Abstract
La présente invention concerne une pile à combustible à oxyde solide et un procédé de fabrication de piles à combustible à oxyde solide utilisant des techniques de traitement de couches minces. La pile à combustible comprend une couche cathodique, une couche électrolytique et une couche anodique disposées dans diverses configurations afin que les performances de la pile à combustible soient optimisées.
