Definitions
- the invention relates to a vacuum cleaner nozzle according to the preamble of claim 1.
- canister vacuum cleaners In so-called canister vacuum cleaners, the motor, blower, filter unit and electronic devices are arranged in a housing, which is usually mounted on rollers.
- An often telescopically adjustable in length suction pipe is connected at one end by means of a flexible suction hose to the housing or the blower of the vacuum cleaner and has at its other end to a floor nozzle, which comes into contact with the surface to be cleaned.
- a second design form the so-called hand vacuum cleaner.
- the suction pipe is rigidly connected to the vacuum cleaner housing.
- engine, blower, electrical and filter unit are housed in the housing.
- This additionally has on the side opposite the suction pipe connection on an extension of the suction pipe attached handle for handling.
- the negative pressure generated by the motor and blower is applied to the surface to be cleaned.
- These are usually either hard, smooth surfaces of floor coverings such as parquet, PVC, stone, etc., or textile surfaces such as carpets, furniture upholstery or the like.
- the different nature of the surface sometimes places conflicting demands on the functionality of the floor nozzle.
- crevices with a tubular narrowing end portion and furniture brush with arranged in the region of the opening soft bristles are known.
- These alternating nozzles are standard on standard vacuum cleaners, often in recesses provided in the housing, whereby these recesses usually holders or specially shaped recesses are provided; The areas are often covered in total by a flap.
- the invention has for its object to realize the placement of exchangeable nozzles to save space while improving the overall handling of the vacuum cleaner.
- the invention is based on the generic vacuum cleaner nozzle in that the second end region is also plugged together with the Saugrohrende and that the first end region also has a configuration that is adapted to a cleaning task of the first end portion. Both end portions of the vacuum cleaner nozzle are thus configured to perform cleaning tasks, and also both end portions of the vacuum cleaner nozzle with the suction pipe of the vacuum cleaner can be plugged together. Consequently, there is a combination nozzle that combines the functions of two nozzles in one part. nigen, so that ultimately space for the accommodation of such vacuum cleaner accessories is saved.
- the cleaning task and the configuration and the first end portion of the cleaning task and the configuration of the second end portion are different. Even if it is possible to design both end regions the same, so that they can perform the same cleaning tasks - this may be useful, for example, in wear-prone or contamination-prone embodiments of the end regions to use after wear or contamination of the other end - it is still of particular Advantage to design the end areas differently, because then two accessories can be replaced by a single.
- the first end portion is attachable to the Saugrohrende. This is the usual way to assemble a suction tube with a vacuum cleaner nozzle. Consequently, the functional second end portion of the vacuum cleaner nozzle may be configured in a conventional manner.
- the first end region has an inner cone.
- Such an inner cone preferably in conjunction with clamping webs of the combi nozzle provides a firm grip on the handle.
- the second end region can be inserted into the suction tube end.
- the second small-diameter end region is configured, it is possible to introduce it into the suction pipe end, thus realizing another manner of fastening the nozzle to the pipe.
- the second end region is designed as a crevice nozzle.
- the second end region which can be inserted in particular into the suction tube end, - A -
- crevice nozzle can be designed as a crevice nozzle in a particularly advantageous manner, since the crevice nozzle should have a slim shape anyway, which favors their design with regard to the insertion into the suction tube.
- the first end region comprises bristles.
- the bristles are in the inserted state of the suction pipe in the first end region preferably arranged in a circle around the Saugrohrende - they form an extension of the vacuum cleaner nozzle in the direction of the suction pipe. If you put the combination nozzle the other way around with the suction tube, so is a central opening with this opening surrounding bristles available.
- the carrier at least partially made of a hard component and the bristles at least partially made of a soft component.
- the choice of components with different degrees of hardness for different areas of the nozzle represents an optimization of the same in terms of functionality.
- the support and also the end of the nozzle facing away from the bristle can be made of PP, PP-GF or the like.
- the bristles can be made of TPE, PVC, silicone, elastomer or the like, for example.
- the supporting areas of the nozzle are optimized in terms of their supporting functionality, while the bristles can be sufficiently flexible.
- this eliminates after assembly of the carrier further assembly steps, such as the attachment of bristles in designated recordings.
- the integrity due to a lack of joints and bonding materials, such as adhesives results in greater nozzle reliability.
- the bristles are injection-molded onto the carrier in an injection molding process.
- the bristles can be particularly easily and inexpensively molded to the carrier.
- the bristles are substantially conical. It is provided in particular that the wider cone base forms the point of attachment of the bristles to the carrier and optionally also blunt conical tip facing the surface to be cleaned. In this way, sufficient flexibility and air permeability of the bristles can be achieved, while at the same time providing a sufficiently stable forming of the bristles to the carrier.
- the bristle ends are rounded. This increases the service life of the bristles and thus also of the bristle strip and protects sensitive surfaces during their cleaning.

- the vacuum cleaner nozzle 10 comprises a substantially tubular support 12.
- One of the end regions 14 of the vacuum cleaner nozzle 10 has a larger diameter than the other end region 16.
- the first end portion 14 is provided with bristles 22 so that this end portion may serve as a furniture brush while the other end portion 16 is the shape a crevice nozzle has.
- a suction tube end of a vacuum cleaner can be inserted into the widened end region 14, while the suction tube end can be pushed onto the end region 16 with a smaller diameter.
- an outer cone 20 can be provided which cooperates with the suction tube end in the inserted state.
- an inner cone 18 with one or more clamping webs 26 which are arranged on the inner cone 18 may be provided in order to improve the cohesion of the vacuum cleaner nozzle 10 with the Saugrohrende with inserted Saugrohrende in the vacuum cleaner nozzle 10.
- the bristles 22 are employed obliquely outwards to ensure unimpeded insertion of the suction pipe end when using the vacuum cleaner nozzle as a crevice tool.
- the bristles 22 surround the first end region 14 in a circle, and in the illustrated embodiment, three rows of bristles are provided.
- the bristles 22 are conical or frustoconical, with the apex of the cone or the thinner end of the truncated cone facing away from the vacuum cleaner nozzle 10.
- the bristle ends 24 are rounded.
