Abstract

Le procédé consiste à utiliser deux demi-moules (1, 2) comportant des cavités de soufflage (3, 4) et des éléments de moulage par poinçonnage (5, 6), à placer un manchon de moulage (7) entre lesdites cavités (3, 4) lorsque les demi-moules (1, 2) sont ouverts, à injecter de l'air sous pression à l'intérieur du manchon de moulage (7) afin de gonfler ce dernier, jusqu'à ce qu'une partie du manchon soit située entre les éléments de moulage par poinçonnage (5, 6), et à fermer les demi-moules (1, 2) afin d'enfermer une partie gonflée du manchon de moulage (7) entre lesdites cavités (3, 4), pour former un récipient, et d'enfermer la partie du manchon située entre les éléments de moulage par poinçonnage (5, 6), pour former un bouchon et un cordon reliant le bouchon au récipient.
