Abstract

L’invention concerne un frein utilisé en particulier dans les travaux de menuiserie dans l'industrie du bâtiment, comprenant entre autres un carter (1), un curseur (2) et des éléments (3, 7) qui appuient le curseur contre le carter, caractérisé en ce que: on utilise des éléments à ressort (12), des surfaces de freinage mettent en contact (1) et (12), on utilise des éléments roulants pour assurer la mise en contact des surfaces de freinage (10), les éléments (11, 12) appuyant le curseur contre le carter font partie du curseur; le mécanisme qui appuie le curseur contre le carter utilise tantôt un excentrique (18), tantôt un levier, tantôt des clavettes (11, 10), tantôt la pression (élasticité) d'un centre (12), le mécanisme de pression contenu dans le curseur est actionné par des forces d'inertie avec utilisation de clavettes (11, 10), d'excentriques, de leviers ou il est actionné à distance par utilisation des mêmes centres ou d'autres, il utilise un freinage automatique par secteur par l'utilisation au choix du magnétisme, de l'élasticité du centre de friction, d'éléments de niveau excentrique à ressort (20, 21, 22), en liaison avec la modification et la stabilisation - ou non - des emplacements du curseur, en utilisant les mêmes centres.
