Abstract

La présente invention concerne une prothèse dentaire (1) qui peut être fixée à un implant (3) au moyen d'une vis (2), et comprend: une première ouverture (4) destinée à l'introduction d'une tête de vis (7); une seconde ouverture (5) destinée au passage d'une tige de vis (10), la seconde ouverture (5) ayant un diamètre limité par rapport à celui de la première ouverture (4); et une surface d'appui (8) pour la tête de vis (7), disposée de façon coaxiale avec un axe médian (6) des ouvertures (4, 5), la surface d'appui (8) orientée vers la tête de vis (7), ayant un vecteur normal avec une composante directionnelle qui forme un angle droit avec l'axe médian (6) de la seconde ouverture (5), et pointe en direction opposée de l'axe médian (6). Une surface d'appui (9) de la vis (2), orientée vers la tête de vis (7), est conçue pour correspondre à la surface d'appui (8) de la prothèse dentaire (1), au moins dans l'état de fixation.
