8、 采用具有较好散热效果的金属件作为箱体材料, 将功放板紧 贴箱体安装, 利用金属易于导热的特性,使得功放板的热量可随金属 箱体散发出去, 巧妙的解决了发热器件的散热问题, 散热效果好。

图 10是本发明功放板第二个实施例的电路图。 具体实施方式 如图 1所示, 本发明是一种新型音柱, 它主要由外接音源部 1、 箱体 2、 中高音扬声器 3、 面板 4、 功放板 5、 音柱底台 6和风管 7组 成。
所述的箱体 2为柱状体, 由金属材料(如: 铝合金)制成, 其顶 部向上敞开并在上部侧壁上开设一与箱体 2内腔 21相通的开口 22; 所述的外接音源部 1整体自箱体的顶部敞开端穿入,套置于箱体 2内 腔 21内; 所述的中高音扬声器 3安装在面板 4上, 面板 4扣合在与 箱体 2内腔 21相通的开口 22上; 为了更好的散热, 所述的功放板 5 安装在箱体内腔壁上。 所述的音柱底台 6套接在箱体 2的下部, 兼做 脚座。 在箱体 2的顶部敞开端铰接一个翻盖 23 , 该翻盖 23可扣合在 箱体 2内腔 21上, 可根据需要打开或封闭箱体 1的顶部, 放入或取 出 MP3。 所述的风管 7安装箱体 2内、 中高音扬声器 3和音柱底台 6 之间, 起到隔离中高音扬声器与低音扬声器(即隔板)的作用, 且该 风管 7呈鹦鹉螺状(如图 4、 图 5所示), 外尺寸小, 仍能获得低音 偕振所需的长度。
如图 2所示, 所述的外接音源部 1由 MP3护套 11、 MP 3座 12、 Φ 2. 5/Φ 3. 5迷你插头 13、 固定 PCB板 14、 接口转换板 15、 间隔柱 16、 橡胶圈 17、 固定接头 18、 固定接头板 19组成。 所述的 MP3座 12具有一可容置 MP3或手机 MP3的腔体 121 ,该腔体可根据音频播放 器的类型进行变换, 其下端套接在固定接头板 19上; 所述的接口转 换板 15可根据不同类型的音频播放器接口方式进行更换;所述的 MP3 护套 11 固定于该容置 MP3的腔体 121内; 所述的 Φ 2. 5/ Φ 3. 5迷你 插头 13活动穿置于 MP3座的通孔 122内, 并可从该通孔 122内抽拉 出来与播放器 20插接; 所述的接口转换板 15插接在固定接头 18的 插头 183上; 所述的固定 PCB板 14两侧设有弹性卡片 141和向下延 设两凸柱 142 , 其中部设有槽孔 143; 装配时, 固定 PCB板 14两侧弹 性卡片 141卡置于 MP3座 12腔体 121壁上的纵向长槽 123内, 固定 PCB板 14上的槽孔 143套接在接口转换板 15上, 固定 PCB板 14的 凸柱 142穿过接口转换板 15两侧通孔 151和间隔柱 16 , 间隔柱 16 的下端面抵靠在固定接头 18的端面上。
在固定接头板 19上设有向上的凸柱 191 ; 所述的固定接头 18的 PCB板 181上设有供螺钉 10穿过的连接孔 182; 在固定接头 18整体 放在固定接头板 19上时,螺钉 10间隙穿过固定接头 18PCB板 181上 的连接孔 182和套接在固定接头板 19上凸柱 191的橡胶圈 17后螺接 在固定接头板 19的凸柱 191上, 装配后固定接头 18和固定接头板 19可 ^水平面上略微错位。 由于固定接头 18与固定接头板 19为柔 性连接, 固定接头 18不易损坏。
如图 1所示, 所述的音柱底台 6由脚座连接件 61、 低音扬声器 62、 底座上盖 63和底台 64组成。 所述的低音扬声器 62 自下而上套 置在脚座连接件 61中部且低音扬声器 62的音膜外露朝下;所述的脚 座连接件 61通过其周边的支脚 611连接在底座上盖 63的上端面,使 外露的低音扬声器音膜与底座上盖 63 的上端面具有一定的相隔空 间, 在支脚 611上设有外接电源的铜端子 66 , 在底座上盖 63上、 铜 端子 66对应处设有可与铜端子 66插接的铜插头 67 , 铜插头 67通过 导线连接圆形变压器 65 ,当脚座连接件 61通过其周边的三个支脚 611 连接在底座上盖 63时, 铜端子 66与铜插头 67插接, 将电流导入圆 形变压器 65; 所述的底座上盖 63扣合在底台 64上, 在底座上盖 63 和底台 64之间形成一个可安装发热器件的置物空间, 圆形变压器 65 就安装在该置物空间内, 在底座上盖 63中部、 与低音扬声器 62音膜 相对处开设有一个与置物空间连通的开口 631, 在底台 64 壳体上开 设多个出气通孔 641。
所述的中高音扬声器 3 由一个可同时播放左右声道高音信号的 高音扬声器 31和四个中音扬声器 32组成。 如图 3所示, 所述的高音 扬声器 31中的音圈 311由绝缘材料制成的圆形筒 3111和线圏 3112 组成, 所述的线圏 3112有两组, 该两组线圈一起缠绕在圆形筒 3111 上且具有四个抽头 Al、 A2、 Bl、 B2。
如图 7、 图 8所示, 本发明功放板 5第一个实施例, 它主要由输 入选择电路 51 (PT2313L)、 前置放大电路 52 (TL084)、 控制芯片 53 ( HT46R47 ), 信号检测 /放大电路 54 (LM324)、 后级功率放大电路 55 (LM1876)、 电源控制电路 56组成。
所述的控制芯片 53输入端连接信号检测 /放大电路 54, 控制芯 片 53的输出端连接电源控制电路 56, 控制芯片 53根据信号检测 /放 大电路 54的检测信号控制电源控制电路 56中继电器 J1的切换; 输 入选择电路 51根据外接信号的不同进行输入信号选择并将音频信号 传送到前置放大电路 52; 前置放大电路 52对输入的信号进行功率放 大, 再将信号送至后级功率放大电路 55进行信号放大后传送给中、 高音扬声器 L、 R。
如图 9、 图 10所示, 为了进一步提高音盾, 本发明的第二个实 施例, 增加低音输出单元, 并可外接有源的超重低音音箱或另一个音 柱。 为此, 本发明的功放板 5 ' 电路主要由输入选择电路 51, (PT2313L) , 前级放大 /低通处理电路 52, (TL084)、 前置放大 / 低通处理电路 53, (LM324 )、 控制芯片 54, ( HT46R47 ), 信号检测 / 放大电路 55, (LM324)、后级功率放大电路 56, (LM1876)、低音炮后 级功率放大电路 57, (LM1875)、 电源控制电路 58, 和右声道负载检 测电路 59, (LM4558)组成。
所述的控制芯片 54, 输入端连接信号检测 /放大电路 55, ,控制 芯片 54, 的输出端连接电源控制电路 58 ' 和右声道负载检测电路 59, , 控制芯片 54, 根据右声道负载检测电路 59, 反馈有无外接音 柱检测信号, 控制电源控制电路 58, 中的继电器 J2进行切换, 实现 该音柱扬声器左右声道的切换, 即, 当外接另一无源音柱时, 功放板 5, 自动将主音柱的左、 右声道切换为主音柱 100, 为左声道, 外接 的无源音柱 101, 为右声道。
输入选择电路 51 ' 根据外接信号的不同进行输入信号选择并将 音频信号传送到前级放大 /低通处理电路 52, 和前置放大电路 53, ; 前级放大 /低通处理电路 52, 对输入的信号进行功率放大、低通滤波, 再将低频信号送至低音炮后级功率放大电路 57, 进行信号放大后传 送给低音扬声器 SW;前置放大电路 53, 对输入的信号进行功率放大, 再将信号送至后级功率放大电路 56, 进行信号放大后传送给中、 高 音扬声器 R。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种新型音柱, 其特征在于: 它主要由外接音源部、 箱体、 中高音扬声器、 面板、 功放板、 音柱底台和风管组成; 所述的箱体为 柱状体,其顶部向上敞开并在上部侧壁上开设一与箱体内腔相通的开 口; 所述的外接音源部套置于箱体的顶部敞开端; 所述的中高音扬声 器安装在面板上, 面板扣合在与箱体内腔相通的开口上; 功放板安装 在箱体内腔内; 所述的音柱底台套接在箱体的下部; 所述的风管安装 箱体内、 中高音扬声器和音柱底台之间。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的新型音柱, 其特征在于: 所述的风管 呈鹦鹉螺状。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的新型音柱, 其特征在于: 在箱体的顶 部敞开端铰接一个翻盖, 该翻盖可扣合在箱体内腔上。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的新型音柱, 其特征在于: 所述的外接 音源部主要由 MP3座、 接口转换板、 橡胶圈、 固定接头、 固定接头板 组成; 所述的 MP3座具有一可容置 MP3或手机的腔体, 该腔体可根据 音频播放器的类型进行变换, 其下端套接在固定接头板上; 所述的接 口转换板可根据不同类型的音频播放器接口方式进行更换;在固定接 头板上设有向上的凸柱;所述的固定接头的 PCB板上设有供螺钉穿过 的连接孔; 在固定接头整体放在固定接头板上时, 螺钉间隙穿过固定 接头 PCB板上的连接孔和套接在固定接头板上凸柱的橡胶圈后螺接 在固定接头板的凸柱上,固定接头和固定接头板可在水平面上略微错 位。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的新型音柱, 其特征在于: 所述的外接 音源部还包括 MP3护套、 Φ 2. 5 /Φ 3. 5迷你插头、 固定 PCB板、 间隔 柱;所述的 MP3护套固定于容置 MP3座的腔体内;所述的 Φ 2. 5/ Φ 3. 5 迷你插头活动穿置于 MP3座的通孔内;所述的固定 PCB板两侧设有弹 性卡片和向下延设两凸柱, 其中部设有槽孔; 装配时, 固定 PCB板两 侧弹性卡片卡置于 MP3座腔体壁上的纵向长槽内,固定 PCB板上的槽 孔套接在接口转换板上,固定 PCB板的凸柱穿过接口转换板两侧通孔 和间隔柱, 间隔柱的下端面抵靠在固定接头的端面上。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的新型音柱, 其特征在于: 所述的音柱 底台由脚座连接件、 低音扬声器、 底座上盖和底台组成; 所述的低音 扬声器自下而上套置在脚座连接件中部且低音扬声器的音膜外露朝 下; 所述的脚座连接件通过其周边的支脚连接在底座上盖的上端面, 使外露的低音扬声器音膜与底座上盖的上端面具有一定的相隔空间, 在支脚上设有外接电源的铜端子, 在底座上盖上、铜端子对应处设有 可与插接的铜插头; 所述的底座上盖扣合在底台上, 在底座上盖和底 台之间形成一个可安装发热器件的置物空间,在底座上盖中部、 与低 音扬声器音莫相对处开设有一个与置物空间连通的开口,在底台壳体 上开设多个出气通孔。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的新型音柱, 其特征在于: 所述的中高 音扬声器由一个可同时播放左右声道高音信号的高音扬声器和四个 中音扬声器组成。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的新型音柱, 其特征在于: 所述的高音 扬声器中的音圈由绝缘材料制成的圆形筒和线圈组成,所述的线圈有 两组, 该两组线圈一起缠绕在圆形筒上且具有四个抽头。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的新型音柱, 其特征在于: 所述的箱体 由铝金属材料制成, 功放板安装在箱体内腔壁上。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的新型音柱, 其特征在于: 所述的功放 板主要由输入选择电路、 前置放大电路、 控制芯片、 信号检测 /放大 电路、 后级功率放大电路、 电源控制电路组成; 所述的控制芯片输入 端连接信号检测 /放大电路, 控制芯片的输出端连接电源控制电路, 控制芯片根据信号检测 /放大电路的检测信号控制电源控制电路中继 电器的切换;输入选择电路根据外接信号的不同进行输入信号选择并 将音频信号传送到前置放大电路;前置放大电路对输入的信号进行功 率放大, 再将信号送至后级功率放大电路进行信号放大后传送给中、 高音扬声器。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的新型音柱, 其特征在于: 所述的功 放板还包括前級放大 /低通处理电路、 低音炮后级功率放大电路和右 声道负载检测电路组成;所述的右声道负载检测电路的输入端连接控 制芯片的输出端, 当外接另一无源音柱时, 控制芯片根据右声道负载 检测电路所反馈的信号控制继电器的切换, 从而将主音柱的左、 右声 道切换为主音柱为左声道, 外接无源音柱为右声道; 输入选择电路根 据外接信号的不同进行输入信号选择并将音频信号传送到前级放大 / 低通处理电路和前置放大电路; 前级放大 /低通处理电路对输入的信 号进行功率放大、低通滤波, 再将低频信号送至低音炮后级功率放大 电路进行信号放大后传送给低音扬声器。
