Association de bulles tous matériaux soudées entres elles à leur fabrication par leurs six extremités formant un treillis se déclinant en brique ou en panneau et se finalisant par un liant de toute composition suivant les qualités recherchées. Les avantages constatés : qualités d'isolation phonique et thermique d'exception, résistance temporelle accrue, légèreté, gain de temps de réalisation, antisismique et inexplosible. Multiples matériaux employables. Exploitations envisagées : BTP, navales et aérσnautique conceptuelles. Applications multiples. Possibilité d'un treillis de bulles communicantes permettant la circulation d'un gaz ou d'un fluide amenant des variantes dans la thermie, la flottabilité ou la sustentation.

BETON METAL BULLES ET AUTRES MATERIAUX
Association de bulles métalliques creuses soudées entres elles à leur fabrication par leurs six extrémités.
L'épaisseur des bulles, qui peut varier de quelques dizièmes de millimètre à plusieurs millimètres, sera fonction de la résistance recherché et de la charge à supporter. Quant à leurs diamètres issues des mêmes paramètres de résistance et de charge, ils seront à l'apréciation des ingénieurs en fonction de la construction à réaliser.
L' isolation thermique tient compte des mêmes paramètres. Cette technique de construction devra permettre toutes réalisations.
Pour les petites constructions, type habitat indépendant, et suivant les dimensions du dessin de la brique type, une projection de ciment prompt tiendra lieu de coffrage. Les grandes constructions pourront s'appuyer sur un coffrage traditionnel.
L'injection du liant, permettant la réalisation de la masse finie, se faisant par la partie supérieure de la brique ou du panneau, sera secondée par un mécanisme vibrant permettant l'absolue bonne répartition du liant. La composition du liant dans les constructions immobilières sera le coulis de ciment. Les compléments et additifs resteront aux choix du constructeur s'appuyant sur l'avis des ingénieurs.
Ce nouveau concept banni les agrégats, le gravier et le sable. L'ensemble fini aura une résistance aux vibrations supérieure a ce que l'on connaît actuellement. Afin d'éliminer tous risques liés a d'éventuelles secousses sismiques ou explosions, la largeur des fondations sera calculé sur un simulateur de vibrations extrêmes qui permettra de déterminer la largeur de base par rapport à la hauteur.
De surcroît, ce nouveau concept de construction, une fois l'ouvrage réalisé, et si il est nécessaire, pourra être découpé en pièces ou panneau et être réutilisé.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
Ce nouveau concept de briques ou panneaux servant à la construc- tio d'habitation ou d'ouvrage permet un allégement de l'ensemble ainsi réalisé des deux-tiers par rapport aux constructions traditionnelles.
L'ensemble de la réalisation offre une rigidité supérieure à ce que l'on connaît actuellement. En outre, les qualités phoniques, thermiques, et sismiques des ouvrages ainsi réalisés, se trouvent grandement et vé- rifiablement améliorées.
Ce concept permet, en outre, un large éventail de matériaux pouvant être utilisés dans la fabrication du treillis de bulles et de la compo- sition du liant suivant les qualités recherchées dans la construction ou l'ouvrage à réaliser.
L'emploi de différent matériaux et de la composition du liant resteront couvert par le brevet de cette invention utilisant cette technique de construction.
