Only subscriber #x can access his/her own private music files and the download of the music files is limited to a single mobile device at a time, which is ensured by the SIM/USIM card which is in a way hardwired to the mobile device.

  • a playback unit is provided for playing music files, either from mass storage 330 via downloading or from internal music memory 375.
  • An authentication unit 370 is also provided in the mobile terminal, said authentication unit 370 may be identical to the SIM/USIM mechanism of the mobile terminal.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne des moyens et des procédés qui permettent de télécharger en toute légalité vers un serveur éloigné ou depuis ce dernier dans un système d'accès radio public et depuis un terminal mobile ou à destination de ce dernier. Le procédé consiste à commander l'accès au téléchargement en liaison avec un abonnement de l'utilisateur.
