Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition peptidique destinée à la culture et/ou la croissance de micro-organismes et/ou de cellules sur la base d'au moins une source de protéines végétales, au moins 20 % des peptides présents dans la composition peptidique ayant une longueur comprise entre 1 et 20 acides aminés. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de cette composition et son utilisation dans diverses applications.
