Abstract

L’invention concerne une structure unitaire d’escalier, un système d’escalier préfabriqué et un procédé de construction correspondant utilisantune ou plusieurs structures unitaires d’escalier. La structure unitaire d’escalier est constituée d’une structure en une seule partie comportant au moins une marche avec contremarche et giron, dont la résistance après durcissement est de 60 à 200 Mpa. Le système d’escalier préfabriqué comprend un escalier formé par liaison séquentielle de structures unitaires de marches, et de deux limons inclinés, il présente une résistance élevée ou ultra élevée, son endurance et sa capacité de charge sont excellentes en raison de son comportement élastique supérieur comparé au béton à haute résistance existant. Le système d'escalier préfabriqué présente également une excellente étanchéité à l’eau et d’excellentes performances d’isolation acoustique quant à la charge due à la marche. Dans le procédé de construction d’un escalier, un ou plusieurs limons peuvent servir de moules dans une position qui permet de les fixer dans un corps de mur en construction, en formant ainsi un plancher, et un palier intermédiaire intégré et simultané avec le corps du mur. En conséquence, l'escalier préfabriqué sert non seulement de passage fonctionnel, mais le corps de mur peut également supporter la charge d’un ou deux limons inclinés pendant la construction. On obtient ainsi une réduction du coût de la main d’œuvre et ducoût de la construction en raison d’un temps de construction court etducoût de fabrication et de transport réduit.
