Description

【0001】

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the spout forming device 10 is made of a substantially plate-like resin material, and an opening portion 11 that opens the spout of the container, and an operation that operates (activates) the opening portion 11. Part 12 and support part 13 which supports operation part 12 and fixes this spout forming device 10 to a container.
[0027]
The opening part 11, the operation part 12 and the support part 13 are arranged in the same plane. Between the one end part 11a of the opening part 11 and the one end part 12a of the operation part 12 which oppose each other, the upper part opens, and the thin part 14a (refer FIG. 6) which connects the opening part 11 and the operation part 12 below. The substantially U-shaped groove part 14 which has is provided. The bottom part of the groove part 14 is not an acute angle, but is formed in an arc shape that changes gently.
[0028]
The support portion 13 is disposed so as to surround a predetermined portion of the opening portion 11 and the operation portion 12 continuous to the opening portion 11. The operation part 12 is connected and supported by the support part 13 via a support shaft part 15 having a predetermined length provided on both side parts at a position away from the groove part 14 by a predetermined dimension.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 1, a taper-opening projection 20 projects from the lower surface of the other end 11 b side which is the counter-operation part side of the opening part 11. Further, the outer edge portion 23 of the support portion 13 is formed so as to be smoothly inclined downward so as to be continuous with the surface of the container.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 2, the support shaft portion 15 is inclined and extended toward the opening portion 11 from the operation portion 12 toward the support portion 13. As shown in FIG. 5, the shaft section of the support shaft portion 15 includes a laterally extending portion 15 a extending back and forth along a plane formed by the opening portion 11 and the operation portion 12, and a vertically extending portion 15 b extending vertically. It is formed in the substantially cross shape which has. The laterally extending portion 15 a strongly resists the force in the lateral direction (front and rear direction along the plane formed by the opening portion 11 and the operation portion 12) input to the support shaft portion 15, and pushes the support shaft portion 15. The longitudinally extending portion 15 b reinforces the support shaft portion 15 against a force in the vertical direction input to the support shaft portion 15. Thereby, the support shaft portion 15 has a shape that is easily twisted and is not easily damaged. The axial cross-sectional shape of the support shaft portion 15 is not limited to the substantially cross shape as long as it has a laterally extending portion, and may be, for example, a substantially single shape or a star shape.
[0031]
The opening portion 11, the operation portion 12, and the support portion 13 are integrally formed of a resin material via the thin-walled portion 14a and the support shaft portion 15, and the resin injection portion 26 at the time of the integral molding is opened. It is provided in the part 11.
[0032]
The spout forming apparatus 10 is arranged and fixed on the upper part of a container formed using paper or plastic as a main material. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, when the other end portion 12 b on the side opposite to the unsealing portion of the operation portion 12 is lifted, the support shaft portion 15 is twisted, and the operation portion 12 rotates around the support shaft portion 15 to rotate the groove portion. 14 is closed, the one end 12a of the operation part 12 presses the one end 11a of the opening part 11, and the other end part 11b on the side opposite to the operation part of the opening part 11 is pushed down as shown in FIG. The part 11 opens the to-be-opened site | part of the container located in the downward direction.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 6, the opening portion 11 is integrally provided with a flexible opening side locking portion 16 that can be locked from above on an opening side locking step portion 17 formed on the support portion 13. ing. The unsealing side locking portion 16 protrudes from the other end portion 11b of the unsealing portion 11 to the counter-operation portion side. As shown in FIG. 9, the other end 12 b of the operation unit 12 is lifted, the operation unit 12 rotates around the support shaft 15, the groove 14 is closed, and one end 12 a of the operation unit 12 is opened. When the one end portion 11a is pressed, as shown in FIG. 10, the unsealing side locking portion 16 is deformed and disengages from the unsealing side locking step portion 17, and the other end portion 11b of the unsealing portion 11 is pushed down.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 12, the support portion 13 is engaged with the upper surface of the opening portion 11 that has been pushed down to open the opening portion of the container, and the opening that restricts the rotational movement of the opening portion 11 upward is engaged. A maintenance unit 21 is provided. The upper surface 21a of the opening maintenance part 21 is formed in an inclined surface shape so that the opening part 11 can smoothly get over the opening maintenance part (see FIG. 1).
[0035]
Further, as shown in FIG. 12, on the other end portion 12 b side of the operation portion 12, an operation side locking portion 18 that can be locked from below to an operation side locking step portion 19 formed on the support portion 13. Is provided. After the opening portion 11 opens the unsealed portion of the container, when the other end portion 12b of the operation portion 12 is pulled down, the operation side locking portion 18 gets over the operation side locking step portion 19 which has been bent and deformed and moves downward. It moves and locks to the operation side locking step 19 to restrict the movement of the operating portion 12 in the lifting direction. The upper and lower surfaces of the operation side locking step portion 19 are formed in an inclined surface so that the operation side locking portion 18 can smoothly get over.
[0036]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the other end portion 12b of the operation portion 12 is formed thinner than the one end portion 12a side, and a substantially triangular window portion 24 is formed on the other end portion 12b. It is formed and functions as a so-called pull ring.
[0037]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, reinforcing ribs 25 project in a mesh shape on the lower surfaces of the opening portion 11, the operation portion 12, and the support portion 13, and the ribs 25 projecting on the support portion 13. A cylindrical portion 22 for positioning the spout forming device 10 with respect to a fixing jig (not shown) for fixing the spout forming device 10 to the container through the manufacturing process and the distribution process as described above. Is formed.
[0038]
In addition, although the lower surface of the support part 13 in the same figure, ie, the surface in contact with the container, is not flush, this is because the mounting surface of the spout forming device 10 of this embodiment is mainly formed of paper or the like in a polygonal column shape. Since it is a container formed by bending it into two, it is not a perfect plane, so it can be easily joined to it. Further, the splicing device 10 and the container can be joined by a known method such as heat sealing by infrared heating or the like.
[0039]
Next, operation | movement of the said spout formation apparatus 10 is demonstrated.
[0040]
As shown in FIG. 6, the spout forming device 10 immediately after molding has an opening portion 11 inclined upward by θ1 (about 5 ° to 15 °) with respect to the horizontal direction as shown in FIG. The operation unit 12 is tilted downward greatly by θ1 or more. From this state, as shown in FIG. 7, when the operation portion 12 is lifted upward, the support shaft portion 15 is twisted, and the operation portion 12 rotates about the support shaft portion 12. The opening part 11 connected by 14a also rotates downwards, and the opening side latching | locking part 16 latches to the opening side latching step part 17 from upper direction. The downward tilt amount of the operation unit 12 at this time is set so that θ2 is about 10 °.
[0041]
When the operation portion 12 is further lifted, as shown in FIG. 8, the operation side locking portion 18 holds the operation side locking step portion 19 while the opening side locking portion 16 is locked to the opening side locking step portion 17. It gets over and is locked to the locking step 19 from above. In this state, the spout forming device 10 is fixed to the container.
[0042]
When using the spout forming device 10 fixed to the container, as shown in FIG. 9, the other end portion 12 b of the operation portion 12 is lifted upward, and the operation portion 12 is rotated around the support shaft portion 15. At this time, since the operation side locking portion 18 is locked to the operation side locking step portion 19 from above, the other end side 12b of the operation portion 12 is maintained in a state separated from the surface of the container by a predetermined amount. Further, since the other end portion 12b of the operation portion 12 is formed in a thin shape, when the fingertip is hooked on the other end portion 12b of the operation portion 12, the other end portion 12b side is bent upward, and the surface of the container A fingertip can be easily inserted between the operation unit 12. Thereby, the other end part 12b of the operation part 12 can be easily lifted upward. Moreover, since the window part 24 is formed in the other end part 12b side of the operation part 12, and the peripheral part of the window part 24 becomes easy to bend, insertion of a fingertip can be performed still more easily.
[0043]
When the operation portion 12 rotates about the support shaft portion 15, the operation portion 12 and the opening portion 11 are bent at the thin portion 14a, the upper portion of the groove portion 14 is closed, and the opening portion is opened by the one end portion 12a of the operation portion 12. One end 11a of the portion 11 is strongly pressed downward. As a result, as shown in FIG. 10, the unsealing side locking portion 16 is deformed and disengaged from the unsealing side locking step portion 17, and as shown in FIG. 11, the other end portion 11b of the unsealing portion 11 is pushed down vigorously. In this process, the portion to be opened under the opening portion 11 is broken by the opening protrusion 20 provided on the lower surface of the opening portion 11.
[0044]
After the opening, the operation unit 12 is further rotated to engage the unsealing unit 11 with the unsealing maintenance unit 21 to prevent the rotational movement upward, and then the operation unit 12 is moved in the opposite direction as shown in FIG. The other end portion 12b of the operation portion 12 is pulled down until the operation side locking portion 18 gets over the operation side locking step portion 19, and the operation side locking portion 18 is moved to the operation side locking step portion 19 from below. The operation unit 12 is prevented from being lifted by being locked.
[0045]
According to the present embodiment, the opening connected to the operation unit 12 can be achieved simply by lifting the other end portion 12b of the operation unit 12 of the spout opening device 10 fixed to a container formed of paper or plastic as a main material. Since the part 11 is rotated and the portion to be opened located below the opening part 11 can be broken and opened, no dust is generated separately from the container.
[0046]
Further, the spout forming device 10 is formed separately because the unsealing portion 11, the operation portion 12, and the support portion 13 are integrally formed of a resin material via the thin portion 14a and the support shaft portion 15. In addition, the number of parts can be minimized without requiring assembly of a plurality of parts, and the spout forming device 10 can be manufactured easily and inexpensively.
[0047]
Further, since the opening portion 11 is provided with a flexible opening side locking portion 16 that can be locked from above on the opening side locking step portion 17 of the support portion 13, the other end portion 12b of the operation portion 12 is strong. Unless it is lifted, the opening side locking portion 16 locked to the opening side locking step portion 17 prevents the opening portion 11 from moving downward. Therefore, for example, in the merchandise distribution process, the unsealed part of the container is not broken before the artificial opening operation, and the sealed state is maintained well.
[0048]
Further, when a strong downward force is applied to the unsealing portion 11, the unsealing side locking portion 16 is disengaged from the unsealing side locking step portion 17, so that the unsealing protrusion 20 of the unsealing portion 11 becomes an unsealed part of the container. It hits vigorously. Thereby, the to-be-opened site | part of a container can be broken easily and reliably.
[0049]
Further, the unsealing side locking portion 16 protrudes from the other end portion 11b of the unsealing portion 11 to the counter operation portion side, and the support shaft portion 15 is inclined toward the unsealing portion 11 from the operation portion 12 toward the support portion 13. Since the shaft section has the laterally extending portion 15a, the support shaft portion 15 has a strong structure against the force on the counter-operation portion side. Therefore, when the operating portion 12 is lifted and the opening side locking portion 16 comes into contact with the opening side locking step portion 17 from above and then the operating portion 12 is further lifted, the twisted support shaft portion 15 is There is no possibility that the unsealing side locking portion 16 will not be disengaged from the unsealing side latching step portion 17 by shifting to the counter-operation portion side (opening portion 11 side), and the unsealed portion of the container can be broken more easily and reliably.
[0050]
In addition, since the support part 13 is provided with the opening maintenance part 21 that engages with the opening part 11 after opening the opening part of the container and restricts the rotational movement of the opening part 11 upward, the opening part of the container is opened. The unsealed state of the part is maintained well, and the liquid can be satisfactorily discharged from the spout.
[0051]
Moreover, since the operation side latching | locking part 18 of the operation part 12 of the support part 13 provided in the operation part 12 with the operation side latching | locking part 18 which can be freely locked from the downward direction was provided, after opening the to-be-opened site | part of a container, the operation part 12 is opened. The operation portion 19 can be prevented from being lifted by pulling down and causing the operation side engagement step portion 19 to engage the operation side engagement portion 18 from below. Thereby, the eating and drinking person can drink a stored drink from a spout without a sense of incongruity in the state which an operation part does not protrude.
[0052]
Further, since the other end portion 12b of the operation portion 12 is formed in a thin shape, the operation portion 12 is easily rotated by hooking the fingertip on the other end portion 12b of the operation portion 12 and lifting it upward. The opening site can be opened.
[0053]
Moreover, since the tapering opening projection 20 protrudes from the lower surface of the opening portion 11 on the other end 11b side, the opening portion of the container can be easily broken by the opening projection 20. Further, when opening, since the opening protrusion 20 lands on the liquid surface of the stored beverage from the tip side where the taper tapers out, the stored beverage can be minimized.
[0054]
In addition, since the outer edge portion 23 of the support portion 13 that the upper and lower lips of the eater eats is provided so as to be smoothly inclined downward so as to be continuous with the surface of the container, the eater eats the contained beverage without feeling uncomfortable on the upper lip. be able to.
[0055]
Furthermore, since the resin injection part 26 at the time of molding of the spout forming device 10 is provided in the opening part 11, the resin injected into the molding die flows into the operation part 12 from the opening part 11 through the thin part 14a. Further, it flows into the support portion 13 through the support shaft portion 15. On the other hand, when the resin injection part is provided in the operation part 12, the resin injected into the mold is mainly flowed from the operation part 12 to the support part 13 via the support shaft part 15, and the remaining part. A part will flow into the opening part 11 via the thin part 14a, and there exists a possibility that the thickness of the thin part 14a may not be ensured enough. That is, by providing the resin injection part 26 in the opening part 11, the inflow resin can be sufficiently supplied to the thin part 14a, and the thin part 14a can be reliably formed to have a uniform thickness, and the thin part 14a to be bent is provided. Can be prevented from being damaged at the time of opening. In the present embodiment, the bottom of the groove portion 14 is not an acute angle, but has a substantially U-shape that changes gently. This also makes it difficult for the thin-walled portion 14a to be damaged.
[0056]
In addition, the shape arrangement of the opening part 11, the operation part 12, and the support part 13 is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but is basically made of a resin material, and has an opening part, an operation part, and a support part. And the operation part and the support part are arranged in the same plane, the opening part and the operation part are connected by a thin part formed by providing a groove part between their opposing ends, and the support part is connected to the opening part. As long as the predetermined part of the operation part continuing to the opening part is surrounded and arranged, the shape and arrangement thereof may be any.
[0057]
Moreover, in the said Example, although the upper part of a container is made into a spout formation position as a to-be-opened site | part, a narrow groove may be formed in this part and it may be easy to punch out a spout.
[0058]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to connect to the operation unit simply by lifting the end of the operation unit of the spout forming device fixed to the container formed of paper or plastic as a main material. Since the opened portion of the container that rotates the opened opening portion and seals the opening located on the lower surface of the opening portion can be torn and opened, it is possible to provide a mouth opening device that does not generate dust separately from the container. it can.
[0059]
In addition, since the spout forming device is integrally formed of a resin material, it is not necessary to assemble a plurality of components, and can be manufactured easily and inexpensively with a minimum number of components. Further, since the opening can be formed by the operation of only the operation part without directly touching the opening part that is immersed in the container, it is very hygienic.
[0060]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the first aspect of the invention, the unsealing side member that is engaged with the unsealing side locking step unless the counter-opening portion side of the operation portion is lifted strongly. Since the stop portion prevents the opening portion from moving downward, the unsealed portion of the container is not broken before the opening operation, and the sealed state is well maintained.
[0061]
Further, when a strong downward force is applied to the opening portion, the opening side locking portion is disengaged from the opening side locking step portion, so that the lower side of the opening portion strikes the opening portion of the container vigorously. Thereby, the to-be-opened site | part of a container can be broken easily and reliably.
[0062]
According to the invention described in claim 3, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 2, the support shaft portion has a strong structure against the force to the counter-operation portion side. After the unsealing side locking part comes into contact with the unsealing side locking step part from above, when the operating part is lifted more strongly, the support shaft part is shifted to the non-operating part side (opening part side) and the opening side engaging part There is no fear that the stop portion will not come off from the opening side locking step portion, and the opening portion of the container can be broken more easily and reliably.
[0063]
According to the invention described in claim 4, in addition to the effects of the invention described in any one of claims 1 to 3, since the opening state of the site to be opened of the container is well maintained by the opening maintaining part. The liquid can be made to flow out from the spout well.
[0064]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the first to fourth aspects of the invention, after opening the unsealed portion of the container, the operation portion is pulled down to operate the operation side locking step. By locking the operation side locking part to the part, it is possible to prevent the operation part from being lifted, so that a drinker can drink the stored beverage from the spout without feeling uncomfortable with the operation part not protruding. .
[0065]
According to the invention described in claim 6, in addition to the effect of the invention described in any one of claims 1 to 5, since the opening protrusion to be tapered projects on the lower surface of the other end side of the opening part. The unsealed portion of the container can be more easily broken by the opening protrusion. Further, at the time of opening, the splashing of the contained beverage can be suppressed to the minimum because the unsealed protrusion lands on the liquid surface of the contained beverage from the tip side where the opening protrusion tapers.
[0066]
According to the invention described in claim 7, in addition to the effects of the invention described in any one of claims 1 to 6, the outer edge portion of the support portion on which the upper lip of a person eats and drinks is continuous with the surface of the container. Thus, the food and drinker can drink the stored beverage without feeling uncomfortable on the upper lip.
[0067]
According to the invention described in claim 8, in addition to the effects of the invention described in any one of claims 1 to 7, since the resin injection part at the time of molding is provided in the opening part, the resin injection part is operated. Compared with the case where it is provided in the part, the thin part can be reliably formed to a uniform desired thickness, and the thin part to be bent has a desired strength, so that the thin part at the time of opening can be prevented from being damaged. it can.
