Description
THE DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING OF DRINKS MIXING
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to containers, namely to devices for drinks mixing.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Many drinks are produced by means of mixing of 2 and more ingredients before having them. As the ingredients are kept separately before the preparation, the containers and the devices for making a mixed drink are necessary. The container for drinks mixing is known. It consists of two parts for two components of the drink to be mixed, in which the upper part of container is perforated by means of a straw. The first component spills over through the formed hole into another component, which is in the second section of the container, and mixes with it (See USA patent JY26454.088 IC V65D 025/08 publ. 24.09.2002 "Two-component containers").
To the disadvantages of the container relates the construction of the upper part of this device, which excludes a possibility of extracting a drink from it, when it is unmixed with the second component. It also excludes taking another unmixed component because of the perforation of the upper and the lower sides of the upper container. As a result, a binding effect of flowing out of the first component from the first part of the container in the secretion of the second part of container filled with the second component that confines an opportunity of using only one unmixed drink.
The closest solution of the technical essence with proposed design, which was taken as a prototype is the controlled device for drinks mixing in which the container is made. It is filled with an ingredient for putting it into the neck of the bottle - the main capacity. An inserted plug fits the bottle's neck for its closing. It contains a removable rod for a container's bottom perforation to make a contained ingredient flow out and mix with the basic drink in the bottle. After drawing the
rod out, the straw is inserted into the formed hole of the container to take a mixed drink out. (See patent USA JSTa 5.772.017 IC V65D 025/08 publ. 30.06.1998 "Controlled device for mixing of drinks).
The said controlled device for drinks mixing doesn't provide controlling the process of mixing by a user, but provides only spontaneous mixing of two components drink after perforation of container's bottom for putting the straw in. The user just initiates the process of mixing, but does not control it.
The controlled process in the known device is a container's perforation, not controlling of drinks mixing by a user's request. The aim of invention is to develop a high-performance device for controlled mixing of drinks by placing additional free-moving containers with drinks inside of the main capacity, filled with the drink and production of the straw with the side holes on its lower edge that provides dynamic change of gustatory qualities of the drink during moving of the lower sharp edge against its perforated adjacent walls of the container.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The solution of this problem is achieved by means of a device for the controlled drinks mixing, with the containing container placed in the main capacity and filled with drinks, which are meant for mixing and the straw for taking the drink out. According to the invention, there are additional free moving containers of different size inside of the main capacity. Thus, the straw is made with side holes adjusted at its lower edge near the point.
For instance, there is a leaf valve installed inside the straw. The proposed device for the controlled mixing of drinks in comparison with its prototype has the wider spectrum of possibilities for getting different, free changeable gustatory while taking drinks by a user.
In the proposed technical solution the differences are not characteristic for the all parts of the whole object which can be integral and independent objects
themselves with their own functions, that is why, they are not classified apart from other parts (features). But the combination of features, stated in another part of formula, was not found in the known technical solutions. Therefore, a proposed solution meets a requirement of "inventory level". The result of the proposed invention is the user's possibility for effective control in drinks mixing. During the process of taking a drink, a straw provides possibility of having a drink from all filled parts of the containers and from the main capacity taken separately and mixed drinks from the adjacent containers as well as the main capacity by means of a straw with the holes at the end of the lower side near the point.
Placing of the containers with different drinks in the main capacity will provide a possibility to get various gustatory senses from mixed and unmixed drinks while putting the straw into the main capacity, perforation of the container, putting the straw down into the container and then putting it up. A user may combine different drinks, filled in an endless amount of additional containers with various sizes, for example in the forms of balloons, hares, and other animals of free shapes, which can possibly be placed in one another, made hermetically, thin- walled or light-walled parts of surface for perforation with the help of the straw. Thus, the user chooses the sphere of taking a drink off, changes the depth immersing of the straw with a side hole, forms the speed of mixing, thus, with changing of an ingredients percentage in the taken drink. The process of drinks mixing occurs both inside of the straw and due to spilling over between the sphere walls of the containers. The leaf valve, placed in the straw, excludes a possibility of getting an oral liquid and returning of a drink from the straw into capacity with the drinks.
All characteristics of the formula provide getting an effective device for a controlled mixing of drinks by a user during the period of taking the drink off the capacity of the containers, filled with different drinks which dynamically change the gustatory qualities of a taken drink.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The device is shown in axonometry.
Fig. 1. A general view of a device, a bottle is the main capacity.
Fig. 2. A view of a device, the main capacity is the glass.
Fig. 3. A view of a device, the main capacity is a pack, Tetra Pack as an option.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The device for controlling of drinks mixing consists of the main capacity 1 , for example bottles( fig.1), the glass( fig.2) or a pack, Tetra Pack as an option (fig.3) filled with the drink 2. In the capacity there are additional, hermetical, floating containers 3 and 4, which filled with drinks 5 and 6. Inside of the capacity the straw 7 is set with the side holes at the lower edge 9 of the straw. In the upper part of the straw 7 there is a leaf valve 10 excluding the possibility of getting an oral liquid and returning of the drink from the straw in the capacity with drinks. A perforated lid 11 closes the main capacity.
The device is used in the following way:
The main capacity 1, for example the bottle (fig. l), the glass (fig.2) or pack, Tetra Pack as an option (fig.3) is filled with the drink 2. Easily pierced containers are submerge into the drink 3,4 ( for example, some small balls( 1,2), parallelepipeds( fig.3), filled with drinks 5 and 6. The neck of the main capacity 1 is closed with the lid 11. The lid of the capacity's bottle's neck is perforated by the straw 7 having the side holes 8 and immersed in a drink 2. During the further immerse of the straw 7 it is possible to take the unmixed drink 2 and then while moving down, the small ball 3 from which it is possible to take the perforated
unmixed drink 5, which later is mixing with the drink 2. While lifting up the straw 7 up the order of mixing is repeated in reverse order, changing the gustatory qualities of the drinks. It expands the field of using and possibility of controlling the drinks mixing process. The most intensive mixing occurs inside of the straw near the holes.
To facilitate the container's perforation capacities may be produced with bottlenecks and different projections, directed inside the capacity for holding the containers during their perforation. The lower edge of the straw cut can be sharpened and reinforced by means of agglutination of the straw's constrained point.
The application of the proposed device gives a possibility:
1. To form the new market of drinks with three qualitative advantages:
•originality of shape and color design of the internal containers; •diversity of mixing process of the multicolored drinks; •variety of changing flavors of the drink.
2. To create new trade marks on the basis of qualitative advantages . For example, "Cocktail Surprise ", "Charm", "Taste of Pleasure ", etc.
3. Due to attraction and originality to increase the cost of the ready product at minor changes in a production cycle of packing.
4. Due to numerous variety of possible ingredients to increase assortment of drinks on the. 5. To use the frozen balls with juices instead of ice (in bars, restaurants, etc.). The walls of balls can be made of gelatin for their subsequent use.
6. To develop taste feeling with small children by putting a dummy on the top of the straw and attaching the floating containers to the walls.
7. To reach an effect when after opening the capacity with soda the containers will float to the surface and immerse by means of the gas bubbles. To achieve this effect, it is necessary to choose some specific gravity of the ingredients in the containers. 8. To get an effect when inflated perforated elastic ball-container will let the stream out and will move inside the capacity.
9. To design a container of the original shape and content. For example, cocktail "Matreshka," can represent some capacity and the containers in the shape of an apple which are located in each other, and so on, filled up with apple juices of various colors and sorts.
10. To take a practically unmixed drinks from the containers. For this purpose except the patented straw, the device can be provided with the simple straw by which its help it is possible to take the left liquid on the bottom of the main capacity. 11. To produce oxygen cocktails by filling up the elastic containers with oxygen under some pressure.
12. To achieve an opportunity to drink pops by means of adding a "sparkling tablet".
13. Partially filled (rigid surfaces with easily perforated areas) containers will float on a surface, and those containing some load will sink down.
14. A rigid straw with its bottom edge in the shape of a hook can be used in the capacity - "aquarium".
