Abstract

L'invention concerne une construction en mer destinée au placement d'un plancher marin dans une étendue d'eau contenant des masses de glaces mobiles, qui applique des charges environnementales sur la construction; cette construction en mer comprend une base qui est en contact avec le fond marin. La base comporte une zone transversale horizontale suffisante de sorte qu'une pression support et une force de cisaillement horizontale, qui résulte, d'une charge environnementale et qui est transférée à la fondation du fond marin par la base de fondation, soient inférieures à au moins une capacité de cisaillement prédéfinie et une capacité support prédéfinie pour la fondation du fond marin; et une superstructure étanche, creuse située au niveau ou au-dessus de la ligne de flottaison du corps qui est supportée par un arbre support s'étendant verticalement à partir de la base à travers la superstructure.
