Abstract
L'invention concerne un amortisseur autoregulé muni de soupapes de limitation de l'effort de résistance, qui appartient au domaine des constructions mécaniques de transport et notamment des dispositifs de suspension qui s'utilisent pour l'amortissement et peuvent s'employer dans les amortisseurs avant ou arrière d'automobiles ou d'autres équipements. L'invention vise à augmenter l'efficacité et la fiabilité de fonctionnement des amortisseurs lors du déplacement du véhicule automobile sur un revêtement routier présentant des irrégularités à des degrés différents, à vitesses moyennes à élevées. Selon l'invention, un amortisseur autoregulé muni d'une soupape de limitation de l'effort de résistance contient un maître cylindre qui comporte des orifices de dosage dans la partie tige du maître cylindre et la cavité du corps, qui passe à travers la douille de direction et le corps de travail prétensionné par ressort avec des orifices de dosage et une soupape de circulation ainsi qu'un dispositif de dosage disposé dans la partie inférieure de la tige; il comprend une soupape de limitation de l'effort de résistance de l'amortisseur et une pièce prétensionnée par ressort, fabriquée de manière à pouvoir se décaler sous l'effet de la différence de pression entre les cavités de l'amortisseur.
