底板上开设有匹配于螺母螺纹孔的 第一让位通孔。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的一种组立式桌腿的桌子,其特征是:所述内衬件沿蜂 窝板四周边完全包覆蜂窝板内芯, 内衬件横截面为 U形;螺母焊接于 U形内 衬件横片的上表面, 而且该横片上开设有匹配于螺母螺纹孔的第二让位通 孔。
8. 根据权利要求 5所述的一种组立式桌腿的桌子,其特征是:所述桌腿为管件, 其上端固设有一固定片,其中周定片上开设有一联接孔;螺栓的螺栓头固定
于固定片底面, 且其螺杆穿过联接孔并凸伸于桌腿上端面。
9. 根据权利要求 4所述的一种组立式桌腿的桌子,其特征是:所述桌腿为管件, 其下端固定有连接片; 该连接片上开设有被插接孔。
10.根据权利要求 3所述的一种组立式桌腿的桌子, 其特征是: 所述桌面板底面 设有个数等同于桌腿根数的第一定位卡座, 桌腿可拆卸地卡设于第一定位卡 座;所述桌面板底面设有第二定位卡座,工具可拆卸地卡设于第二定位卡座。
