Technical Field
The present invention relates, in general, to a mold for cement mortar, and more particularly, to a mold for cement mortar that is not deformed during the molding of cement mortar.
Background Art
Cement mortar is obtained by kneading cement and sand with water, and then becomes stiff with the lapse of time. In a conventional art, after forming a mold of a timber or a veneer board, cement mortar is poured into the mold and the mold is removed after the lapse of a predetermined time to obtain molded cement mortar.
The mold for cement mortar that is formed of the timber or the veneer board cannot be reutilized and has a disadvantage to make production cost high.
Recently, a mold for cement mortar that is formed of synthetic resin or steel to be repeatedly used and reutilized is widespread. The conventional mold for cement mortar is formed of a pair of semi-circular cylinders. The locking unit of the pair of semi-circular cylinders is released so that the pair

Since the conventional mold for cement mortar is simply cylindrical, there is a problem that the shape of the section of the molded cement mortar is limited.
In particular, when cement mortar is molded to have a square section, the cement mortar filled in the mold having the square section is molded so that the long and short sides and the edges can not be uniform. That is, the cement mortar is non-uniformly contracted on the long and short sides and the edges. Therefore, the side frames of the mold that form the side walls of the molded cement mortar are deformed to reduce the life of the mold and to deteriorate the quality of the molded cement mortar .

The frame coupling units comprise two or more first brackets that are provided on the external surface of one side frame of the two side frames, connecting bolts whose each one side is rotatably coupled with each of the first brackets, the second brackets in which insertion holes through which the other sides of the connecting bolts pass are formed and that are provided on the external surface of
the other side frame of the two side frames to correspond to the first brackets, and fastening nuts that are coupled with the other sides of the connecting bolts to fix the other sides of the connecting bolts to the second brackets. The reinforcing ribs comprise a plurality of vertical ribs that runs parallel to the curved lines of the side frames and a plurality of horizontal ribs that connects the vertical ribs to each other.
The mold for cement mortar further comprises a pair of covers that covers the reinforcing ribs from the outside and that are provided on the external surfaces of the pair of side frames so that it is possible to improve the external appearance of the mold. Also, the mold for cement mortar further comprises a warming member that is provided between the side frames and the covers to warm the cement mortar that is filled in the space of the two side frames so that it can be possible to facilitate the molding of the cement mortar and to increase the strength of the molded cement mortar. Two or more reinforcing metal bands that extend to be perpendicular to the curved lines of the side frames are provided on the external surface of each of the two side frames .
A cutting recess for forming a grip for moving the mold is provided on the external surface of each of the two side frames.
Both ends of a string grip are coupled with one side frame of the pair of side frames.

The pair of side frames (10 and 10' ) is reinforced by the reinforcing metal bands (70) so that it is possible to prevent the side frames (10 and 10') from being deformed due to the contraction of the cement mortar during the molding of the cement mortar and external force.
The mold for cement mortar (5) further includes a pair of covers (51 and 51') that is provided on the external surfaces of the side frames (10 and 10') . The covers (51) and (51') cover the plurality of reinforcing ribs (45) from the outside and are coupled with a plurality of bolt coupling units (15) that is provided on the external surfaces of the side frames (10 and 10' ) by a plurality of fastening bolts (53) . Therefore, the reinforcing ribs (45) are not exposed to the outside due to the covers (51 and 51' ) so that it is possible to improve the external appearance of the mold (5) .
The mold for cement mortar (5) further includes a warming member (60) that is provided between the side frames (10 and 10' ) and the covers (51 and 51' ) to warm the cement mortar that is filled inside of the side frames (10 and 10'). The warming member (60) facilitates the molding of the cement mortar to increase the strength of the molded cement mortar. The warming member (60) is preferably formed of Styrofoam.
As illustrated in FIG. 5, in the mold for cement mortar (5) , a cutting recess (80) for forming a grip for moving the mold for cement mortar (5) is preferably provided on the external surface of each of the pair of side frames (10 and 10'). The cutting recesses (80) are provided so that a worker can easily move the mold for cement mortar (5) . When the cutting recesses (80) are provided in the side frames (10 and 10'), cutting recesses
(53) ' are also provided in the above-described covers (51 and 51') that are coupled with the side frames (10 and 10') in order to cover the reinforcing ribs (45) .
As illustrated in FIG. 6, the mold for cement mortar (5) preferably includes a string grip for moving the same. The string grip is preferably used for moving mold for cement mortar (5) in a state where the cement mortar is not filled in the mold for cement mortar. The above-described cutting recesses (80) that are provided in the pair of side frames (10 and 10') are preferably used for moving the mold for cement mortar (5) in a state where the cement mortar is filled in the mold for cement mortar (5) .
Processes of molding the cement mortar using the mold for cement mortar (5) according to the present invention will be described as follows.
First, the lower frame (41) is mounted in the accommodating recesses (13 and 13') of the side frames (10 and 10') while rotating the pair of side frames (10 and
10' ) that is hinge coupled with each other by the hinge coupling units (20) centering around the hinge pins (25) .
The first and second brackets (31 and 31' ) of the pair of side frames (10 and 10' ) are coupled with each other by the connecting bolts (35) and the fastening nuts (39) to connect the pair of side frames (10 and 10' ) to each other. The connecting bolt (35) that is rotatably coupled with the first bracket (31) of the side frame (10) is inserted into the insertion hole (33' ) of the other side frame (10') and is fastened by the fastening nut (39) so that the pair of side frames (10 and 10' ) can be coupled with each other. The internal space of the pair of side frames (10 and 10' ) has the square section.
Then, the cement mortar is filled in the internal space of the pair of side frames (10 and 10' ) and is molded. While the cement mortar that is filled in the side frames (10 and 10') is molded, the cement mortar is contracted so that stress can be applied to the side frames
(10 and 10' ) . It is possible to prevent the side frames (10 and 10' ) from being deformed by the plurality of reinforcing ribs (45) and the two or more reinforcing metal bands (70) that are provided on the external surfaces of the side frames (10 and 10') .
When the molding of the cement mortar is completed, the frame coupling units (30) are released and the pair of side frames (10 and 10') are unfolded from side to side
about the hinge pins (25) .
The lower frame (41) is deviated from the accommodating recesses (13 and 13') of the side frames (10 and 10' ) and the molded cement mortar is ejected from the side frames (10 and 10' ) so that the molded cement mortar having the square section can be obtained.
As described above, the plurality of reinforcing ribs that reinforce the side frames are provided on the external surfaces of the pair of side frames in which one side is hinge coupled by the hinge coupling unit and the other side is coupled by the frame coupling unit so that the space of the side frames has the square section. Therefore, it is possible to obtain the molded cement mortar having the square section and to prevent the mold from being deformed during the molding of the cement mortar so that it is possible to increase the life of the mold and to improve the quality of the molded cement mortar.
While this invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
