Abstract

On décrit un moteur, par exemple un moteur à combustion interne de type barillet à entraînement par came, qui comprend: un arbre de transmission principal délimitant un axe longitudinal; une came de commande principale sinusoïdale fixée de manière rigide à l'arbre de transmission principal; une pluralité d'éléments de came en contact avec la came de commande principale sinusoïdale et configurés pour suivre cette dernière, la rotation de la came de commande principale sinusoïdale correspondant à un mouvement alternatif linéaire de chaque élément de came dans un sens parallèle à l'axe longitudinal.
