实现本发明目的的二维码识别商品互动式交易服务方法,包括有:
1)商家端的商品展示在服务平台上;
2)客户端选定服务平台上的某一商品时,对该选定商品设定一个二维码,并通过服务平台将二维码发送至该选定商品对应的商家端;
3)商家端接收到二维码后,以该二维码作为所述选定商品的身份标志,并制作出该二维码附加在所述选定商品上,形成该选定商品的商品二维码;
4)当商家端将所述选定商品发送到客户端时,客户端收到商品后,通过服务平台判断接收选定商品上的商品二维码是否与客户端发出的二维码相同,如果与客户端发出的二维码相同,视为客户端的选定商品,反之,视为非客户端的选定商品。
进一步的,所述客户端在服务平台上预设一个验证码,该验证码在客户端接收选定商品、进行判断选定商品上的商品二维码与客户端发出的二维码是否相同时,服务平台请求输入验证码进行验证客户端的身份,只有通过输入正确的验证码后方可继续完成判断选定商品上的商品二维码与客户端发出的二维码是否相同。
进一步的,所述二维码或/和验证码为客户端接收选定商品的密匙、或所述客户端授权给第三方接收选定商品的密匙。
进一步的,所述服务平台还包括有验证码的识别、商品二维码与二维码的配对识别评价系统或/和交易款暂存安全支付系统。

3、本发明数据信息的处理为商品信息、二维码信息和交易信息各种信息数据的处理,所述商品信息、二维码信息、交易信息及数据信息的处理存储在区块链上。由此,本发明完全可以避免商品交易信息的篡改,有效地维护商品正常的交易,建立有效的商品交易秩序。
4、本发明的二维码和验证码的生成不但可增加客户端应用的乐趣,还可使二维码和验证码形成个性化标记,确保标识的唯一性。

4)当商家端3将所述选定商品31发送到客户端1时,客户端1收到商品31后,通过服务平台2判断接收选定商品31上的商品二维码41是否与客户端1发出的二维码4相同,如果商品二维码41与客户端1发出的二维码4相同,视为客户端1的真实选定商品31,此时,可接收以该二维码4作为身份识别标志的商品31,反之,视为非客户端1的选定商品31,拒绝接收该商品。所述客户端1判断接收商品31,主要是通过服务平台2判断接收商品31,确切的说,主要是通过服务平台2上的应用系统进行判断。

所述服务平台2包括有服务器21和应用系统22,该服务器21包括有商品信息和二维码信息的存储设备、储存交易信息的处理器,该应用系统22为平台应用系统,所述商品信息包括商家端3和商品31的相关信息;所述二维码信息包括二维码4、客户端1的相关信息,如客户端的身份、联系人、联系电话、邮编、地址等信息;所述交易信息为客户端1和商家端3的商品买卖相关信息,所述数据信息的处理为商品信息、二维码信息和交易信息各种信息数据的处理,所述商品信息、二维码信息、交易信息及数据信息的处理存储在区块链上,这样,可避免信息容易被篡改,确保交易信息的真实性、安全性和可靠性。
所述二维码4或/和验证码还可作为客户端1授权给第三方接收选定商品31密匙,具体的,所述客户端1将二维码4或/和验证码发送给第三人,授权第三人作为客户端进行接收选定商品31,该接收选定商品31包括判断验证码是否与预先在服务平台2上设置的验证码相同、或/和判断接收选定商品31上的商品二维码41是否与客户端1发出的二维码4相同及获取选定商品31。
所述二维码4可在两种方式应用时生成:一、客户端1在服务平台2注册会员时生成,即二维码4为客户端1在服务平台2注册时生成的唯一识别标记,该方式中,二维码4为客户端1在服务平台2所有商品交易中采用相同的唯一标识;二、客户端1在服务平台2上选定商品时生成,即二维码4为客户端1选择商品31时生成与所选定商品31对应的唯一识别标记,该方式中,二维码4在每次商品交易中均产生不同的唯一标识,每次生成的二维码4对应相应每次选定的商品,或二维码在每次选定商品时生成的一个唯一标识。
所述二维码4具体应用上,客户端1的终端设备11(如智能手机)与服务平台2通过电话号码或身份证号码实现绑定,由于客户端1的二维码4已经储存在服务平台2上,当客户端1(即客户)接收到商家端3寄来的商品后,客户用自己的终端设备11扫描商品上的商品二维码41,服务平台2的应用系统设置成根据该用户储存的二维码4自动配对识别,如果用其他人的终端设备11扫描商品上的二维码41,服务平台2系统会要求输入二维码,这就要求客户端授权第三方,第三方根据收到的二维码4并输入,配对识别才可以进行。
为了便于商家端3更便捷获取客户端1的相关信息,所述客户端1的相关信息、二维码4或/和验证码同时一起或分别附送发给商家端3、或所述客户端1的相关信息、二维码4或/和验证码不同时分别附送发给商家端3。如客户端1的收货联系人信息(如联系人、联系人电话、地址、邮编等)在发送二维码4或/和验证码给商家端3时,同时一起或分别附送发给商家端3;或客户端1的收货联系人信息(如联系人、联系人电话、地址、邮编等)在发送二维码4或/ 和验证码给商家端3时,不同时间分别附送发给商家端3。
一种实现上述二维码识别商品互动式交易服务方法的系统,包括客户端1、服务平台2和商家端3,所述客户端1包括有具有验证码或/和二维码生成功能、及摄像扫描功能的终端设备11;所述服务平台2包括有服务器21和应用系统22,该服务器21包括有商品信息和二维码信息的存储设备、储存交易信息的处理器,该应用系统22为平台应用系统;所述商家端3包括任意商品31和二维码制作设备32;所述客户端1和商家端3通过互联网与服务平台2建立通信,一般情况下,客户端1和商家端3通过互联网与服务平台2建立双向通信。
上述二维码识别商品互动式交易服务系统中,所述终端设备11为具有二维码生成功能和摄像扫描功能的智能手机、IPAD、电脑等电子产品,该二维码生成功能和摄像扫描功能为电子产品中的应用程序,当然也可以采用其他具有二维码生成功能和摄像扫描功能的设备,所述二维码制作设备32包括有二维码打印或印刷设备,所述二维码4和验证码为制作商品的识别标签。如二维码4可直接印在商品身上形成识别标签,如将二维码4印制在陶瓷杯底,或采用常规打印机打印二维码4粘贴在商品上形成识别标签等等。
为了对本发明技术有更好的理解,以下以实施例对本发明方法和技术进行详细的说明。
实施例1:
如图3所示:本实施例的二维码4为客户端1在服务平台2注册时生成的唯一识别标记,并保存在服务平台的应用系统中,具体的,该方式中的二维码4生成后形成客户端1在服务平台2所有商品交易中相同的唯一标识。
应用时,每个客户端1(即消费者)可以采用终端设备11(如智能手机在互联网上)下载所述服务器平台2上的APP或网站、小程序等,通过手机号码或身份证号码等身份注册成为会员,对应每个注册会员在客户端1的二维码生成器上生成一个固定的、唯一的二维码4,生成二维码4的同时,服务器平台2会要求会员客户端1将二维码4录入进服务器平台2的服务器中进行储存。
每个商家端3(主要为生产工厂的厂家)在所述服务平台2的APP或网站、小程序等上展示商品。当客户端1通过该服务平台2的APP或网站、小程序等上购买商家端3的商品31时,该服务平台2就向被选定商品31的商家端3发出所述客户端1生成唯一的二维码4,所述商家端3将所述客户端1用户唯一的二维码4直接打印到所述选定商品31的包装上、或打印到一张纸粘贴在所述选定商品31的包装上寄给客户端1,此时打印出的二维码4形成商品二维码41,客户收到附有商品二维码41的商品时,客户端1必须输入自己通过识别生成器生成的二维码4,由于服务平台2上的应用系统储存了客户端1的二维码4,服务平台2可以设置:客户端1用自己的终端设备11(如智能手机)扫描商品二维码41即可配对识别,用其他人的终端设备11扫描商品二维码41时,需要客户端1在服务平台2设置授权第三方,其他人的终端设备11才可以通过服务平台2的应用系统与存储在生成的二维码4进行匹配。
具体的,所述客户端1获取选定商品31有以下两种方式:
一、客户端1本人接收商品,具体的,客户端1本人通过终端设备11利用 服务平台2的APP或网站、小程序等的扫描功能扫描选定商品31的商品二维码41,此时,客户端1必须输入或扫描自己通过二维码生成器上生成的二维码4,所述客户端1输入二维码4方法是:客户端1预先储存有二维码4,通过导入进入服务平台2,客户端1扫描二维码4方法是:客户端1选择存储的二维码4后,再利用服务平台2上扫描程序进行自动扫描,然后由二维码4与商品二维码41的配对识别系统判断商品二维码41与客户端1发出的二维码4是否相同,如相同确定选定商品31是商家端3寄出唯一商品,这样才能进一步确定接收该选定商品31,在整个交易过程为互动式交易,完全避免客户端1和商家端3之间的中间环节会出现问题,导致商品交易出错。
二、客户端1授权第三人接收商品,具体的,客户端1将在服务平台2注册时生成的唯一识别标记发送给第三人,第三人通过终端设备11利用服务平台2的APP或网站、小程序等的扫描功能扫描选定商品31的商品二维码41,服务平台2弹出对话框,请求第三人输入或扫描客户端授权的唯一二维码4,所述第三人输入二维码4方法是:第三人预先储存有二维码4,通过导入进入服务平台2,第三人扫描二维码4方法是:第三人选择存储的二维码4后,再利用服务平台2上扫描程序进行自动扫描,在正确输入或扫描的条件下,二维码4与商品二维码41的配对识别系统才会判断商品二维码41与客户端1发出的二维码4是否相同,如相同确定选定商品31是商家端3寄出唯一商品,这样才能进一步确定接收该选定商品31,在整个交易过程为互动式交易,完全避免客户端1和商家端3之间的中间环节会出现问题,导致商品交易出错。
在上述的基础上,所述服务平台2的服务器上还设置了配对识别交易款暂存安全支付系统,首先服务平台2在银行或支付宝、微信钱包开设账户,客户端1选定购买某商家端3的商品时,客户端1先要按需要支付商家端3商品的货款支付到所述服务平台2的交易款暂存安全支付系统在银行的账户上,此时,服务平台2向商家端3发出客户端1的唯一二维码4,商家端3在被选商品31包装上喷绘或粘贴所述客户端1发出唯一的二维码4后寄给客户端1,此时,喷绘或粘贴在商品上的二维码为商品二维码41,客户端1收到该商品后,通过客户端1的APP或网站、小程序等的终端设备11扫描该商品的商品二维码41后,终端设备11必须输入二维码生成器生成固定的、唯一的二维码4,判断商家端3发出商品上的商品二维码41是否与客户端1发出的二维码4相同,如果相同,服务平台2的交易款暂存安全支付系统才自动将客户端1的购货款支付给商家端3,否则,该服务平台2会将货款返还给客户端1。
同时,为了更加完善二维码在本发明商品交易的可靠性和安全性,本方法系统还包括有:
1、下单时间记录系统:客户端1每次交易下订单的时间(如年、月、日、具体时间)将记录在客户端1唯一的二维码4上,具体可位于二维码4中间的下方位置,这样可保证商品发出的有效期。
2、客户端签名标注系统:客户端1的签名放在二维码4上,具体可位于二维码4中间的上方,进一步确认客户端1订购的唯一性,加强趣味性、防伪性。
3、消费者照片标注系统:客户端1的可直接采用照相模式将相片生成二维码4,进一步确认客户端1订购的唯一性和体现个性化。
4、商标下单标注系统:即将商家端3商品商标添加在二维码4的中间位置上,作为唯一识别标记,防止产品出错。
5、商家端3的商品二维码与二维码4配对识别评价系统:在客户端1交易成功后,通过配对识别评价系统进行评价,确保评价的真实性。
为了便于商家端3更便捷获取客户端1的相关信息,所述客户端1的相关信息和二维码4同时一起或分别附送发给商家端3、或所述客户端1的相关信息和二维码4不同时分别附送发给商家端3,如客户端1的收货联系人、联系人电话、地址、邮编等信息在发送二维码4给商家端3时,同时一起或分别附送发给商家端3,具体的:
所述客户端1的相关信息和二维码4同时一起附送发给商家端3是:客户端1可以将联系人、联系人电话、地址、邮编等信息与二维码一起发送给商家端3,由商家端3同时接收打印在唯一二维码4的下方;
所述客户端1的相关信息和二维码4同时分别附送发给商家端3,客户端1可以将联系人、联系人电话、地址、邮编等信息与二维码同一时间分别发送给商家端3,由商家端3分别打印唯一二维码4和联系人、联系人电话、地址、邮编等信息;
所述客户端1的相关信息和二维码4不同时分别附送发给商家端3是:如客户端1先将二维码4发给商家端3,待商家端3接收到二维码4确认后,客户端1再自动或手动将联系人、联系人电话、地址、邮编等信息发送给商家端3、或客户端1也可以自定发送时机,然后一起打印或分别打印二维码和客户端相关信息。
为了确保商品交易安全性和可靠性,将交易信息,如客户端1何时购买什么商品、及商品评价等放在区块链上,确保服务平台2每个交易及评价透明和不可篡改等,增加客户端1和商家端3之间信任度。
为了增加服务平台2的应用功能,在服务平台2上还设有积分商城、充值服务、广告专区、购物车、分享中心、用户中心、客服中心、消费中心等应用区域。
实施例2:
如图4所示,本实施例中,所述二维码4为客户端1选择商品31时生成与所选定商品31对应的唯一识别标记,并储存在服务平台2上,具体的,该方式中的二维码4在每次交易中均产生不同的唯一标识,即每次交易选定商品时,都会生成唯一的二维码4,以便于识别选定商品的唯一性,这样,每次交易中的相同或不同商家端3的多个商品仅有一个唯一的二维码4。由此,形成可变性的二维码4,客户端1每次购买商品时或每选定一个商品时都会生成一个唯一的二维码4,确保每次交易所有的商品都有一个相同的识别标记,其余同上实施例1。
本实施例客户端1获取选定商品31有以下两种方式:

实施例3:
如图5所示,本实施例中,所述二维码4为客户端1每次选择商品31时生成与所选定每个商品31对应的唯一识别标记,具体的,该方式中的二维码4在每次选择商品时都会生成不同的唯一标识,即每次选定商品时,都会生成唯一的二维码4,以便于识别选定商品的唯一性,这样,每次交易中的每个商品都分别有一个唯一的二维码4,确保每个商品都各有一个唯一的识别标记。
本实施例的特点是:每个商品都有一个二维码,接收商品时都需要逐个匹配验证,确保每个产品均为客户端1的选定商品,其余同上实施例2。
实施例4:
如图6所示,本实施例的技术特点是:所述客户端1还可以在服务平台2上预设一个验证码,该验证码在客户端1接收选定商品31、进行判断选定商品31上的商品二维码41与客户端1发出的二维码4是否相同时,服务平台2请求输入验证码进行验证客户端1的身份,只有通过输入正确的验证码后方可继续完成判断选定商品31上的商品二维码41与客户端1发出的二维码4是否相同。其每次设定的验证码可为相同或不同,应用时,当客户端1在接收选定商品31并进行扫描商品二维码41时,需要通过终端设备11(如智能手机)在服务平台2输入验证码,以验证客户端1的身份,当通过验证码后,方可完成扫描二维码4匹配商品二维码41工作,当二维码4与商品二维码41匹配相同时,客户端1可接收选定商品31,因此可确保客户端1的真实性,同时保证商家端3商品供应的确定性,其余同上实施例。
具体的,当客户端1在接收到商家端3寄来的选定商品31时,需要扫描选定商品31上的商品二维码41,然后进入服务平台2,服务平台2弹出验证码输入对话框,由客户端1在输入对话框输入设定的验证码进行验证身份,通过验证身份后,才可继续完成扫描二维码4是否与商品二维码41匹配相同工作,由此 进行验收商品,这样不但可避免商家端3寄来的商品与选定商品31不符,同样也验证接收商品客户端1的真实性,使服务平台2弹出的验证码输入对话框成为服务平台2上商品交易中的门锁,验证码成为服务平台2上商品交易中的开门钥匙,由此提高交易的安全性和可靠性。
以下以客户端1“小明”利用终端设备11“智能手机”在服务平台2为妈妈选定商品31“项链”作为生日礼物为例子,其步骤如下:
1、“小明”利用“智能手机”在服务平台2注册用户,并设定一接收商品的验证码;
2、在服务平台2上选定一商家端3的商品“项链”,此时,服务平台2在“智能手机”上弹出二维码生成器;
3、“小明”在“智能手机”的二维码生成器上编辑二维码4,然后将该二维码4和“小明”的相关信息(如联系人和电话、地址、邮编)同时通过服务平台2分别发送到商家端3,此时“小明”交付购买商品款项至交易款暂存安全支付系统;
4、商家端3接收到服务平台2发来的二维码4后,然后利用二维码制作设备32(如打印机)打印出客户端1二维码贴在客户端1“小明”选购的商品“项链”包装盒上,形成商品二维码41,然后按“小明”发来的相关信息寄出;
5、“小明”接收到商家端3寄来的“项链”后,利用“智能手机”扫描商品二维码41,进入服务平台2,该服务平台2弹出验证码输入对话框,“小明”在验证码输入对话框上输入或扫描验证码,具体的,所述“小明”输入验证码方法是:“小明”预先在智能手机上储存有验证码,通过导入进入服务平台2,“小明”扫描验证码方法是:“小明”选择存储的二维码4后,再利用服务平台2上扫描程序进行自动扫描,此时,如验证码正确,即时使配对识别评价系统222进入二维码4和商品二维码41的匹配状态,如验证码错误,即重新输入,多次输入错误时会锁定或返回,当二维码4和商品二维码41匹配成功后,签收“项链”,此时购买商品款项在交易款暂存安全支付系统自动转到商家端3,完成交易,当二维码4和商品二维码41的匹配不成功,拒收“项链”,此时购买商品款项由交易款暂存安全支付系统自动返还客户端1,或设定时间自动返还客户端1。
实施例5:
本实施的技术特点是:所述验证码为客户端1授权给第三方接收选定商品31密匙,具体的,所述的验证码还可以发送给第三人,由第三人作为客户端1通过终端设备11(如智能手机)扫描商品二维码41登录服务平台2输入验证码进行验证客户端1身份,通过验证后在继续完成二维码4与商品二维码41的匹配工作,由此形成二次安全的防护墙,保证客户端1的真实身份,完全避免商品交易的失误,避免商家端3假冒商品或他人冒充客户端1接收商品,其余同实施例4。
本实施例与实施例4的区别在于,客户端1将验证码发送给第三方,第三方通过终端设备11(如智能手机)接收到验证码时,即通过客户端1的授权实现扫描商品二维码41与二维码4进行匹配。
实施例6:
本实施例的技术特点是:预先在服务平台2上设置一个验证码,具体的,客户端1通过终端设备11(如智能手机)扫描客户头像制作成验证码,然后存储在服务平台2上;所述二维码在客户端1选定商品时,客户端1采用终端设备11自动生成或编辑而成,应用时,商家端3采用二维码制作设备32制作二维码附在选定商品31上形成商品二维码(即商品二维码41),然后将附有商品二维码41的商品(即客户端选定商品)发送给客户端1,客户端1扫描二维码接收商品时,服务平台2弹出验证码输入对话框,客户端1通过扫描客户头像与存储在服务平台2的验证码进行匹配,匹配成功后方可开锁,然后再完成扫描二维码与商品二维码匹配,匹配相同即可完成交易,其余同上实施例。
实施例7:
本实施例的技术特点是:服务平台2在客户端1收到商品31时,客户端1利用终端设备11扫描商品二维码41时,服务平台2随机生成验证码并发送至客户端1,让客户端1输入正确的验证码后方可进行配对识别,其余同上实施例。
本实施例的区别主要在于,所述验证码的生成和验证码发送至客户端1的时间不同。
实施例8:
本实施例的技术特点是:所述商家端3的商品包括快餐、美食和服务项目,该服务项目包括汽车租赁服务、开锁公司服务、钟点工服务等等任意服务项目,其余同上实施例。以下以某人(即客户端1)丢了钥匙请求开锁公司(即商家端3)服务的应用步骤进行具体说明:
1、某人钥匙丢了,不能进入家门;
2、某人利用智能手机(即终端设备11)登录服务平台2,并设定一个以“自己姓名+数字”作为验证码,并储存在服务平台2上;
3、在服务平台2上选择开锁服务后,并设计出一个二维码4,将该二维码4发送给开锁公司(即商家端3),并预付服务费在服务平台2的交易款暂存安全支付系统上;
4、开锁公司(即商家端3)接收到某人发来设计的二维码4后,同意接受邀请服务,此时服务平台2将验证码发送给开锁公司;
5、开锁公司派遣员工拿着二维码4上门服务,将二维码4给某人,某人扫描二维码4,服务平台2弹出验证码输入对话框,要求某人输入验证码,某人输入自己的“自己姓名+数字”,验证通过,开锁公司员工为某人家门进行开锁,客户端(即某人)确定开锁完毕后,交易款暂存安全支付系统自动向开锁公司支付服务费,由此本方法可确保双方的真实身份和个人人身安全,避免引发事故。

Claims (18)

  1. 二维码识别商品互动式交易服务方法,其特征是:包括有:
    1)商家端的商品展示在服务平台上;
    2)客户端选定服务平台上的某一商品时,对该选定商品设定一个二维码,并通过服务平台将二维码发送至该选定商品对应的商家端;
    3)商家端接收到二维码后,以该二维码作为所述选定商品的身份标志,并制作出该二维码附加在所述选定商品上,形成该选定商品的商品二维码;
    4)当商家端将所述选定商品发送到客户端时,客户端收到商品后,通过服务平台判断接收选定商品上的商品二维码是否与客户端发出的二维码相同,如果与客户端发出的二维码相同,视为客户端的选定商品,反之,视为非客户端的选定商品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的二维码识别商品互动式交易服务方法,其特征是:所述客户端在服务平台上预设一个验证码,该验证码在客户端接收选定商品、进行判断选定商品上的商品二维码与客户端发出的二维码是否相同时,服务平台请求输入验证码进行验证客户端的身份,只有通过输入正确的验证码后方可继续完成判断选定商品上的商品二维码与客户端发出的二维码是否相同。

  10. 根据权利要求9所述的二维码识别商品互动式交易服务方法,其特征是:所述服务平台包括有商品信息、二维码信息和交易信息的储存及数据信息的处理,所述 商品信息包括商家端和商品的相关信息;所述二维码信息包括二维码、客户端的相关信息;所述交易信息为客户端和商家端的商品买卖相关信息,所述数据信息的处理为商品信息、二维码信息和交易信息各种信息数据的处理,所述商品信息、二维码信息、交易信息及数据信息的处理存储在区块链上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的二维码识别商品互动式交易服务方法,其特征是:所述客户端的相关信息在发送二维码或/和验证码给商家端时,所述客户端的相关信息、二维码或/和验证码同时一起或分别附送发给商家端、或所述客户端的相关信息、二维码或/和验证码不同时分别附送发给商家端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的二维码识别商品互动式交易服务方法,其特征是:所述服务平台为商家端商品交易的网络销售平台,该服务平台还包括有商家端和客户端应用的APP、网站、小程序、公众号。
  13. 根据权利要求1或2或3或10或11或12所述的二维码识别商品互动式交易服务方法,其特征是:所述二维码为客户端在服务平台注册时生成的唯一识别标记。
  14. 根据权利要求1或2或3或10或11或12所述的二维码识别商品互动式交易服务方法,其特征是:所述二维码为客户端选择商品时生成与所选定商品对应的唯一识别标记。
  15. 二维码识别商品互动式交易服务系统,其特征是:包括客户端(1)、服务平台(2)和商家端(3),
    所述客户端(1)包括有具有二维码或/和验证码生成功能、及摄像扫描功能的终端设备(11);
    所述服务平台(2)包括有服务器(21)和应用系统(22),该服务器(21)包括有商品信息和二维码信息的存储设备、储存交易信息的处理器,该应用系统(22)为平台应用系统;
    所述商家端(3)包括任意商品(31)和二维码制作设备(32);
    所述客户端(1)和商家端(3)通过互联网与服务平台(2)建立通信。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的二维码识别商品互动式交易服务系统,其特征是:所述终端设备(11)为具有二维码或/和验证码生成功能、及摄像扫描功能的智能手机、IPAD、电脑。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的二维码识别商品互动式交易服务系统,其特征是:所述二维码制作设备(32)包括有二维码打印或印刷设备。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的二维码识别商品互动式交易服务系统,其特征是:所述二维码(4)和验证码为商品的识别标签。
