此外, 本发明还提供一种计费方式的切换装置, 包括:
选择单元, 用于在建立会话前选择计费方式;
认证判断单元, 与选择单元相连, 对选择的计费方式进行鉴权认证, 并根据鉴权认证的结果判断执行所述计费方式;
会话建立单元,与选择单元相连,根据选择的计费方式建立会话连接, 并开始计费;
切换单元, 与会话建立单元相连, 用于当会话的计费额度用完后, 切 换计费方式, 并通知授权、 验证和计费服务器开始后付费计费。
本发明还提供一种计费方式的选择装置, 包括:
注册单元, 用于存储用户在移动用户站上登记注册计费方式的种类; 选择单元, 与注册单元相连, 在建立会话前, 用于选择计费方式; 计费单元, 与选择单元相连, 根据所选择的计费方式建立相应的会话 连接。
本发明通过在 WiMAX无线接入网中提出了不中断通信业务的前提下 将预付费计费方式切换到后付费计费方式的技术方案。 该方案既可以使用 户享受较低的话费, 又避免在用户话费用完时, 因中断通信业务而遭受损 失。 此外, 本发明还允许用户在开始业务前选择计费方式, 而无需在运营 商处重新登记, 既方便用户享受更多种类的通信服务, 又利于运营商节约 人力成本, 从而提高用户的满意度。

具体实施方式
为了便于对本发明的理解, 在说明本发明之前先介绍一下微波接入全 球互通 (WiMAX: Worldwide Interoperability Microwave Access)的计费架构 网络。
请参阅图 1, 为所述 WiMAX计费架构网络的示意图, 包括: 移动用 户站、接入服务网络和连接服务网络。其中,所述移动用户站 (MSS: Mobile Subscriber Station)即移动用户设备, 用户使用该设备接入 WiMAX网络, 具体如图 1所示。
所述接入服务网络 (ASN: Access Service Network )定义为 WiMAX终 端提供无线接入服务的网络功能集合, 包括: 基站 (BS: Base station), 如 图 1中所示 BS1、 BS2和 BS3所示, 以及接入服务网络网关 (ASN GW: Access Service Network Gate Way),如图 1中 ASN GWl、 ASN GW2和 ASN GW3所示。 所述 ASN GW为 MSS认证、授权和计费提供客户端功能。 在 所述 ASN GW上设有计费客户端 (Accounting Client), 用于收集 ASN的计 费数据和信息, 并向 AAA服务器上报计费信息。 另外, 所述计费客户端 不但可以位于 ASN GW上, 也可以作为独立的网元。 MSS所对应的计费 客户端位于一个 ASN GW中, 其它 MSS对应的计费功能实体位于其它的 ASN GW中。
所述连接服务网络(CSN : Connectivity Service Network)定义为 WiMAX终端提供 IP连接服务。 其主要功能包括: MSS的 IP地址分配; AAA代理或者服务器的认证; 建立 ASN到 CSN的隧道, 提供移动 IP技 术中的家乡代理 (HA); WiMAX用户的计费以及运营商之间的结算(主要 有计费服务器 /计费代理主要完成); 基于用户的授权控制等。
在如图 1所示的 WiMAX计费网络结构体系中, ASN GW1作为 MSS 初始建立会话 (Session)时的接入业务网关。 ASN GW2作为 MSS移动切换 后的接入业务网关。 MSS通过 BS、 ASN GW和 HA接入 Internet, 并使用 数据业务。
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解, 下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的 说明。
请参阅图 2, 为本发明所述计费方式的选择方法的流程图, 所述方法 包括步骤:
步骤 S11 : 用户在移动用户站登记注册计费方式的种类;
步骤 S12: 在建立会话前, 选择一种计费方式;
步骤 S13: 根据所选择的计费方式建立相应的会话连接。
如果用户在建立会话业务前, 选择的计费方式为预付费计费方式时, 其具体的实现流程详见图' 3。 如图所示, 用户在运营商处注册登记用户签 约信息时, 可以同时选择计费方式中的预付费和后付费两种方式。 也就是 说, 在用户使用 MSS建立会话、 开展数据业务之前, 用户在 MSS上根据 需要,任意选择预付费计费方式和 /或后付费后付费计费方式。如果用户选 择采用预付费计费方式, MSS首先通过 R1接口接入 BS, 由 BS通过 ASN GW 向授权、 验证 (鉴权) 和计费服务器 (AAA Server: Authorization, Authentication and Accounting Server)发起養权流程。 AAA服务器对 MSS 进行认证、 授权后, ASN GW根据 AAA服务器的鉴权、 认证数据判定用 户采用的是预付费计费方式。 ASN GW 的预付费客户端 (PPC: Prepaid Client)通知预付费服务器 (PPS: Prepaid Server)建立数据会话, 预付费服务 器根据配置用户的费用情况, 即用户帐户中的余额判断是否允许建立会 话。 如果用户的账户存有费用, 则应答允许会话建立, 并下发计费额度, 所述计费额度包括: 会话时长、 数据流量或者是两者的综合。 如果该用户 的账户中没有费用, 则预付费服务器通知预付费客户端不允许会话建立, ASN网关通知 MSS终止会话。 同样, 如果用户在开始会话业务前, 选择的计费方式为后付费计费方 式时, 其具体的实现流程详见图 4。 如图所示, 如果用户在 MSS上选择后 付费计费方式。 则用户在鉴权、 认证流程完成之后, ASN网关根据鉴权、 认证数据判定用户采用后付费计费方式。 当会话建立完成后, ASN网关的 计费客户端通知 AAA服务器上的后付费计费模块开始计费,所述 AAA服 务器负责生成用户的计费账单。同时,如果用户在下一次开始会话业务前, 未将计费方式切换为预付费计费方式, 则该用户的计费方式则维持后付费 计费方式。
通过上述计费方式选择方法, 用户可以根据通信服务的特定以及自己 的需求, 在开始通信业务之前选择所需计费方式的种类, 在 WiMAX中灵 活切换计费方式。
还请参考图 5, 为本发明所述方法中从预付费切换到后付费的计费方 式的流程图, 包括步骤:
步驟 T11 : 在开始业务之前选择预付费计费方式;
步骤 T12: 居所述预付费计费方式建立会话连接后进行计费; 步骤 T13: 当会话的计费额度用完后, 接入服务网络网关根据该用户 的鉴权认证数据将该预付费计费方式切换到后付费计费方式, 并通知授 权、 险证和计费服务器开始后付费计费。
该方法具体的实现过程如图 6所示: 用户在运营商处注册登记用户签 约信息时, 同时选择计费方式中的预付费和后付费两种方式, 并且登记预 存话费用完后自动切换为后付费计费方式, 并在其账户中预存一定额度的 费用。 用户开始使用通信业务前, 在 MSS上选择采用预付费计费方式。 MSS接入 BS通过 ASN 网关向 CSN中 AAA服务器发起鉴权流程, 所述 CSN中的 AAA服务器对用户的业务类型、 服务质量、 计费方式等信息进 行鉴权、认证, ASN网关根据 CSN中 AAA服务器的鉴权、认证数据判定 用户采用预付费计费方式。 ASN网关的预付费客户端通知预付费服务器建 立数椐会话, 预付费服务器根据配置的用户的费用情况, 判断是否建立会 话。 如果用户的账户存有费用, 则应答预付费客户端允许会话建立, 并下 发计费额度, 包括: 会话时长、 数据流量或者两者的综合。 当会话的计费 额度用完后, ASN网关的预付费客户端通知预付费服务器计费额度用完。 预付费服务器发现用户的费用巳经用完, 则通知 ASN 网关预付费客户端 停止预付费计费。 此时, 用户的通信会话继续保持。 由 ASN 网关根据用 户的鉴权、 认证数据判定是否允许用户转入后付费计费方式。 若允许, 则 ASN 网关的计费客户端通知 AAA服务器的后付费计费单元开始计费。
AAA服务器负责生成用户的后付费计费账单。 经过一段时间后, 由运营 商与用户结算费用。 如果当用户想切换为预付费计费方式时, 只需在用户 账户中预存一定费用后, 即可选择预付费计费方式。
同理, 本发明又提供一种计费方式的切换方法, 该方法的流程图详见 图 7, 包括步骤:
步骤 Mi l : 预付费客户端通知预付费计费服务器建立会话, 预付费计 费服务器下发会话的计费额度至预付费客户端;
步骤 M12: 当会话的计费额度用完后, 预付费客户端通知预付费服务 器, 由预付费计费服务器通知预付费客户端停止预付费计费;
步骤 M13: 继续保持已建立的会话, 预付费客户端通知鉴权、 授权、 计费服务器开始后付费计费;
步骤 M14: 已转换为后付费计费方式的用户移动站需要使用预付费计 费方式时, 在用户移动站对应的账户中预存费用, 并在建立新的会话前, 在移动用户站上将计费方式切换回预付费计费方式。
其具体的实现过程与上迷方法相同, 在此不在赘述。
此外, 本发明还提供一种计费方式的切换装置, 该装置结构示意图详 见图 8, 所述装置包括: 选择单元 81、 会话建立单元 82、 切换单元 83和 / 或话费预存单元 84 (如图中虛线所示)。 其中, 所述选择单元 81 , 用于在 建立会话前选择计费方式; 所述会话建立单元 82, 与选择单元 81相连, 根据所选择的计费方式的建立会话连接, 并开始计费; 所述切换单元 83 , 与会话建立单元 82相连, 用于当会话的计费额度用完后, 切换计费方式, 并通知授权、 验证和计费服务器开始后付费计费; 所述话费预存单元 84, 与切换单元 83相连, 用于在用户移动站对应的账户中预存费用。
本发明又提供一种计费方式的选择装置, 其结构示意图详见图 9, 所 述装置包括: 注册单元 91、 选择单元 92和计费单元 93。 其中, 所述注册 单元 91 , 用于存储用户在移动用户站上登记注册计费方式的种类; 所述选 择单元 92, 与注册单元 91相连, 在建立会话前, 用于选择计费方式; 所 述计费单元 93 , 与选择单元 92相连, 根据所述选择的计费方式建立相应 的会话连接。
所述装置中各个单元的功能和作用详见上述方法中各个步骤的实现 过程, 在此不再赘述。
由上述实施例可知, 用户在使用 WiMAX无线接入网 (并不限于此接 入网, 也可以是其他的无线接入网)通信服务时, 当用户账户中的预存费 用用完后, 在不中断通信业务的情况下, 从预付费计费方式自动切换到后 付费计费方式, 而无需在运营商处重新登记, 保证了用户使用通信业务的 连贯性, 避免了在该用户的花费用完后因中断通信业务而遭受损失, 从而 提高了用户的满意度, 同时又有利于于运营商节约人力成本。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进 和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种计費方式的选择方法, 其特征在于, 包括步骤:
用户在移动用户站登记注册计费方式的种类;
在建立会话前, 选择一种计费方式;
根据所选择的计费方式建立相应的会话连接。
1、 根据权利要求 1所述计费方式的选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述计费 方式的种类至少包括: 预付费计费方式和后付费计费方式。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述计费方式的选择方法, 其特征在于, 若选择计 费方式的种类为预付费计费方式, 则接入服务网络网关对移动用户站信息 进行鉴权认证, 并根据鉴权认证结果判定执行预付费计费方式, 并通知预 付费计费服务器建立会话 , 所述预付费计费服务器才良据移动用户站对应的 账户信息判断是否允许建立会话。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述计费方式的选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述预付 费计费服务器根据移动用户站对应的账户信息判断是否允许建立会话的 具体过程为:
如果移动用户站对应的账户存有余额, 预付费计费服务器允许建立会 话, 并下发计费额度至预付费客户端; 如果移动用户站对应的账户没有余 额, 预付费计费服务器通知预付费客户端不允许建立会话, 预付费客户端 通知移动用户站关闭会话。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述计费方式的选择方法, 其特征在于, 若选择计 费方式的种类为后付费计费方式, 则接入服务网络网关对移动用户站信息 进行鉴权、 认证, 并根据鉴权、 认证结果判定执行后付费计费方式, 建立 会话, 接入服务网络网关的计费客户端通知后授权、 验证和计费服务器开 始计费。
6、根据权利要求 5所述计费方式的选择方法,其特征在于, 所述授权、 验证和计费服务器生成用户的计费账单。
7、 根据权利要求 3或 5所述计费方式的选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述 对移动用户站信息进行鉴权、 认证的具体过程为:
接入服务网络网关验证移动用户站所对应的业务类型、服务质量和计 费方式。
8、 一种计费方式的切换方法, 其特征在于, 包括步骤:
在开始业务之前选择预付费计费方式;
根据所述预付费计费方式建立会话连接后进行计费;
当会话的计费额度用完后, 接入服务网络网关根据该用户的鉴权认证 数据将该预付费计费方式切换到后付费计费方式, 并通知授权、 验证和计 费服务器开始后付费计费。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述计费方式的切换方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法 在选择预付费计费方式之前还包括: 用户在移动用户站登记注册计费方 式, 包括: 预付费计费方式和后付费计费方式, 并登记预存话费用完后自 动转换成后付费计费方式。
10、 一种计费方式的切换方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 预付费客户端通知预付费计费服务器建立会话, 预付费计费服务器下 发会话的计费额度至预付費客户端;
当会话的计费额度用完后, 预付费客户端通知预付费服务器, 由预付 费计费服务器通知预付费客户端停止预付费计费;
继续保持已建立的会话, 预付费客户端通知鉴权、 授权、 计费服务器 开始后付费计费。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述计费方式的切换方法, 其特征在于, 所述方 法还包括: 已转换为后付费计费方式的用户移动站需要使用预付费计费方 式时, 在用户移动站对应的账户中预存费用, 并在建立新的会话前, 在移 动用户站上将计费方式切换回预付费计费方式。
12、 一种计费方式的切换装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
选择单元, 用于在建立会话前选择计费方式;
会话建立单元, 与选择单元相连, 根据所选择的计费方式建立会话连 接, 并开始计费;
切换单元, 与会话建立单元相连, 用于当会话的计费额度用完后, 切 换计费方式, 并通知授权、 验证和计费服务器开始后付费计费。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述计费方式的切换装置, 其特征在于, 所述 装置还包括: 话费预存单元, 与切换单元相连, 用于在用户移动站对应的 账户中预存费用。
14、 一种计费方式的选择装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
注册单元, 用于存储用户在移动用户站上登记注册计费方式的种类; 选择单元, 与注册单元相连, 在建立会话前, 用于选择计费方式; 计费单元, 与选择单元相连, 根据所选择的计费方式建立相应的会话 连接。
