:; 该致动器有一个以可枢转方式安装在壳体 10"上的打火机盖 51",它用于 关闭壳体 10"的顶端部;及一个以可枢转方式安装在壳体 10"内的驱动杆 52", 其上端与该打火机盖相连, 下端与气体释放杆的驱动末端 332"滑动接触, 从 而可使气体释放杆运动。当打火机盖向上转动使壳体 10"敞开時,驱动杆 52" 就被驱动而压下杆 33", 使气体从燃料盒中放出。
0 如图 8所示,打火机盖有一个可相对壳体 10"转动的枢转端 511"。 当打 火机盖向上放转动使壳体 10"敞开時,此枢转端就向内转动而靠压驱动杆 52" 的上端部, 使此驱动杆顺时针转动。 这样就使此驱动杆的向外转动的部分向 下压气体释放杆 33,,的驱动末端 332"向下压, 从而使气体从气体释放阀 32" 放出。
3 值得注意的是: 该致动器可以是与气体释放杆 33"的驱动末端联动的点 火按纽, 以便在此点火纽压下而产生火花的同时, 也使驱动末端 332"向下压 而使打火机点着火。
而且气体释放阀 32"有一个向上延伸的操作端 321"。 当气体释放杆 33" 的驱动末端 332"向下压時, 阀 32"就从能料盒 31"中放出燃料。 在本实施例 中, 当气体释放杆 33"的驱动末端 332"向下压時, 阀 32"就从燃料盒 31"中向 气体喷嘴 20"放出燃料。
燃料供应装置 30" 还具有一个与气体释放阀 32"连接的防护帽 34"。 为 了将气体从气体释放阀输送到气体喷嘴, 此帽具有一个与气体释放阀的可动 操作端 321"以可拆卸方式配合的内腔 341"; 及有一个通过内腔 341"延伸出的 槽 342"、 与可动释放阀的操作端 321"对准的导件。
如图 9 所示,气体释放杆的致动末端 331"还与气体释放阀可动操作端 321"的颈部 322"相联,以便在驱动末端 332"被下压時,致动末端 331 "能够被抬 升而将可动操作端 321"对着防护帽顶部轻轻推动, 从而使贮存在燃料箱内的 燃料能够通过该帽经槽 342"被释放至喷嘴处被点燃。 换句话说, 气体释放阀 的可动操作端 321 "通常是处在如图 9所示的下面的闭合位置上的, 当气体释 放阀的可动操作端 321"被驱动到如图 10所示的上面的位置上时, 可动操作 端 321"就被安置得可使气体从燃料盒 31"中向喷嘴 20"释放。
防护帽 34"还有一个密封件 343", 它呈环状、 被同轴地安装在内腔 341" 中, 用于密封安装气体释放阀的可动操作端 321", 从而防丛气体从防护帽中 向外泄出。
应该注意:可更换的燃料盒 31"还有一个对气体释放杆 33"施加推力的机 构来将致动末端 331 "向下推。 该推力机构就是一个置于驱动末端 332"下面、 由壳体支承的弹性件 35", 用于连续地向上推压驱动末端 332"。 因此, 驱动 末端 332"在正常情况下是被向上推压的,以礁保可动操作端 321 "处于密封位 置上。
密封帽还直接与一个气体传送管 36"连接,管 36"的另一端用于连接气体 喷嘴 20"。值得一提的是: 管 36"是一个如橡胶一类的柔性气体管道, 从而允 许气体朝喷嘴 20"流动。 在防护帽被向上推、 处于气体释放期间時, 此防护 帽允许管 36"随防护帽 34"自由运动。燃料供应装置最好还有两个支承在壳体 10"内的导壁 37"。 该防护帽 34"以可滑动方式安装两导壁 37"之间、 且可滑 行一预定离。 如图 9-10所示, 每个导壁均有一个与此导壁一体形成的、 向内 的止挡突 371", 以便在可动操作件被抬升而迫使防护帽 34"向上移动時, 止 挡突 371"能自动地限制防护帽的移动距离。
防护帽 34"最好还有一个帽突,肩 344", 它沿此帽圆周方向向外突伸。 这 样就可在可动操作端 32Γ向上抬升、 沿导壁 37"向上轻推此防护帽時, 使从 导壁向内延伸的止挡突 371 "在防护帽向上移动期间能延滞该防护帽的向上 移动及制止该帽继续向上运动。
此外, 为了确保延长寿命及性能可靠, 燃料供应装置 30"还如图 11-12 所示那样,在横向止挡突 371 "与帽突肩 344"之间置有弹性件 38"。这样一来, 5 在点火期间, 向上移动的防护帽就能挤压该弹性件。在使用者松开致动器后, 弹性件 38"就被松开而迫使防护帽 34"与止挡突 371"脱开。 亦即是说, 弹性 件 38"用于使防护帽 34"永远在适合位置上垂直移动。在点火操作完成后,被 向上推动的防护帽 34"能返回起始位置, 以便下一次再点火操作。
弹性件 38"可以是从每个止挡突底部向下延伸出的两个弹簧,帽突肩 38"0 与弹簧以可拆卸式反复结合而可平稳地返回。 此外, 弹性件 38"也可以是一 个套在防护帽上被帽突肩 38"支承的螺卷簧。当该防护帽一旦被向上推动時, 此螺卷簧就被夹在止挡突 37与帽突肩 38"之间。
由于本申请人对致动器即气体释放装置及可更换燃料盒进行了有效改 进, 气体释放阀 32"可以用市售的向上拔才放气的形式, 因而对降低打火机:; 制作成本很有贡献。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1 、 一种打火机, 包括:
一个具有一个接受腔和一个使所述的接受腔与外界沟通的开口 的壳体;
在所述的壳体顶板上的一个气体发射喷嘴, 所述喷嘴通过一个置 于所述壳体内的防护帽与可更换燃料盒连接;
一个支承在该壳体顶板上、 用于产生朝向该喷嘴的火花的点火系 统;
其特征在于, 一个气体释放杆以枢轴运动方式被支承在所述可更 换燃料盒上, 该杆具有一个与所述可更换燃料盒上的气体释放阀相配 合的致动末端;和一个驱动末端,当该驱动末端被压下時,该致动末端 以枢转运动方式向上抬升所述气体释放阀而从所述的可更换燃料盒释 放出被液化气燃料; 以及
一个气体释放装置, 它具由一个以可转动方式支承在所述的壳体 上的致动器,它与所述气体释放杆的驱动末端连接的方式使得在该致 动器被转动而压下该驱动末端时, 所述气体释放阀就朝所述喷嘴释放 点火用气体。
2、如权利要求 1所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 所述的致动器具有 一个安装在所述壳体上、用于关闭打火机的打火机盖;及一个驱动杆, 此驱动杆有一个与所述打火机盖相连的上部及与所述气体释放杆的驱 动末端 ¾可滑动方式连接的下部, 它们相互连接得当打火机盖向上作 枢转运动裸露打火机顶板時, 所述驱动杆就被驱动而将气体释放杆的 驱动末端压下, 从而使可述气体从可更换燃料盒中被释放。
3、如权利要求 1所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 所述防护帽以可运 动方式支承在所述壳体内, 当可更换燃料盒在所述接受腔内时, 它还 与所述的气体释放阀以可拆卸方式连接; 及一个从此防护帽延伸向所 述气体喷嘴的气体传送管, 此管用于将所述气体从所述可更换燃料盒 送到喷嘴。
4、如权利要求 2所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 所述防护帽以可运 动方式支承在所述壳体内, 当可更换燃料盒在所述接受腔内时, 它还 与所述的气体释放阀以可拆卸方式连接; 及一个从此防护帽延伸向所 述气体喷嘴的气体传送管, 此管用于将所述气体从所述可更换燃料盒 送到喷嘴。
5、如权利要求 3所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 所述的防护帽有一 个内腔, 腔内以可拆卸方式安置所述气体释放阀的操作端, 该帽可被 向上推, 从而使该阀可被抬高而释放气体。
6、如权利要求 4所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 所述的防护帽有一 个内腔, 腔内以可拆卸方式安置所述气体释放阀的操作端, 该帽可被 向上推, 从而使该阀可被抬高而释放气体。
7、如权利要求 4所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 所述的防护帽还有 安装在所述壳体内的两个导件, 所述防护帽以可滑动方式安装在这两 个导件的壁之间, 以便使导件壁在该帽被所述气体释放阀向上抬升時 给该帽导向。
8、如权利要求 6所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 所述的防护帽还有 安装在所述壳体内的两个导件, 所述防护帽以可滑动方式安装在这两 个导件的壁之间, 以便使导件壁在该帽被所述气体释放阀向上抬升時 给该帽导向。
9、如权利要求 7所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 每个所述导件壁上 均有与之成一体的、 向内的横向止挡突, 从而使得所述防护帽被抬升 起的气体释放阀向上抬推时, 该止挡突可以防止该帽的进一步升高。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 每个所述导件壁 上均有与之成一体的、 向内的横向止挡突, 从而使得所述防护帽被抬 升起的气体释放阀向上抬推时,该止挡突可以防止该帽的进一步升高。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 所述防护帽的外 壁上有沿其周边向外突伸的帽突肩, 从而使得在该帽被向上抬升時, 所述导件壁可以推靠该突肩而阻制该帽进一步向上移。
12、如权利要求 10所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 所述防护帽的外 壁上有沿其周边向外突伸的帽突肩, 从而使得在该帽被向上抬升時, 所述导件壁可以推靠该突肩而阻制该帽进一步向上移。
13、如权利要求 11所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 还至少在所述横 向止挡突与帽突肩之间安置一个弹性件, 因而在所述防护帽被向上推 移时该弹性件在所述横向止挡突与帽突肩之间被挤压, 以此在所述致 动器松开后产生一个帮助该帽与止挡突脱开的推压力。
14、如权利要求 12所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 还至少在所述横 向止挡突与帽突肩之间安置一个弹性件, 因而在所述防护帽被向上推 移时该弹性件在所述横向止挡突与帽突肩之间被挤压, 以此在所述致 动器松开后产生一个帮助该帽与止挡突脱开的推压力。
15、 如权利要求 4所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 所述气体传送管 是一个柔性送气管, 在所述防护帽被向上推移时, 所述气体传送管可 使气体朝所述气体喷嘴传送。
16、如权利要求 14所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 所述气体传送管 是一个柔性送气管, 在所述防护帽被向上推移时, 所述气体传送管可 使气体朝所述气体喷嘴传送。
17、如权利要求 10所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 还在所述防护帽 内腔安置一个密封件, 它以可滑动方式安装在所述气体释放阀上, 用 于在所述气体释放阀操作端以可滑动方式插入所述防护帽内腔時防止 泄漏所述气体。
18、如权利要求 16所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 还在所述防护帽 内腔安置一个密封件, 它以可滑动方式安装在所述气体释放阀上, 用 于在所述气体释放阀操作端以可滑动方式插入所述防护帽内腔時防止 泄漏所述气体。
19、 如权利要求 1所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 还在所述气体释 放杆驱动端与可更换燃料盒顶板之间置有一个弹性件, 用以对所述气 体释放杆施加推力, 用于将所述气体释放杆致动末端向下推。
20、如权利要求 18所述的打火机, 其特征在于, 还在所述气体释 放杆驱动端与可更换燃料盒顶板之间置有一个弹性件, 用以对所述气 体释放杆施加推力, 用于将所述气体释放杆致动末端向下推。
21、 一种可更换燃料盒,其内储存有液化气燃料並可容置在权利 要求 1-20任意一种所述打火机的接受腔中;该可更换燃料盒上具有一 个与所述喷嘴连接、 用于控制从该可更换燃料盒中流出的气流的气体 释放阀;其特征在于:
一个以枢轴运动方式被支承在所述可更换燃料盒上的气体释放 杆, 该杆具有一个与所述气体释放阀相配合的致动末端;和一个驱动 末端,当该驱动末端被压下時,该致动末端以枢转运动方式向上抬升所 述气体释放阀而从所述的可更换燃料盒释放出液化气燃料。
22、 如权利要求 21所述可更换燃料盒, 其特征在于, 还在所述 气体释放杆驱动端与可更换燃料盒顶板之间置有一个弹性件, 用以对 所述气体释放杆施加推力而将所述气体释放杆致动末端向下推。
