所述呼叫状态检测模块用于, 在检测到所在终端发起呼叫时, 触发所 述播放模块播放所述存储模块中的预设回铃音; 在检测到需要接听语音通 道信号时, 则对所述播放作相应处理以使主叫用户正常接听来自语音通道 的信号。
本发明的实施例利用通信终端播放本地铃声的能力 , 在呼叫发起后播 放本地预设的铃声直至需要接听语音通道信号时, 再重新打开语音通道。 从而, 主叫终端无需被迫听被叫终端定制的回铃音, 可以自行决定所喜欢 的回铃音; 而且由于主叫终端自行定制的回铃音是通过该终端自身的扩音 器声道播放的本地铃声, 因此, 既无需为彩铃功能的增值服务向网络运营 商支付额外的费用, 减少了移动终端用户的负担; 又可以避免回铃音的质 量受网络的影响, 提高了稳定性。

图 4是根据本发明的另一实施例的通信终端的主要组成结构框图; 图 5是根据本发明的另一实施例的主叫时播放回铃音的方法流程图。 具体实施方式 为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图对本 发明 #丈进一步的详细描述。 本发明的实施例中, 主叫终端通过对呼叫过程各状态的检测, 控制主 叫终端在等待接通时, 播放本地预设的回铃音; 在接通时, 使双方能够进 行通话; 在超时时, 接收网络侧播放的超时提示音。 本发明的实施例的一种具体实现方式中, 主叫终端在发起呼叫时对自 身声道进行自主切换, 关闭用于播放语音的语音通道, 开启播放铃声的扩 音器声道。 主叫终端通过检测, 接收来自网络侧的被叫终端开始振铃的通 知, 如果收到通知则通过主叫终端的扩音器声道播放本地预设的回铃音; 并通过检测, 接收来自网络侧的被叫终端接听通知, 如果收到被叫终端接 听通知则打开语音通道与被叫终端进行通话; 如果该呼叫超时, 则在通过 检测接收到来自网络侧的超时通知时, 打开语音通道接收来自网络侧的提 示音。 本发明的实施例通过播放本地预设的回铃音, 使主叫用户能自主选择 自身喜爱的、 个性化的回铃音, 且保证回铃音的音质不受网络的影响, 改 善用户体验。 为便于进一步的理解, 下面对本发明的第一实施方式通信终端及其主 叫时播放回铃音的方法进行说明。 如图 1所示, 本实施方式中的通信终端包含用于检测呼叫过程中各种 与状态变化相关的信号的呼叫状态检测模块 110, 用于关闭或打开语音通 道的声道控制模块 120、 用于保存不同被叫号码、 预设回铃音以及回铃音 与被叫号码或被叫号码所在群组的对应关系的存储模块 130, 和用于播放 该存储模块中预设回铃音的播放模块 140。 其中, 呼叫状态检测模块 110在检测到所在通信终端发起呼叫时, 触 发声道控制模块 120关闭语音通道。 呼叫状态检测模块 110在检测到来自 网络侧的被叫终端振铃的通知时, 触发播放模块 140, 播放模块 140在从 存储模块 130中查找到相应预设回铃音的情况下播放预设的回铃音。 当呼 叫状态检测模块 110在检测到来自网络侧的被叫终端接听或呼叫超时的通 知时, 触发播放模块 140停止播放现有回铃音, 并触发声道控制模块 120 打开语音通道。 当然, 在具体实现时, 在检测到来自网络侧的被叫终端接听或呼叫超 时的通知时, 也不可以不触发播放模块 140停止播放现有回铃音, 只是触 发声道控制模块 120打开语音通道, 在通话时关闭扩声器声道或者采用其 他方式实现回铃音的屏蔽、 或者将回铃音音量调小。 在适当的时候再停止 播放现有回铃音, 例如在通话结束时。 本领域的技术人员可以理解, 本实施方式的所述通信终端可以是移动 通信终端, 也可以是固定通信终端等, 此不赘述。 请一并参阅图 2, 图 2是图 1所示的通信终端的一个具体实施例的主 要组成结构框图。
其中, 所述播放模块 140包括: 查找模块 141 , 用于根据被叫号码或 被叫号码所在群组查找所述存储模块 130 中的对应关系; 播放执行模块 142, 用于播放所述查找单元 141查找到的回铃音。
所述呼叫状态检测模块 110包括: 检测模块 111 , 用于检测呼叫过程 中各种与状态变迁相关的事件; 声道控制模块接口 112, 用于根据所述检 测模块 11检测到的事件向声道控制模块 120发送打开或关闭语音通道的 指令; 播放模块接口 113, 用于根据所述检测模块 111检测到的事件向播 放模块 140发送开始播放或结束播放回铃音的指令。 在具体实现时, 所述检测模块 111可以为网络侧通知处理模块, 根据 来自网络侧的通知确定呼叫过程的状态。 请参阅图 3 , 图 3是本发明第一实施方式的方法的流程图。 本实施方 式中的通信终端是以无线方式接入网络侧的, 例如通信终端为手机。 如图 2所示, 在步骤 210中, 主叫终端发起呼叫时, 关闭语音通道。 具体实现时, 可以是呼叫状态检测模块在检测到主叫终端向被叫终端 发起呼叫时, 触发声道控制模块, 声道控制模块自主关闭语音通道并启动 扩音器声道。 随后, 主叫终端等待通信双方建立连接, 呼叫状态检测模块通过接收 网络侧发出的信号判断通信双方是否建立连接, 如果连接已建立则进入步 骤 220。 在步骤 220中, 主叫终端接收到被叫终端振铃通知时, 播放本地预设 回铃音。 具体实现时, 可以是主叫终端的呼叫状态检测模块通过检测, 接收网 络侧的被叫终端振铃通知, 收到被叫终端振铃通知则表明被叫终端开始响 铃, 主叫终端的呼叫状态检测模块触发用于播放预设回铃音的播放模块。 为实现本发明的实施方式, 用户需对主叫终端的本地铃声进行预设, 可以为不同被叫号码或其所在群组设置不同回铃音。 例如, 对主叫终端中 的不同被叫号码,可单独为其设置一回钤音;或将被叫号码加入某一群组, 为该群组设置一回铃音。 例如有一被叫号码 13********* , 用户可为其设 置回铃音 1 ; 也可将该被叫号码加入某一群组, 如好友群组, 再为该群组 设置一回铃音, 如回铃音 2。 通过配合移动终端的群組功能, 可以实现呼 叫不同的号码有不同的回铃音, 为用户提供了更大的个性化空间。 当然, 也可以不对号码或群组进行分类, 在本地预设一个统一的个性化回铃音。 播放模块根据用户的预设置在存储模块中查找被叫号码或被叫号码 所在群组与预设本地回铃音的对应关系, 按查找结果通过扩音器声道播放 相应的预设回铃音。 例如群组 1对应回铃音 1 , 群组 2对应回铃音 2, 群 组 3对应回铃音 3 , ……用户可以自主选择个性化的音乐, 解决主叫用户 的被动问题。 也就是说, 本发明的实施方式中, 呼叫状态检测模块在触发播放模块 后, 由播放模块通过被叫号码或其所在群组, 例如被叫号码在群组 2中, 则查找到对应的回铃音 2, 再按查找结果通过扩音器声道播放回铃音 2。 回铃音 2可以是和弦铃声、 MP3铃声、 或 AC3格式铃声, 其种类比较丰 富, 能满足广大用户喜好, 而且, 回铃音 2通过扩音器声道在本地播放, 音质好而且稳定, 用户亦无需交纳任何费用。 接着进入步骤 230, 主叫终端判断被叫用户是否摔听电话。 具体实现时, 可以是在播放回铃音的过程中, 主叫终端呼叫状态检测 模块通过检测, 判断被叫终端是否接听电话。 如果呼叫状态检测模块收到 来自网络侧的被叫终端接听通知, 即表明被叫终端处于接听状态, 则进入 步骤 240。 如果呼叫状态检测模块未收到被叫终端接听通知, 即表明被叫 用户可能不在或暂时无法接听, 则进入步骤 250。 在步骤 240中, 主叫终端打开语音通道, 使通信双方开始通话。 具体实现时, 可以是主叫终端呼叫状态检测模块触发播放模块和声道 控制模块, 播放模块停止播放回铃音, 声道控制模块关闭扩音器声道, 打 开语音通道, 使主叫终端通过语音通道与被叫终端进行通话。 直至通话完 毕, 结束本次呼叫。 在步骤 250中, 主叫终端判断呼叫是否超时。 具体实现时, 由于在步驟 230中, 呼叫状态检测模块未收到网络侧的 被叫终端接听通知, 则主叫终端呼叫状态检测模块继续检测来自网络侧的 通信状态。 如果呼叫状态检测模块未收到被叫终端超时通知, 也就是该呼 叫尚未超时, 则返回步骤 230, 继续等待与被叫终端进行通话。 如果呼叫 状态检测模块收到被叫终端超时通知, 也就是该呼叫已超时, 则进入步骤 260。 在步驟 260中, 主叫终端打开语音通道, 接受超时提示音。 具体实现时, 可以是主叫终端呼叫状态检测模块触发播放模块, 播放 模块停止播放回铃音, 并触发声道控制模块打开语音通道, 主叫终端通过 语音通道播放来自网络侧的呼叫超时通知, 得知被叫终端不在或无法接 听, 结束本次呼叫。 本发明方法的第二实施方式与第一实施方式基本相同, 其区别仅在于 本发明的第二实施方式中通信终端以有线方式接入网络侧, 例如固定电话 机。 当然, 本发明实施方式采用的固定电话机至少应支持设置铃声、 播放 铃声、 声道切换和呼叫状态检测等功能。 该第二实施方式中, 主叫终端发起呼叫, 并关闭语音通道。 在建立连 接后, 接收来自网络侧的被叫终端振铃通知, 根据被叫号码或其所在群组 播放相应本地预设回铃音。 呼叫状态检测模块判断是否接收到网络侧的被 叫终端接听通知, 如接收到则打开语音通道, 与被叫终端进行通话; 如果 没接收到则判断连接是否超时, 如未超时则回到上一步继续等待接收被叫 终端接听通知; 如果超时则打开语音通道, 接收来自网络侧的呼叫超时提 示音。 本发明方法的第三实施方式与第二实施方式基本相同, 其区别仅在于 本发明的第三实施方式中主叫终端以无线方式接入网络侧, 而所述被叫终 端以有线方式接入所述网絡侧, 例如主叫终端为手机, 被叫终端是固定电 话机。 本发明方法的第四实施方式与第三实施方式基本相同, 其区别仅在于 本发明的第四实施方式中所述主叫终端以有线方式接入所述网络侧, 而被 叫终端以无线方式接入网絡侧, 例如主叫终端为固定电话机, 被叫终端是 手机。 请参阅图 4, 本发明的通信终端的另一实施例中, 通过语音通道与网 络侧交互语音信号。 该实施例的通信终端包括: 呼叫状态检测模块 410、 用于保存预设回铃音的存储模块 420和用于播放该存储模块 420中预设回 铃音的播放模块 430。
工作时, 所述呼叫状态检测模块 410在检测到所在终端发起呼叫时, 触发所述播放模块 430播放所述存储模块 420中的预设回铃音; 在检测到 需要接听语音通道信号时, 则对所述播放作相应处理以使主叫用户正常接 听来自语音通道的信号。 在一种具体实现中, 所述呼叫状态检测模块 410包括:检测模块 411 , 用于检测所在终端发起呼叫、检测被叫终端接听或呼叫超时的事件或者检 测用户需要接听语音通道的选择; 播放处理模块 412, 用于在所述检测模块 411检测到所在终端发起呼 叫时, 通知播放模块 430播放回铃音; 在所述检测模块 411检测到被叫终 端接听或呼叫超时或者检测到用户需要接听语音通道的选择时 , 通知播放 模块 430停止播放回铃音或者发出屏蔽回铃音、或调节回铃音音量的通知。 请参阅图 5 , 是本发明的另一实施例的通信终端主叫时播放回铃音的 方法的流程图。 步骤 510, 在作为主叫终端发起呼叫时, 播放本地预设的回铃音; 步骤 520, 在播放所述回铃音时, 如果需要接听语音通道信号, 则对 所述播放作相应处理以使主叫用户正常接听来自语音通道的信号。 其中, 所述步骤 520中, 需要接听语音通道的信号是指: 检测到被叫 终端接听或呼叫超时, 或收到来自所述网络侧的被叫终端接听或呼叫超时 的通知时, 或者根据用户选择判断需要接听语音通道。 所述播放本地预设的回铃音是通过扩音器声道播放。 所述相应处理以使主叫用户正常接听来自语音通道的信号进一步指: 停止播放、屏蔽所述回铃音或调节所述回铃音的音量大小使用户能正常接 听来自语音通道的信号。
虽然通过参照本发明的某些优选实施方式, 已经对本发明进行了图示 和描述, 但本领域的普通技术人员应该明白, 可以在形式上和细节上对其 作各种改变, 而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种通信终端主叫时播放回铃音的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 在作为主叫终端发起呼叫时, 所述通信终端关闭语音通道; 在收到来自网络侧的被叫终端振铃的通知时, 所述主叫终端播放本地 预设的回铃音; 在播放所述回铃音时, 如果收到来自所述网络侧的被叫终端接听或呼 叫超时的通知, 则所述主叫终端打开语音通道。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的通信终端主叫时播放回铃音的方法,其特征 在于, 在播放所述回铃音时, 如果收到来自所述网络侧的被叫终端接听或 呼叫超时的通知, 还包括: 停止播放所述回铃音、 将所述回铃音音量调低 或者屏蔽所述回铃音。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的通信终端主叫时播放回铃音的方法, 其特征在于, 所述主叫终端播放本地预设的回铃音是通过扩音器声道输出 的。
4. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的通信终端主叫时播放回铃音的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述打开语音通道时, 如果所述主叫终端收到的是来自所 述网络侧的被叫终端接听的通知, 则通过该语音通道开始与所述被叫终端 的通话; 如果所述主叫终端收到的是来自所述网络侧的呼叫超时的通知, 则通 过该语音通道播放所接收的来自所述网络侧的提示音。
5. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的通信终端主叫时播放回铃音的方法, 其特征在于, 所述在作为主叫终端发起呼叫时, 通信终端关闭语音通道具 体为: 监测主叫终端是否发起呼叫, 当监测到主叫终端发起呼叫时, 关闭语 音通道。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的通信终端主叫时播放回铃音的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述在收到来自网络侧的被叫终端振铃的通知时, 主叫终端播放 本地预设的回铃音具体为: 监测来自网络侧的振铃通知, 监测到振铃通知时, 查找本地预设的回 铃音, 通过扩音器声道播放相应的预设回铃音。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的通信终端主叫时播放回铃音的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述在播放所述回铃音时, 如果收到来自所述网络侧的被叫终端 接听或呼叫超时的通知, 则所述主叫终端打开语音通道具体为: 在播放回铃音的过程中, 监测来自网络侧的被叫终端接听通知, 在收 到来自网络侧的被叫终端接听通知时, 打开语音通道, 使主叫终端通过语 音通道与被叫终端进行通话; 如果未收到被叫终端接听通知, 则判断呼叫是否超时; 在收到来自网 络侧的被叫终端超时通知时, 打开语音通道, 通过语音通道接收来自网络 侧的提示音。
8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的通信终端主叫时播放回铃音的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述本地预设的回铃音包含: 和弦铃声、 MP3铃声、 或 AC3铃 声。
9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的通信终端主叫时播放回铃音的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述主叫终端针对不同的被叫号码或群组预设不同的回铃音; 所述主叫终端播放本地预设的回铃音包括: 所述主叫终端根据所述呼 叫的被叫号码或其所在的群组播放相应的预设回铃音。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的通信终端主叫时播放回铃音的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述通信终端包含以无线方式接入所述网络侧的手机或以有线方 式接入所述网络侧的固定电话机。
11. 一种通信终端主叫时播放回铃音的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 在作为主叫终端发起呼叫时, 所述通信终端关闭语音通道; 在检测到被叫终端振铃时, 所述主叫终端播放本地预设的回铃音; 在播放所述回铃音时, 如果检测到被叫终端接听或呼叫超时, 则所述 主叫终端打开语音通道。
12. 一种通信终端主叫时播放回铃音的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 在作为主叫终端发起呼叫时, 播放本地预设的回铃音; 在播放所述回铃音时, 如果需要接听语音通道信号, ..则对所述播放作 相应处理以使主叫用户正常接听来自语音通道的信号。
13.根据权利要求 12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述需要接听语音通 道的信号进一步指: 检测到被叫终端接听或呼叫超时, 或收到来自所述网 络侧的被叫终端接听或呼叫超时的通知时, 或者根据用户选择判断需要接 听语音通道。
14.根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述播放本地预设的 回铃音是通过扩音器声道播放。
15.根据权利要求 12所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述相应处理以使主 叫用户正常接听来自语音通道的信号进一步指: 停止播放、 屏蔽所述回铃 音或调节所述回铃音的音量大小使用户能正常接听来自语音通道的信号。
16. 一种通信终端, 通过语音通道与网络侧交互语音信号, 其特征在 于, 包括: 呼叫状态检测模块、 声道控制模块、 用于保存预设回铃音的存 储模块和用于播放该存储模块中预设回铃音的播放模块; 所述呼叫状态检测模块用于, 在检测到所在终端发起呼叫时, 触发所 述声道控制模块关闭所述语音通道; 在检测到来自所述网络侧的被叫终端 振铃的通知时, 触发所述播放模块播放所述存储模块中的预设回铃音; 在 检测到来自所述网络侧的被叫终端接听或呼叫超时的通知时, 触发所述声 道控制模块打开所述语音通道。
17. 根据权利要求 16所述的通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述存储模块 通过保存回铃音与被叫号码或被叫号码所在群组的对应关系来保存预设 回铃音;
所述播放模块包括: 查找模块, 用于根据被叫号码或被叫号码所在群 组查找所述存储模块中的对应关系; 播放执行模块, 用于播放所述查找单 元查找到的回铃音。
18. 根据权利要求 17所述的通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述呼叫状态 检测模块包括: 检测模块, 用于检测呼叫过程中各种与状态变迁相关的事 件; 声道控制模块交互器, 用于根据所述检测模块检测到的事件向声道控 制模块发送打开或关闭语音通道的指令; 播放模块交互器, 用于根据所述 检测模块检测到的事件向播放模块发送开始播放或结束播放回铃音的指 令。
19. 根据权利要求 18所述的通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述检测模块 为网络侧通知处理模块, 根据来自网络侧的通知确定呼叫过程的状态。 '
20. 根据权利要求 16所述的通信终端, 其特征在于, 还包括扩音器 声道, 用于输出所述播放模块播放的回铃音。
21、 一种通信终端, 通过语音通道与网络侧交互语音信号, 其特征在 于, 包括: 呼叫状态检测模块、 用于保存预设回铃音的存储模块和用于播 放该存储模块中预设回铃音的播放模块; 所述呼叫状态检测模块用于, 在检测到所在终端发起呼叫时, 触发所 述播放模块播放所述存储模块中的预设回铃音; 在检测到需要接听语音通 道信号时, 则对所述播放作相应处理以使主叫用户正常接听来自语音通道 的信号。
22、 根据权利要求 22所述的通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述呼叫状态 检测模块包括: 检测模块, 用于检测所在终端发起呼叫、 检测被叫终端接 听或呼叫超时的事件或者检测用户需要接听语音通道的选择; 播放处理模块, 用于在所述检测模块检测到所在终端发起呼叫时, 通 知播放模块播放回铃音; 在所述检测模块检测到被叫终端接听或呼叫超时 或者检测到用户需要接听语音通道的选择时 , 通知播放模块停止播放回铃 音或者发出屏蔽回铃音、 或调节回铃音音量的通知。
