Description

Description
REAL-TIME DIALOG AND GUIDANCE SERVICE SYSTEM
PROVIDED TO VISITORS BY WEBSITE OPERATOR IN
ORDER TO SECURE CUSTOMERS
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a real-time dialog and guidance service system provided to visitors by a website operator in order to secure customers. Particularly, in a web server, users are assigned with unique temporary IDs, which are automatically created using an IP and a session. It is thus possible to solve users' inconvenience of having to use a website simply, such as member subscription or login. An operator can assign temporary IDs to all users as soon as they access a web server through an operator server. Thus, the operator can first attempt a dialog to all visitors, and can transfer a variety of messages to the visitors. It enables positive marketing to users who visit the website, thus constructing rapid information transfer and reliability between the users and the operator. The operator can find out information, which is difficult for a user to find within the website, can instantly move the screen of the user sever, and can open a new window to the user. Furthermore, in a state where the operator logs in the operator server, if a user requests a dialog through the web server, the operator server can inform the operator of the fact through alarm. It is unnecessary to download an additional program when using a website, such as dialog or chatting.
[2]
Background Art
[3] In the prior art, in order to employ information such as contents, a community and counsel, users who access a website require databased (OfB) unique IDs. Even when website information is simply used, users have to experience an unnecessary user ID registration process.
[4] Furthermore, a variety of types related to conventional dialog and guidance services are described.
[5] First, Cyworld has a function of exchanging instant messages in real-time, but has a form in which members exchange instant messages after login. Cyworld is not a dialog (chatting window) form.
[6] Second. SayClub enables chatting between members without installing a chatting program, but requires members to login after member subscription.
[7] Third, some of chatting sites require an ActiveX program or an execution program to be installed in a personal server in order to perform chatting without member subscription. [8] Fourth, some sites provided a real-time chatting (dialog) with an operator after login after member subscription, but now have all stopped service. The site adopted a simple bulletin modified form in which all persons can share information in opened space not an 1 : 1 form of a website visitor and an operator. In this case, a visitor became not a unique ID, hindering separate dialog.
[9] All the conventional sites require that a program for member subscription or a dialog/counsel community be installed. However, the present invention can provide a smooth community between users and an operator without member subscription or the installation of a program.
[10] Therefore, there is an urgent need for the development of a system in which users' inconvenience of having to use a website simply can be solved, an operator can attempt a dialog to all visitors and can transfer a variety of messages to the visitors, enabling positive marketing to users who visit the website and thus constructing rapid information transfer and reliability between the users and the operator, the operator can also find out information, which is difficult for a user to find within the website, instantly move the screen of the user sever, and open a new window to the user, in a state where the operator logs in the operator server, if a user requests a dialog through the web server, the operator server can inform the operator of the fact through alarm, and it is unnecessary to download an additional program when using a website, such as dialog or chatting.

[38] The web server 200 has a function of, when the user gains access to the website through the user server, automatically creating the user's unique temporary ID by reading the user's session and IP in order to discriminate the unique temporary ID from member login access, or allowing the user to input a conversation title in order to automatically assign the input conversation title as a unique user ID, a function of databasing the created temporary ID, a function of automatically becoming extinct the temporary ID when the session is terminated, a function of removing the created temporary ID from a database, a function of setting the databased temporary ID list to be displayed to only the operator or all visitors, a function of setting a displayed operator ID to be displayed to all visitors, or checking a operator login state (refer to a figure F in FIG. 12) in order not to be shown to bad visitors in a portion in which the operator login state is shown to a user (refer to the figure A), a function of, in a dialog between user's temporary IDs, which are automatically created upon access to the website, or a dialog between a user and a login operator ID, sending mutual conversation contents to corresponding IDs, storing received conversation contents, and allowing each ID (the user and the operator) to automatically scan the stored contents in real-time in order to confirm the conversation contents.
[39] The operator server 300 has a function of allowing the operator to log in to a website therethrough and view a databased temporary ID list, and a function of sending a dialog between the user's temporary IDs or conversation contents between a user and a login operator ID, storing received conversation contents, and sending and storing a message in order for each ID (the user and the operator) to confirm the conversation contents through automatic scanning in real-time.
[40] In this case, the operator can instantly move a page or information, which is desired by the user, to a desired page screen using an ID, an IP and a session. Furthermore, when the operator logs in to the operator server, if the user requests a dialog through the web server, the operator server can inform the operator of the fact through alarm.
[41] The real-time dialog and guidance service system provided to visitors in order for a website operator to secure customers according to the present invention is described below in detail.
[42] FIG. 3 is a conceptual view for describing dialog and access management between an operator and users employing the systems of the present invention.
[43] As illustrated in FIG. 3, the operator can have a talk with a plurality of users (that is, visitors) at the same time, and can manage a plurality of visitors.
[44] FIG. 4 is a view illustrating a user screen displayed when an operator logs in according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[45] As illustrated in FIG. 4, all user who gain access to a website can confirm the operator's login state as illustrated by A (a dialog window). When the operator logs in to the operator server, if the user requests dialogue through the web server, the operator server can notify the operator of the fact through alarm.
[46] FIG. 5 is a view illustrating a user screen displayed when an operator logs out according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[47] As illustrated in FIG. 5, when the operator logs out, a dialog window in which the user of the figure A will have a talk with the operator is not displayed.
[48] FIG. 6 is a view illustrating a screen in which a temporary ID is assigned to a visitor list according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[49] As illustrated in FIG. 6, only the operator or all visitors can view the ID list of all kinds of access types that are connected to a site in an access member view window. Furthermore, in the visitor list of the manager page, member access and general visitors can be discriminated. Thus, the operator can employ an access method to the visitors efficiently.
[50] FIG. 7 is a view illustrating a screen on which a dialog window is popped up by clicking a visitor ID according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[51] As illustrated in FIG. 7, the operator can first attempt a dialog by popping up the dialog window by clicking on the ID list of users of the figure B in the operator screen, or the user can first attempt a dialog through writing in the figure A as illustrated in FIG. 4. Furthermore, as illustrated in FIG. 6, if users are allowed to see the visitor list, they can have a talk with each other by clicking on their IDs.
[52] FIG. 8 is a view illustrating a dialog window screen of an operator according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a view illustrating a dialog window screen of a user according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[53] As illustrated in FIGS. 8 and 9, dialog contents are displayed on the dialog window of the operator and the user. The operator can pop up several dialog windows, and can guide dialog with several visitors. The operator can block a dialog attempt by bad members.
[54] FIG. 10 is a view illustrating a dialog window screen of an operator, for changing a user's web page according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11 is a view illustrating a user screen modified by an operator according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[55] As illustrated in FIG. 10, if a user questions "Ink-stick rubbing store", the operator clicks on a screen to be displayed to the user, copies a corresponding address figure D of a Window address window, automatically inputs the copied figure to a modified figure C of a web page of the user, and instantly changes and shows the user screen using a corresponding IP, session and ID. FIG. 11 illustrates the user's web page moved by the operator. This is described below in more detail.
[56] In the case of a system in which the operator finds out web information by moving the user screen to a new window or a web page, an address input window is configured in which the operator can input the address of a web page to be displayed to the user in a dialog window page in which the user and the operator have a talk with each other. In this state, if the operator inputs an address and clicks on a website, the contents of a web database is changed. The user can see a user page in which a corresponding connection page is displayed as a new window (or a sub page of a corresponding page) input by the operator with reference to the changed contents of the web database.
[57] For example, if The Korean Intellectual Property Office's link address is fixed to the dialog window, The Korean Intellectual Property Office's website will appear upon click. If an address artificially input by the operator is sought to be displayed on the screen, the operator can show a desired page. Furthermore, the operator and the user are connected to the location of the same web page while the dialog window is displayed. Thus, it is changed by the database data (a linked web page address) changed by the operator.
[58] FIG. 12 is a view illustrating a blocking menu of a visitor list of an operator page, for allowing an operator to block dialog so that the dialog window (figure A) is not seen by bad members according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[59] As illustrated in FIG. 12, the operator can block a dialog so that the dialog window
(figure A) is not seen to bad visitors using an IP and cookies of a user server by clicking on a blocking menu (figure F) of the visitor list of the operator page.
[60] Although the specific embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
[61]
Industrial Applicability
[62] As described above, according to the present invention, in a web server, users are assigned with unique temporary IDs, which are automatically created using an IP and a session.
