Abstract

The invention concerns a reclosable pouring element for beverage containers, in particular composite cardboard/plastic containers, comprising a base body applied on the container, an opening element for perforating the wall of the container, and a lid capable of being actuated by the opening element, the opening element and the lid being respectively mounted pivoting about an axis on the base body. In order to eliminate the drawbacks known in prior art and, in particular, to provide a pouring element capable of being applied on all types of containers, without forming weakened zones on said containers, the invention is characterized in that the opening element (4, 24, 44) has, in its part pivoting inside the container, a peripheral cut-out (7, 27) provided with a neat profile, such that when the container is opened, the container material is cut out without providing any prior weakening.
