Abstract

L'invention concerne une colonne de séparation chromatographique à phase liquide qui comporte une tête et un corps de colonne, ce dernier étant formé d'un cylindre et d'absorbants en phase solide remplissant le cylindre ainsi que des disques de filtre placé de part et d'autre des adsorbants, afin d'éviter la fuite des adsorbants et de permettre l'écoulement de la phase à travers eux. Une extrémité du cylindre présente une sortie liquide et l'autre extrémité une entrée. La tête de colonne comprend un corps de tête doté d'une entrée d'alimentation, d'un couvercle et un arbre placé sur la paroi enveloppant externe du couvercle. Le corps de tête est installé sur le côté de l'extrémité ouverte du cylindre et relié avec la paroi interne du cylindre de manière hermétique. La paroi enveloppante externe du couvercle est reliée avec l'extrémité ouverte du cylindre, alors que la cale est plaquée dans la rainure ménagée sur le corps de tête. Avantageusement, la structure est conviviale, facile à fabriquer, la résistance à la pression est élevée, et permet d'éviter les fuites, le tout à moindre coût.
