L'invention concerne le domaine de l'automatisation des contrats commerciaux et peut s'utiliser pour les échanges commerciaux et différents types de service. Elle permet de réaliser différents types de paiement et de règlement dans le cadre du système de paiement, y compris les paiements pour services de communications (mobile, filaire, satellitaire, IP et autres), pour services Internet, services publics, les règlements de marchandises et de services, le transfert de fonds, etc. L'invention concerne un système et un procédé permettant de réaliser des règlements sans argent liquide à partir du compte de l'acquéreur auprès de l'établissement financier de l'acquéreur sur le compte du destinataire auprès de l'établissement financier du destinataire dans le cadre du système de règlement, impliquant l'utilisation d'un ordre de virement conditionnel autorisé, contenant au moins la quantité de règlement, et le code clé, qui est généré par l'établissement financier, et d'une demande autorisée, contenant au moins le code clé, dans le même temps, un contrôle de conformité d'un ordre de versement conditionnel autorisé de l'acquéreur avec une demande autorisée du destinataire étant opéré au moins pour vérifier l'identité du code clé, disponible dans ceux-ci. Si les codes sont identiques, le transfert de fonds est opéré.
