Abstract
A reflective film band makes it possible to more conveniently attach a reflective film for preventing the collision with a support such as street lamps, electric poles, guardrails, sign posts. The reflective film band includes a band body made of resin plastics, a groove for attaching the reflective film to one side of the band body so as to prevent the reflective film from being easily detached and a coupling part formed with a coupling structure which can be coupled with the band body by enabling saw teeth to be regularly arranged in a fixed direction. The reflective film band provides the emboss effect so as to prevent the reflective film band from being slept down after coupling with the reflective film band.

REFLECTIVE FILM BAND
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a reflective film band attached to a support, and more particularly to a reflective film band for a support that forms a band part for surrounding the circular or polygonal support easily and conveniently with the reflective film using resin plastics, forms a rack for fixing the band to the support and a space for attaching the reflective film to an outer of the band, forms a groove for preventing the reflective band from being separated from the band and performs an emboss processing for preventing the band from being slept down from the support inside of the band. [2] Most of road facilities are used with standing supports. For example, they are used by attaching a reflective film to marks, street lamps, road reflectors, electric poles, guardrails and the like so as to previously notify a driver of conditions of winding roads and prevent vehicle collision. The reflective film is installed so as to prevent an accident from occurring by enabling a driver who drives a car at night to quickly recognize facilities installed on the road according as the driver looks at the light reflected from the reflective film.
[3] Since a conventional reflective film is directly attached to the support in a method of attaching the reflective film after being cut on a suitable size, it has a disadvantage of spoiling the appearance of the support that a beginning and an ending of the reflective film are not corresponded to each other and the reflective band is attached to the support diagonally without being in parallel with the support. Further, in case that the reflective film is exposed outside for a long time, the efficiency of radiation is decreased due to ultraviolet rays and the reflective film needs to be exchanged after a predetermined time. Accordingly, it is troublesome to attach the reflective film after removing contaminants stuck on the support so as to enable the adhesive surface of the reflective film to be attached to the support. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[4] Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned
problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a reflective film band for a support which can conveniently fix a band to a support by forming a band body with resin plastics and fixing two or more of rack bodies rack to the support so as to enable the band to be attached in parallel with the support.
[5] Another object of the present invention is to provide a reflective film band for a support which forms a groove for preventing the reflective film from being separated from the band body and provides two or more racks and rack fixing device for fixing the band to the support, the support of the band and the adhesive surface performing an emboss processing for preventing the band from being slept down.
[6] Additional advantages, objects, and features of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows and in part will become apparent to those having ordinary skill in the art upon examination of the following or may be learned from practice of the invention.
Technical Solution
[7] In order to accomplish the above-mentioned objects, there is provided a reflective film band that forms a band body that can be attached and fixed to an outer of a support having a circular or polygonal shpe and a rack for fixing the band to the support, and performs emboss processing on inside of the support for preventing the band from being slept down.
Advantageous Effects
[8] As apparent from the above description, the reflective band for the support according to the present invention can reduce abor costs by easily attaching/separating the reflective film on any shapes, such as a circular or a polygonal shape, reduce manufacturing costs by making of resin plastics, and enable drivers or pedestrians to safely use a road without being damaged to the pedestrians. [15] Now, a reflective film band according to a preferred embodiment of the present inv ention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description of the present invention, the same drawing reference numerals are used for the same elements even in different drawings, and the duplicate explanation thereof will be omitted.
[16] FlG. 3 is illustrating a desirable installation of a reflective band for the support according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[17] Referring to FlG. 3, a surface for attaching a reflective film 200 is provided on an outer wall of a band body 100 by being equipped with a separation avoidance groove 60 having a predetermined width. After a rack 10 are pushed into a boring part 30 of a head part 20 for fixing a rack 15 in one end of the band body 100 of the band and a rack 10 in another end of the band body 100 of the band, the end of the rack 10 is pulled out and an adhesion part 40 is fixed to the support. This invention is formed to be attached to the support horizontally by forming two or more racks 10 and the head part 20 and adhesively attaching the reflective film for the support to the support.
[18] In case that one of two racks 10 is fixed to the support and the other is fixed to the support, the reflective film is adhesively and horizontally attached to the support.
[19] Further, the band body 100 according to the present invention is formed so as to be fixed to an installation position for a long time by performing an emboss processing on the inner wall of the band body 100 for preventing the band body 100 from being slept down from the support after installing on the support.
[20] FlG. 4 is a perspective view illustrating reflective band for the support attached with a sheet according to the present invention.
[21] The reflective film band is made of resin plastics so as to be easily attached to a circular or a polygonal shape.
[22] FlG. 5 is a perspective view illustrating reflective band for the support attached with another shape of a sheet according to the present invention.
[23] Referring to FlG. 5, the shape of the reflective film 200 can be made to be attached with a shape of an arrow as illustrated in FlG. 5 so as to previously notify a driver of a shape of winding road. Industrial Applicability
[24] As described above, the reflective band for the support according to the present invention can reduce labor costs by easily attaching/separating the reflective film on any shapes, such as a circular or a polygonal shape, reduce manufacturing costs by
making of resin plastics, and enable drivers or pedestrians to safely use a road without being damaged to the pedestrians.

The description of the present invention is intended to be illustrative, and not to limit the scope of the claims. Many alternatives, modifications, and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art.

Claims
[ 1 ] A reflective film band comprising : a band body formed to be corresponded to an outer of a support; a head part for dividing a rack into two or more to be formed on one side of the band body and fixing the rack so as to be coupled to the other side of the band body; a separation avoidance groove formed to attach the reflective film to the outer of the band body; and a convex surface formed to prevent the band from being slept down from the support inside of the band body. [2] The reflective film band as claimed in claim 1, wherein the convex surface formed in the band body is formed by an emboss processing. [3] The reflective film band as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reflective film band for the support is made of resin plastics.
