现有技术的电信业务中要完成帐户的充值,需要运营商先发行、销售 相应的充值卡, 用户购买充值卡后才能充值, 其充值过程主要有:
1、 在卡管理中心生成卡数据, 将数据记录在卡中心数据库中。 同时 生成卡信息数据文件, 交给制卡商。
2、 制卡商根据文件中的卡信息数据印刷生成卡, 然后再交给电信运 营商。
3、 电信运营商将卡批发给充值卡零售商。
4、 用户在零售商处购买卡。
5、 用户拨打特定的充值服务号码, 进入充值流程。
6、 用户按提示输入充值卡密码, 充值成功后, 提示已充值的金额和 余额。
但这种充值方式的主要缺点是:
1、 需要印刷充值卡, 增加了电信运营商的成本。
2、 而充值卡仅能用于充值, 充值后就成了废弃物, 即消耗了大量资 源, 也不利于环保。
3、 卡的密码有可能泄密, 使用户买卡后不能进行充值。
4、用户在充值时需要输入一串又长又不熟悉的密码,输入容易出错, 使用很不方便。
而另一方面, 目前,智能网是一个用于产生和提供电信增值业务的体 系结构, 它能快速、 方便、 灵活、 经济、 有效地生成和实现各种新业务。 因此, 能否利用智能网平台, 实现在线帐户充值, 已经称为业内一个关 注的问题。 发明内容

( 3 )业务控制点设备提示用户输入充值信息, 包括充值帐户、 充值 金额信息, 并接收用户输入的充值信息;
(4)业务控制点设备根据接收到的充值信息, 确定充值金额不大于 帐户金额后, 将接收到的用户充值信息发送给接口机;
( 5 )所述接口机根据接收到的充值信息, 将该充值信息转发至与所 述充值帐号对应的帐户中心, 由该帐户中心按照充值金额对该充值帐户 进行充值。
本发明还可以进一步包括:
(6) 帐户中心将充值后的结果信息发送至接口机, 并由接口机将该 信息返回至业务控制点设备;
(7)业务控制点设备根据接收到的充值结果信息, 在业务数据库中 扣除该终端帐户的相应金额, 并将充值结果信息发送给终端。
本发明还可以进一步包括:
( 8 ) 终端将充值结果信息发送到打印机, 由打印机打出充值凭证。 本发明所提供的一种通过智能网实现在线帐户充值的方法,与现有充 值方式相比, 通过终端接入智能网平台, 输入充值的帐户类型、 帐户号 和充值金额, 就能完成给指定的帐户充值, 从而减少了运营商制作卡和 批发卡等耗费大量时间和金钱的过程, 增加了运营商的利润并提高了工 作的效率, 同时减少了对资源的消耗, 达到了环保的目的。 附图概述

下面结合在线式电子充值业务的实施过程,将对本发明作进一步的详 细说明。
本发明所述通过智能网实现在线帐户充值的方法,其核心思想是:呼 叫进入智能网平台后, 终端将要充值的请求消息 (内容包括帐户、 充值 金额等) 发送给业务控制点 (SCP Service Control Point, 以下简称 SCP), SCP再把充值请求消息发送给相应的帐户中心, 帐户中心完成帐户充值 后把充值返回消息传给 SCP; SCP通过语音提示或者其它方式通知终端 充值结果。 这样, 就达到了在线充值的目的。
其具体步骤如下:
第一步: 在服务器端预先设置一数据库, 将帐户类型、用户组、折扣 等相关的数据和其它系统数据预先写入数据库。
第二步: 将终端的帐户信息包括:帐户费用情况、 接入的电话号码、 密码等其它帐户相关信息写入到数据库。
第三步: 终端拨打接入码, 呼叫通过智能网平台的业务交换点 (SSP
Service Switch Point, 以下简称 SSP)进入 SCP, SCP获得呼叫相关信息, 如主叫号码, 被叫号码等。 第四步: SCP通过访问第二步中记录的帐户信息完成对该呼叫的鉴 权, 鉴权通过继续下一步。
第五步: 终端将充值请求消息传给 SCP, 该输入信息包括帐户类型、 帐户号, 充值金额等。
第六步: SCP将充值请求消息发送给接口机, 接口机再分发给相应 的帐户中心。
第七步:帐户中心根据充值请求消息对指定的帐户完成充值操作,记 录充值日志; 帐户更新完成后得到充值返回信息。
第八步:帐户中心将充值返回信息返回给接口机,接口机再将该信息 返回给 SCP。

在业务数据库中记录终端的开户信息,每帐户对应唯一用户线,帐户 信息包括终端号码、 帐户总金额、 已使用金额、 帐户的分组信息, 帐户 用户名、 帐户密码等信息。本实例中终端号码为 66650001、 帐户总金额 200.00元、 使用金额 0、 帐户的分组 1 、 帐户密码 1111、 帐户用户名为 张三。

如果终端不支持接收 FSK数据并且打印的功能, 充值操作就结束。 如果支持, 业务终端在接收到充值信息后, 还能将信息发送给打印机, 由打印机打出充值凭据。
通过上述方法步骤,本发明方法实现了通过智能网平台在线给帐户充 值的方法, 并且该方法操作简单方便, 减少了对资源的消耗, 实现了环 保目的。

(2) 业务控制点设备接收到终端的呼叫后, 根据终端号码, 从所述 业务数据库中获得对应该终端号码的终端帐户信息;
(3) 业务控制点设备提示用户输入充值信息, 包括充值帐户、 充值 金额信息, 并接收用户输入的充值信息;
(4)业务控制点设备根据接收到的充值信息, 确定充值金额不大于 帐户金额后, 将接收到的用户充值信息发送给接口机;
(5) 所述接口机根据接收到的充值信息, 将该充值信息转发至与所 述充值帐号对应的帐户中心,由该帐户中心按照充值金额对该充值帐户进 行充值。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括:
(6) 帐户中心将充值后的结果信息发送至接口机, 并由接口机将该 信息返回至业务控制点设备;
(7) 业务控制点设备根据接收到的充值结果信息, 在业务数据库中 扣除该终端帐户的相应金额, 并将充值结果信息发送给终端。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括-
(8) 终端将充值结果信息发送到打印机, 由打印机打出充值凭证。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述步骤 (1 ) 中, 终端帐户信息进一步包括: 帐户密码;
所述步骤 (2) , 进一步包括:
业务控制点设备从所述业务数据库中获得对应该终端号码的帐户密 码; 业务控制点设备提示用户输入密码, 并在接收到用户输入的密码后, 将其与从业务数据库中获得的密码进行比较;
如果比较结果正确, 则用户鉴权通过
如果比较结果不正确, 则增加黑名单计数值, 并判断计数值是否大于 所述数据库中预设的最大次数, 如果不大于, 则提示用户再次输入密码, 如果大于, 则修改用户状态为黑名单状态。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务数据库中进一 步存储有: 充值折扣、各帐户中心的信息; 所述终端帐户信息的帐户金额 信息, 包括: 帐户总金额、 当前余额信息; 所述步骤 (4) 中确定充值金 额不大于帐户金额的步骤, 是根据计算充值折扣后确定的。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤(2) , 业务控 制点设备通过业务数据功能,从业务数据库中获得对应该终端号码的帐户 信息。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤(3 ) 中, 业务 控制点设备通过 P&C操作提示并接收用户输入的信息。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤(4) 中, 如果 业务控制点设备确定充值金额大于帐户金额, 则播放语音提示。
9、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述步骤 (6) , 进一步包括: 帐户中心根据所述充值结果, 记录充 值日志;
所述步骤 (7) , 进一步包括: 业务控制点设备根据所述充值结果, 记录充值日志。
10、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤(7) 中, 业 务控制点设备通过语言播放或者使用 FSK方式, 将充值结果传送给终端。
