随着市场经济的发展, 假冒商品时有发生, 对流通商品的身份进行真伪 认证、 防伪越来越被商品生产和销售商重视; 同时, 商品生产销售商为了提 高流通效率、 在购买消费者中建立某种形式的客户组织, 如客户俱乐部来提 高其商品市场占有率, 在对商品销售进行可靠防伪的同时, 能够对销售商或 下级销售商进行有效监管, 对具体购买消费者的情况也能及时掌握。 特别是 通过网络向商品生产商提供商品销售防伪认证、 对销售商进行有效监管、 对 消费者进行跟踪奖励等服务, 具有广泛的社会需求。
目前的商品防伪认证领域, 除物理防伪认证, 如激光标贴防伪, 主要是 个性密码查询防伪认证, 如通过电话查询商品身份密码的防伪认证。 物理防 伪认证的最高技术均应用在造币方面, 如水印、 埋设金属线等, 但无论是何 国货币, 都有被批量假冒的现实, 物理防伪认证技术被造假者掌握后, 便会 以假乱真。
目前的个性密码查询防伪认证, 是预先生成商品身份密码 (表现形式有 数字、 图案、 紋理等), 将这种密码同时写入商品包装和查询数据库, 消费者 通过写在商品上的密码, 按说明路径去数据库中查询, 有就是真, 没有就是 伪, 就是最古老的对暗号的方法, 目前被大量采用, 但其缺陷也很突出: 方 法本身可以被假冒, 如造假者也按上述方式在商品包装和造假者的数据库中 写入身份密码, 消费者按其说明路由查询, 造假者的数据库中也一定是有这 些密码的; 不被查询的密码被造假者二次利用, 以假当真,按目前的不足 1% 的查询率计算, 在 99%不被查询的商品中得到真密码, 然后按 100倍复制, 写入假冒商品的包装上, 消费者得到假的商品后, 按二次写入的密码和路由 查询, 该密码在真品数据库中一定也是存在的。 所以, 在一些商品销售市场 上, 这种防伪认证方式, 不仅没有起到防伪认证的目的, 反而成为了护假工 具。
不论是物理的还是个性密码查询的防伪认证, 特别是密码查询防伪认 证, 应用在商品防伪认证方面, 其特点是: 由消费者作为查询主体, 通过电 话或互联网进行真伪查询认证, 而举证商品真伪属性的责任应该是销售者, 而不是消费者, 将销售者的义务转嫁给了消费者; 同时, 目前的防伪认证均 是消费者购买商品后进行防伪查询, 发现假冒时, 再退货或投诉, 增加了消 费者的负担; 防伪认证只有一组密码, 一次生成, 在商品包装、 销售 (如超 市等开放式销售环境)、运输等环节一旦将防伪密码盗取、损坏, 商品便不能 正常销售, 而被盗去的密码则可以用于假冒商品; 真伪查询认证只是在消费 者和数据库之间进行, 和销售者没有关系, 这样既不能对销售者进行监督, 使其逃脱了对商品真伪属性的举证义务, 还为其参与制假售假提供了便利; 由于查询率极低, 生产方不能全面掌握消费者的信息和销售状况; 任何一个 网络终端(如电话、 pc机), 在任何地点均可实现防伪认证查询, 客观上为 造假者提供了方便;在具体查询操作上,为了保证密码的唯一性和不重复性, 密码就需要达到一定的位数,一般为 16位左右,消费者查询认证需要输入密 码, 由于密码位数长, 常常出错, 有的消费者认为麻烦, 不予查询认证。
综上所述, 目前被广泛采用的商品防伪认证技术, 存有不足。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明首先改变认证查询对象, 变购买消费者查询认证为销 售者查询认证, 并向购买消费者提供认证结果, 变购买后被动查询认证为购 买时查询认证; 变只有消费者同密码数据库两方之间的查询认证, 为销售方 认证装置、 购买方驗证装置、 系统认证装置和生产方装置多方之间的查询认 证; 变一件商品只有一组身份密码, 为一件商品的身份码含有多个号码(编 号、 认证码和验证码)并分别用于销售方和购买方的查询认证; 变身份密码 可以通过所有网络装置进行查询认证, 为身份码中的认证码只能通过商品销 售方的认证装置查询认证, 身份码中的验证码只能通过购买方的验证装置查 询验证。 为了克服密码泄漏问题、 对销售商进行监管、 直接获取消费购买方 信息, 本发明将销售方认证装置和购买方验证装置的网络地址、 号码(以下 简称地址)组合进商品身份码中, 没有被指定地址的装置, 不能进行有效的 商品查询认证, 销售方认证装置和购买方验证装置的地址是由其装置本身携 带和发送, 商品标识中没有纪录, 有效防止密码、 身份码的泄漏。 克服现有 商品防伪认证的诸多不足。 具体要实现的目的如下:
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种合址认证系统及方法, 系统中的装置预 先生成由编号、 认证码和验证码组成的商品身份码, 系统认证装置中存储有 供查询认证的由上述认证码同销售认证方的认证装置的地址组合、 合成的新 认证码, 系统认证装置中还存储有供查询验证的由上述验证码和购买方验证 装置的地址组合、 合成的新验证码, 认证码只供商品销售方通过其认证装置 使用, 验证码只供购买方通过其验证装置使用; 销售认证方通过其认证装置 向系统认证装置发送商品身份码中的认证码和购买验证方验证装置的地址, 由系统认证装置对认证码和认证装置的地址进行合成, 生成新的认证码, 通 过对新的认证码的比对同时向销售认证装置和购买验证装置提供比对结果; 购买验证方通过其验证装置向系统认证装置发送商品身份码中的验证码和本 装置的地址, 由系统认证装置对验证码和地址进行合成, 生成新的验证码, 通过对新的验证码的比对向验证装置提供比对结果; 用于销售认证方在销售 商品时向购买验证方对其所销售的商品进行身份属性的认证 , 用于购买方在 商品购买后自行验证商品身份属性。 使销售商品的身份属性认证只能在销售 方和购买方之间进行, 并只能通过销售方的认证装置和验证方的验证装置进 行认证、 验证, 而不能通过其他第三方的装置进行正确的身份属性认证和验 证, 避免销售方销售、 购买方购买假冒商品, 克服商品身份码的再次利用, 避免方法本身被假冒、 复制。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种用于合址认证系统及方法的自动认 证装置 , 用于认证方对商品进行合址认证时, 自动获取商品标识中的认证码 和购买验证方验证装置的地址, 将获取的认证码和验证装置的地址通过网络 发送到系统认证装置, 接收系统认证装置发送的认证商品的商品信息和销售 信息。 提高销售认证方的工作效率, 克服手工输入商品认证码和验证装置地 址时可能出现的差错。
为了实现上述目的, 需要组建合址认证系统, 本发明的合址认证系统包 括:
至少一个认证装置及地址, 通过网络, 同下列接入合址装置和验证装置 相连接, 认证装置内包含: 处理器, 网卡、 网络地址、 网络信息接收和输出 装置、 信息及地址输入和接收装置、 显示器、 接口、 电源, 用于输入或接收 商品标识内的身份码中的认证码和购买验证方验证装置的地址, 并向接入合 址装置发送, 用于接收显示由接入合址装置发送的商品信息和销售信息; 认 证装置可以使用现有的网络设备, 如电话机、 手机、 pc机, 也可以对现有网 络设备进行改装或扩充, 如在现有的电话机上附加信息自动接收装置, 如数 字、 条形码扫描装置和射频卡读取装置等, 自动接收商品标识内的认证码, 还可使用专用自动认证装置, 以自动接收商品标识内的认证码, 自动接收验 证装置的地址, 并将其自动发送。 采用何种认证装置, 取决于商品标识及其 内身份码、 认证码的存在方式, 纸张印刷数字方式, 采用手工输入的认证装 置,纸张印刷条形码方式,采用带有条形码扫描装置的认证装置, IC卡方式, 采用具有 IC卡读卡装置的认证装置;认证装置的地址是根据认证装置的类型 决定,使用电话机为认证装置,其地址就是本电话机的号码,如 139********、 010********等, 使用互联网终端设备为认证装置, 其地址就是其 IP地址。
至少一个验证装置及地址, 通过网络, 同认证装置和下列接入合址装置 相连接, 验证装置内包含: 处理器, 网卡、 网络地址、 网络信息接收和输出 装置、 信息及地址输入和接收装置、 显示器、 接口、 电源, 用于输入或接收 商品标识内的身份码中的验 马并向接入合址装置发送, 用于接收显示由接 入合址装置发送的商品信息和销售信息; 其功能和上述认证装置相似, 但不 可能使每位消费者在购买商品时使用专门的验证装置, 应采用购买消费者所 具有的网络装置, 如电话机、 手机等网絡终端设备; 认证装置的地址同样是 根据验证装置的类型决定, 使用电话机为验证装置, 其地址就是本电话机的 号码, 如 133********、 020********等, 使用互联网终端设备为验证装置, 其地址就是其 IP地址。
一个接入合址装置 , 通过网絡和接入号码同认证装置和验证装置相连 接, 同认证服务器和验证服务器直接相连接, 接入合址装置包含: 网络接入 号码、 码号、 网关、 网络接入系统、 地址接收记录装置, 地址合成服务器, 用于接收认证装置和验证装置发送的商品身份码信息及其地址, 通过其内的 地址合成服务器对接收到的商品身份码和地址进行合成, 并将合成后的新的 商品身份码向认证服务器和^服务器发送, 用于向认证装置和验证装置发 送由认证服务器和验证服务器发出的商品信息和销售信息; 接入合址装置主 要功能有: 信息的接收:接收认证装置和验证装置发送的信息, 接收、 收取认 证装置和验证装置的地址 (收取主叫号码); 身份码同地址的合成: 按设定的 规则对接收到的身份码和主叫号码进行合成; 信息的发送: 将合成后的新的 身份码和主叫号码向认证服务器、 验证服务器发送, 将商品信息、 销售信息 等信息向认证装置和验证装置发送。
一个认证服务器, 同销售服务器和接入合址装置直接相连接, 包含认证 商品身份码数据库和认证系统, 用于存储销售服务器预先写入的商品身份码 及其商品信息和销售信息, 用于将接入合址装置发来的认证码同预先存储的 认证码进行比对判定, 并通过接入合址装置和网络向认证装置和验证装置同 时发送比对结果, 向销售服务器发送接入合址装置传送的 证装置的地址和 新的认证码及认证纪录;
一个验证服务器, 同销售服务器和接入合址装置直接相连接, 包含验证 商品身份码数据库和验证系统, 用于存储销售服务器预先写入的验证商品身 份码及其商品信息和销售信息, 用于将接入合址装置发来的验证码同预先存 储的验证码进行比对判定, 并通过接入合址装置和网络向验证装置发送比对 结果, 向销售服务器发送验证纪录。
一个销售服务器, 同认证服务器、 验证服务器和编码服务器相连接, 包 含商品身份码数据库、 身份码同认证装置及验证装置地址合成系统、 记录统 计系统, 用于从编码服务器接收商品身份码, 并按照商品的流向, 将商品身 份码中的认证码同商品所流向的销售认证方的认证装置地址进行合成, 生成 新的商品认证码和身份码, 在身份码中写入相关的商品信息, 并将新的商品 身份码及其商品信息导入认证服务器, 用于从认证服务器接收接入合址装置 传送的验证装置地址和新的认证码及商品认证纪录, 在认证服务器中的该身 份码中写入相关销售信息, 并将接收到的验证装置地址同该组身份码中的验 证码进行合成, 生成新的验证码和身份码, 再将新的身份码及其商品信息和 销售信息导入验证服务器, 用于接收验证服务器发送的商品验证纪录。
一个编码服务器, 同销售服务器和标识制造装置相连接, 内含商品身份 编码系统, 用于生成商品身份码, 每组商品身份码均包含编号、 认证码和验 证码; 编号一般为顺序号码,便于统计使用; 认证码也可称为商品的防伪码、 身份码、 查询码、 密码等, 按照防伪和密码学原理生成, 是不重复的不易伪 造的号码、 码号、 代号, 一般为数字, 位数一般为 16位左右, 也可为其他字 符、 图形、 文字等; 验证码供购买者使用, 为了便于记忆和输入, 一般为 2 至 6位, 以数字为主。
一个标识制造装置, 同编码装置相连接, 用于将商品身份码制作到与商 品相结合的标识上; 其装置种类按标识类别的不同而不同: 如纸张标识, 为 印刷装置, 如 IC卡标识, 则为 IC卡写入装置。
一个传输网络, 同认证装置、 验证装置和接入合址装置相连接, 用于认 证装置和验证装置之间、 认证装置和接入合址装置之间、 验证装置和接入合 址装置之间的信息、 地址传送, 网络为认证装置、 睑证装置和接入合址装置 分配有在其网络内唯一的不重复的码号和地址。
上述认证装置和验证装置在实际应用中是无限多的, 其共同通过网络和 上述其他装置组成合址认证系统。
上述装置共同组成的合址认证系统, 用于销售认证方通过其认证装置及 地址和验证装置及地址, 以及网絡、 接入合址装置、 认证服务器、 销售服务 器、 编码服务器, 向认证装置和验证装置提供商品身份属性认证, 向生产方 提供商品销售及购买方地址认证; 用于购买验证方通过验证装置及地址, 以 及网络、 接入合址装置、 验证服务器、 认证服务器、 销售服务器、 编码服务 器, 向验证方提供所购买商品身份属性验证。

本发明的合址认证方法, 是合址认证系统进行商品身份认证的步骤和流 程, 用于销售认证方通过认证装置及地址、 验证装置及地址、 网络、 接入合 址装置、 认证服务器以及销售服务器、 编码服务器, 向认证装置和验证装置 提供商品身份属性认证, 向生产方提供商品销售及购买方地址认证; 用于购 买验证方通过 ¾正装置及地址、 网络、 接入合址装置、 验证服务器、 认证服 务器以及销售服务器、编码服务器,向验证方提供所购买商品身份属性验证, 上述方法包括下列步骤:
①上述编码服务器先生成含有编号、 认证码和验证码的商品身份码; 编 码服务器将生成的商品身份码发往标识制造装置, 由标识制造装置将身份码 制作在与商品相结合的标识上; 将标识同商品结合, 编码服务器将商品身份 码导入销售服务器; 商品生产方按商品身份码中的编号将结合有标识的商品 发往销售认证方, 销售服务器将销售认证方的认证装置地址同发出商品身份 码中的认证码进行合成, 生成新的认证码, 并在身份码中写入商品信息; 销 售服务器将含有新的认证码的商品身份码及其商品信息导入认证服务器, 等 待销售认证方认证装置的认证;

上述合址认证系统及方法所称的商品信息是有关商品的属性信息, 如商 品名称、 规格、 质量标准、 生产日期及有效期、 生产商、 功能等信息; 销售 信息是有关商品的销售政策、 策略信息, 如销售价格、促销、销售奖励内容、 销售积分、 销售商等信息。
上述合址认证系统及方法在认证服务器进行新的认证码比对, 和验证服 务器进行新的验证码比对时, 可以直接将新的认证码和新的验证码同预先存 储的认证码和验证码进行比对, 也可先比对新的认证码中的地址和新的验证 码中的地址, 后比对认证码和验证码。
上述合址认证系统及方法同现行的商品身份密码认证的区別在于: 商品 身份码中的认证码只供销售认证方的认证装置使用, 身份码中的验证码只供 购买方的验证装置使用, 而不是仅有一组密码; 商品身份码随商品的流动销 10 06 001110 售由不同的装置多次共同生成, 而不是一次性生成; 在商品身份码中的认证 码和验证码内包含有认证装置和验证装置的地址, 该地址在商品标识上没有 记载, 在商品身份认证时参与认证, 该地址随装置自动发送, 是认证方和验 证方无可控制的, 本组商品身份码只能通过特定的商品销售方的认证装置和 购买验证方的验证装置进行正确的认证和验证, 而不是仅有一组密码, 通过 任何网络终端均可认证;商品身份认证的发起装置是销售认证方的认证装置, 并通过接入合址装置同时向销售认证方认证装置和购买验证方验证装置发送 认证结果;整个合址认证系统由销售认证方认证装置、购买验证方验证装置、 接入合址装置和商品生产方销售服务器等装置共同组成, 而不是只有购买方 的网络终端装置和密码数据库装置组成。
上述合址认证系统及方法的有益效果是: 使商品身份属性认证在商品销 售时进行, 并通过销售认证方的认证装置进行, 能及时防止假冒商品的流通 和销售, 避免购买后认证失败的情况发生; 将销售认证方认证装置和购买方 验证装置的地址同商品身份码进行組合, 指定商品身伤 ^人证只能在销售认证 方的认证装置和购买验证方的验证装置上进行, 使商品身份认证只能在商品 实物的销售方和购买方进行, 不能被其它非本件商品销售方或购买方正确认 证, 从根本上防止商品身份码和标识的盗用和二次利用; 商品生产者的销售 服务器通过认证装置能够及时得到商品销售认证和购买者的信息, 并在认证 过程中写入销售信息, 参与商品的终端销售, 便于商品生产者进行销售监管 和组建客户倶乐部之类的客户组织; 本系统及方法对商品身份的防伪认证需 要结合终端销售方认证装置的地址, 造假者没有固定的、 公开的遍布各地的 终端销售方, 因而不能使用本系统及方法进行 冒商品的销售。
本发明的自动认证装置, 用于认证方进行合址认证时, 自动获取商品标 识中的认证码和购买验证方验证装置的地址, 将获取的认证码和验证装置的 地址自动通过网络发送到接入合址装置, 接收接入合址装置发送的认证商品 的商品信息和销售信息; 在同一部自动认证装置上, 同时安装有如下装置: 一个处理器, 同下列各装置相连接, 用于处理所有信息、 数据; 一个存储器, 同处理器相连接, 用于存储接入合址装置地址及码号、 认 证记录和程序;
至少一种自动接收装置, 同处理器相连接, 用于自动接收商品标识上身 份码中的认证码; 根据商品标识的不同, 其自动接收装置的类别也不同: 如 1 1 2006/001110 商品标识为纸张印刷的奈形码标识, 其对应的自动接收装置便是条形码扫描 装置; 如商品标识是 IC卡, 其对应的自动接收装置便是 IC卡读卡装置; 在 同一部自动认证装置内, 可以同时具有多种功能的自动接收装置, 接收不同 类别的商品标识信息。

上述自动人证装置同现有的网络终端认证装置的区别在于: 自动接收商 品标识上的认证码, 而不是人工手动输入; 自动接收验证装置的地址并同认 证码一并自动向接入合址装置发送, 不用人工编辑发送; 能够接收人工无法 读取的标识信息(如存储在 IC卡内的认证码)。 上述自动认证装置的有益效果是: 提高认证效率; 消除因人为输入可能 出现的错误; 向购买验证方提供专业化的认证服务, 利于提高商业信誉; 防 止销售人员在认证中的懒惰、 简化, 甚至舞弊行为。

本发明实施例合址认证系统结构如图 1所示。 系统包括:
至少一个认证装置 1及地址 11 , 通过网络 9, 同下列接入合址装置 3和 验证装置 2相连接, 认证装置 1内包含: 处理器, 网卡、 网络地址、 网络信 息接收和输出装置、 信息及地址输入和接收装置、 显示器、 接口、 电源, 用 于输入或接收商品标识内的身份码中的认证码和购买验证方验证装置 2的地 址 21 , 并向接入合址装置 3发送, 用于接收 示由接入合址装置 3发送的商 品信息和销售信息; 认证装置 1可以使用现有的网络设备, 如电话机、手机、 pc机, 也可以对现有网络设备进行改装或扩充, 如在现有的电话机上附加信 息自动接收装置, 如数字、 条形码扫描装置和射频卡读取装置等, 自动接收 商品标识内的认证码, 还可使用专用自动认证装置, 以自动接收商品标识内 的认证码, 自动接收验证装置 2的地址 21 , 并将其自动发送。 釆用何种认证 装置 1 , 取决于商品标识及其内身份码、 认证码的存在方式, 纸张印刷数字 方式, 采用手工输入的认证装置 1 , 纸张印刷条形码方式, 采用带有条形码 扫描装置的认证装置 1, IC卡方式, 采用具有 IC卡读卡装置的认证装置 1; 认证装置 1的地址 11是根据认证装置 1的类型决定,使用电话机为认证装置 1 , 其地址 11就是本电话机的号码, 如 139********、 010********等, 使用 互联网终端设备为认证装置 1, 其地址 11就是其 IP地址。
至少一个验证装置 2及地址 21 , 通过网络 9, 同下列接入合址装置 3和 认证装置 1相连接, 验证装置内包含: 处理器, 网卡、 网络地址、 网络信息 接收和输出装置、 信息及地址输入和接收装置、 显示器、 接口、 电源, 用于 输入或接收商品标识内的身份码中的验证码并向接入合址装置 3发送, 用于 接收显示由接入合址装置 3发送的商品信息和销售信息; 其功能和上述认证 装置 1相似, 但不可能使每位消费者在购买商品时使用专门的验证装置 2, 应采用购买者所具有的网络装置, 如电话机、 手机等网络终端设备; 认证装 置 2的地址 21同样是根据验证装置 2的类型决定,使用电话机为验证装置 2, 其地址 21就是本电话机的号码, 如 133********、 020********等, 使用互 联网终端设备为验证装置 2, 其地址 21就是其 DP地址。
一个接入合址装置 3 ,通过网络 9和接入号码同认证装置 1和验证装置 2 相连接, 同认证服务器 5和验证服务器 4直接相连接,接入合址装置 3包含: 网络接入号码、 码号、 网关、 网络接入系统、 地址接收记录装置, 地址合成 服务器,用于接收认证装置 1和验证装置 2发送的商品身份码信息及其地址, 通过其内的地址合成服务器对接收到的商品身份码和地址进行合成, 并将合 成后的新的商品身份码向认证服务器 5和验证服务器 4发送, 用于向认证装 置 1和验证装置 2发送由认证服务器 5和验证服务器 4发出的商品信息和销 售信息; 接入合址装置 3主要功能有: 信息的接收:接收认证装置 1和验证装 置 2发送的信息, 接收、 收取认证装置 1和验证装置 2的地址(收取主叫号 码 11、 21 ); 身份码同地址的合成: 按设定的规则对接收到的身份码和主叫 号码进行合成; 信息的发送: 将合成后的新的身份码和主叫号码向认证服务 器 5、 验证服务器 4发送, 将商品信息、 销售信息等信息向认证装置 1和验 证装置 2发送。
一个认证服务器 5, 同销售服务器 6和接入合址装置 3直接相连接, 包 含商品身份码数据库和认证系统, 用于存储销售服务器 6预先写入的认证商 品身份码及其商品信息和销售信息, 用于将接入合址装置 3发来的认证码同 预先存储的认证码进行比对判定, 并通过接入合址装置 3和网絡 9向认证装 置 1和验证装置 2同时发送比对结果, 向销售服务器 6发送接入合址装置 3 传送的验证装置 2的地址 21和新的人证码及认证纪录;
一个验证服务器 4, 同销售服务器 6和接入合址装置 3直接相连接, 包 含验证商品身份码数据库和验证系统, 用于存储销售服务器 6预先写入的验 证商品身份码及其商品信息和销售信息, 用于将接入合址装置 3发来的验证 码同预先存储的验证码进行比对判定, 并通过接入合址装置 3和网络 9向验 证装置 2发送比对结果, 向销售服务器 6发送验证纪录。
一个销售服务器 6, 同认证服务器 5、验证服务器 4和编码服务器 7相连 接, 包含商品身份码数据库、 身份码同认证装置及验证装置地址合成系统、 记录统计系统, 用于从编码服务器 7接收商品身份码 , 并按照商品的流向, 将商品身份码中的认证码同商品所流向的销售认证方的认证装置地址 11 进 行合成, 生成新的商品认证码和身份码, 在身份码中写入相关的商品信息, 并将新的商品身份码及其商品信息导入认证服务器 5, 用于从认证服务器 5 接收接入合址装置 3传送的验证装置地址 21和新的认证码及商品认证纪录, 在认证服务器 5中的该身份码中写入相关销售信息, 并将接收到的验证装置 地址 21同该组身份码中的验证码进行合成,生成新的验证码和身份码,再将 新的身份码及其商品信息和销售信息导入验证服务器 4, 用于接收验证服务 器 4发送的商品验证纪录。
一个编码服务器 7, 同销售服务器 6和标识制造装置 8相连接, 内含商 品身份编码系统, 用于生成商品身份码, 每组商品身份码均包含编号、 认证 码和验证码; 编号一般为顺序号码, 便于统计使用; 认证码也可称为商品的 防伪码、 身份码、 查询码、 密码等, 按照防伪和密码学原理生成, 是不重复 的不易伪造的号码、 码号、 代号, 一般为数字, 位数一般为 16位左右, 也可 为其他字符、 图形、 文字等; 验证码供购买者使用, 为了便于记忆和输入, 一般为 2至 6位, 以数字为主。
一个标识制造装置 8, 同编码服务器 7相连接, 用于将商品身份码制作 到与商品相结合的标识上; 其装置种类按标识类別的不同而不同: 如纸张标 识, 为印刷装置, 如 IC卡标识, 则为 IC卡写入装置。
一个传输网络 9, 同认证装置 1、 验证装置 2和接入合址装置 3相连接, 用于认证装置 1和验证装置 2之间、 认证装置 1和接入合址装置 3之间、 验 证装置 1和接入合址装置 3之间的信息、 地址传送, 网络 9为认证装置 1、 验证装置 2和接入合址装置 3分配有在其网絡 9内唯一的不重复的码号和地 址。
上述装置共同组成的合址认证系统, 用于销售认证方通过其认证装置 1 及地址 11和验证装置 2及地址 21 , 以及网络 9、 接入合址装置 3、 认证服务 器 5、 销售服务器 6、 编码服务器 7, 向认证装置 1和验证装置 2提供商品身 份属性认证,向生产方提供商品销售及购买方地址 21认证;用于购买验证方 通过验证装置 2及地址 21 , 以及网络 9、接入合址装置 3、验证服务器 4、认 证服务器 5、 销售服务器 6、 编码服务器 7, 向验证方提供所购买商品身份属 性验证。
上述装置共同组成的实施例合址认证系统, 进入商品认证流程之前, 需 要进行商品身份码的预先生成和存储, 其流程如图 2所示:

上述装置共同组成的实施例合址认证系统, 用于销售认证方通过认证装 置 1及地址 11、 验证装置 2及地址 21、 网络 9、 接入合址装置 3、 认证服务 器 5以及销售服务器 6、编码服务器 7,向认证装置 1和验证装置 2提供商品 身份属性认证, 向生产方提供商品销售及购买方地址 21 认证的流程如图 3 所示:

上述实施例合址认证系统同现行的商品身份密码认证的区别在于: 商品 身份码中的认证码只供销售认证方的认证装置 1使用, 身份码中的验证码只 供购买方的验证装置 2使用, 不是仅有一组密码; 商品身份码随商品的流动 销售由不同的装置多次共同生成, 不是一次性生成; 在商品身份码中的认证 码和验证码内包含有认证装置 1和验证装置 2的地址, 该地址在商品标识上 没有记载, 在商品身份认证时参与认证, 该地址随装置自动发送, 是认证方 和验证方无可控制的, 本组商品身份码只能通过特定的商品销售方的认证装 置 1和购买验证方的验证装置 2进行正确的认证和验证,不是仅有一组密码, 通过任何网络终端均可认证; 商品身份认证的发起装置是销售认证方的认证 装置 1 , 并通过接入合址装置 3同时向销售认证方认证装置 1和购买验证方 验证装置 2发送认证结果; 整个合址认证系统由销售认证方认证装置 1、 购 买验证方验证装置 2、 接入合址装置 3和商品生产方销售服务器 6等装置共 同组成 , 而不是只有购买方的网络终端装置和密码数据库装置組成。
上述实施例合址认证系统的有益效果是: 使商品身份属性认证在商品销 售时进行, 并通过销售认证方的认证装置 1进行, 能及时防止假冒商品的流 通和销售, 避免购买后认证失败的情况发生; 将销售认证方认证装置 1和购 买方验证装置 2的地址同商品身份码进行组合, 指定商品身份认证只能在销 售认证方的认证装置 1和购买验证方验证装置 2上进行, 使商品身份认证只 能在商品实物的销售方和购买方进行, 不能被其它非本件商品销售方或购买 方正确认证, 从根本上防止商品身份码和标识的盗用和二次利用; 商品生产 者的销售服务器 6通过认证装置 1能够及时得到商品销售认证和购买者的信 息, 并在认证过程中写入销售信息, 参与商品的终端销售, 便于商品生产者 进行销售监管和组建客户倶乐部之类的客户组织; 本系统对商品身份的防伪 认证需要结合终端销售方认证装置 1的地址 11 , 造假者没有固定的、公开的 遍布各地的终端销售方, 因而不能使用本系统进行假冒商品的销售。
实施例自动认证装置如图 5、 图 6所示, 用于认证方进行合址认证时, 自动获取商品标识中的认证码和购买验证方验证装置 2的地址 21 ,将获取的 认证码和验证装置 2的地址 21 自动通过网络 9发送到接入合址装置 3 ,接收 接入合址装置 3发送的认证商品的商品信息和销售信息; 在同一部自动认证 装置上, 同时安装有如下装置:
一个处理器 34, 同下列各装置相连接, 用于处理所有信息、 数据; 一个存储器 35, 同处理器 34相连接, 用于存储接入合址装置 3的地址 及码号、 认证" ¾录和程序;
至少一种自动接收装置 32, 同处理器 34相连接, 用于自动接收商品标 识上身份码中的认证码;根据商品标识的不同,其自动接收装置 32的类别也 不同:如商品标识为纸张印刷的条形码标识,其对应的自动接收装置 32便是 条形码扫描装置; 如商品标识是 IC卡, 其对应的自动接收装置 32便是 IC 卡读卡装置; 在同一部自动认证装置内, 可以同时具有多种功能的自动接收 装置 32, 接收不同类别的商品标识信息。 本实施例的商品标识是纸张印刷的 条形码, 自动接收装置 32是条形码扫描器。
一个输入装置 31 , 同处理器 34相连接, 用于输入商品标识上身份码中 的认证码和验证装置 2的地址 21;用于手工输入商品认证码和验证装置 2的 地址 21 , 也用于手工输入接入合址装置 3的地址。
一个网卡及网络装置 33 , 同处理器 34相连接, 用于同网络 9的连接及 信息的收发, 网卡中有本装置的地址 11; 网卡及网络装置 33可以是电话网 络的网卡及电话装置, 也可以是互联网的网卡及网絡装置。 本实施例的网卡 及网络装置 33的网卡是无线移动电话网的网卡, 网络装置是无线电话装置。
一组接口 36, 同处理器 34相连接, 用于同其他装置相连接, 进行本自 动认证装置的程序安装, 和信息交换及处理;

上述实施例自动认证装置同现有的网络终端认证装置的区别在于: 自动 接收商品标识上的认证码, 而不是人工手动输入; 自动接收验证装置 2的地 址 21并同认证码一并自动向接入合址装置 3发送,不用人工编辑发送; 能够 接收人工无法读取的标识信息(如存储在 IC卡内的认证码)。
上述自动认证装置的有益效果是: 提高认证效率; 消除因人为输入可能 出现的错误; 向购买验证方提供专业化的认证服务, 利于提高商业信誉; 防 止销售方人员在认证中的懒惰、 简化, 甚至舞弊行为。
虽然本发明已通过上述实施例公开如上, 但其并非用以限制本发明, 任 何本专业的技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内仍可作些许的更动与修 改, 因此本发明的保护范围当以本发明的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。

27. 一种自动认证装置, 用于认证方进行合址认证时, 自动获取商品标 识中的认证码和购买验证方验证装置的地址, 将获取的认证码和验证装置的 地址自动通过网络发送到接入合址装置, 接收接入合址装置发送的认证商品 的商品信息和销售信息, 其特征在于: 在同一部自动认证装置上, 同时安装 有如下装置:
一个处理器, 同下列各装置相连接, 用于处理所有信息、 数据; 一个存储器, 同处理器相连接, 用于存储接入合址装置地址、 认证记录 和程序;
至少一种自动接收装置, 同处理器相连接, 用于自动接收商品标识上身 份码中的认证码;
一个输入装置, 同处理器相连接, 用于输入商品标识上身份码中的认证 码和验证装置的地址;
一个网卡及网络装置, 同处理器相连接, 用于同网络的连接及信息的收 发, 网卡中有本装置的网络地址;
一组接口, 同处理器相连接, 用于同其他装置相连接, 进行本自动认证 装置的程序安装, 和信息交换及处理;
一个显示器, 通过处理器同所有装置相连接, 用于显示各种信息; 一个电源, 通过处理器同所有装置相连接, 用于向所有装置供应电力; 上述各装置共同组成的自动认证装置, 用于认证方进行合址认证时, 自 动获取商品标识中的认证码和购买验证方验证装置的地址, 自动将获取的认 证码和验证装置的地址通过网络发送到接入合址装置, 接收接入合址装置发 送的认证商品的商品信息和销售信息的流程是:
通过自动认证装置中的自动接收装置接收商品标识上身份码中的认证 码并存储; 通过验证装置按本自动认证装置的地址, 向本自动认证装置发起 呼叫;自动认证装置通过其内的网卡及网络装置接收验证装置的地址并存储; 自动认证装置通过其内的网卡及网络装置将接收到的认证码和验证装置的地 址发送到接入合址装置, 进行合址认证处理; 自动认证装置通过其内的网卡 及网络装置接收并通过显示器显示接入合址装置发送的认证商品的商品信息 和销售信息。
28. 如权利要求 27所述的自动认证装置, 其特征在于网卡及网络装置 是电话网卡及电话装置。
