上述的一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法,其特点在于,该预定的部分话 单出单门限中至少包括有该会话时间超过一预设的部分话单输出时间门限,当 会话时间超过一定时器所预设的部分话单输出时间门限时,触发产生该部分话 单。
上述的一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法,其特点在于,所述定时器所预 设的部分话单输出时间门限默认值为 30分钟, 其时长可通过配置更改。
为了实现上述目的,本发明还提供了一种一键通业务系统,用于在一键通 业务中实现部分话单, 该一键通业务系统包括一键通服务器、计费服务器,其 特点在于,
该一键通服务器用于在一键通业务的组会话中完成组和发言权的管理、和 /或完成会话管理, 并在一个一键通业务的组会话中, 当一预定的部分话单出 单门限被触发时, 向该计费服务器发送计费消息;
该计费服务器用于接收该计费消息并产生部分话单。 .
上述的一键通业务系统, 其特点在于, 该预定的部分话单出单门限包括: 会话时间超过一预设的部分话单输出时间门限、会话的参与者超过一预设的容 许加入组会话的参与者数目门限、系统数据流量限制门限、参与者进出组会话 的次数限制门限、 系统处理能力的范围要求门限中的一个或其中多个的组合。
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明的 限定。 附图简要说明
图 1为 POC服务器充当参与服务器时产生 Part话单的流程示意图; 图 2为 POC服务器充当控制服务器时产生 Part话单的流程示意图。 实现本发明的最佳方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
本发明的一键通业务系统主要包括有 POC服务器和计费服务器, 在一个 一键通业务的组会话中, 当一预定的部分话单出单门限被触发时, 由 POC服 务器向计费服务器发送计费消息, 产生部分话单。
在本发明中, 主要是通过 "预定的部分话单出单门限"来控制部分话单的 输出。无论是输出时间门限还是容许加入组会话的参与者数目限制都是 "预定 的部分话单出单门限"的具体实例。 实际上, 系统数据流量限制, 参与者进出 组会话的次数限制,系统处理能力的范围要求等都可以作为所述的 "预定的部 分话单出单门限门限", 即出单点。本发明考虑到一键通业务的特点, 后叙实 施例主要以输出时间门限和容许加入组会话的参与者数目限制为例,来说明一 键通业务的部分话单的实现方法。
在本发明的实施例中, 容许加入组会话的参与者数目以"人次"计算。举 例说明, 一个用户从组会话中离开后又重新加入, 在组会话结束后, 话单中关 于该用户的记录应该是两条,一条为该用户首次加入和离开组会话的信息 (比 如时间戳信息), 一条为该用户再次加入和离开组会话的信息(比如时间戳信 息) 。 所以即使一个组中的用户数量不多, 但是用户频繁加入和离开组会话, 也会触发产生部分话单。
另外,部分话单关闭的是已经退出会话的用户。也就是说在输出前一张部 分话单时, 假定 A用户已经存在组会话中, 在输出后续部分话单时, 只要 A 用户没有退出会话, 仍然会被记录。 ·
本发明的 POC Part话单是按照如下步骤实现的:
步骤一、 主叫用户向其所归属的 POC服务器发起会话建立请求。
步骤二、 如果该 POC服务器充当控制角色, 执行步骤三至步骤六, 如果 POC服务器充当参与角色,执行步骤七至步骤九;对于 1-1呼叫和临时组会话, 由主叫用户所属的 POC服务器充当控制角色, 对于聊天组会话和预定义组会 话, 由拥有组标识的 POC服务器充当控制角色。
步骤三、 POC服务器生成 "计费标示", 向被叫用户发起邀请, 如果被 叫用户接受邀请, POC服务器记录当前系统时间为组会话开始时间和主、 被 叫加入时间, 并启动该预定的部分话单出单门限。 步骤四、如果该预定的部分话单出单门限触发,如组会话时间超过预设的 部分话单输出时间门限 30分钟、 或者参加组会话用户数到达系统容许加入组 会话的参与者数目限制 (以 "人次"计) , POC服务器向计费服务器发送计 费消息, 产生部分话单。
步骤五、 当 POC服务器收到用户的退出消息或者系统异常时, 记录当前 系统时间为该用户离开时间,并且向计费服务器发送计费消息,产生部分话单。
步骤六、 POC服务器判断组会话结束, 向计费服务器发送计费消息, 产 生部分话单, 并结束;
步骤七、 POC服务器获取 "计费标示" , 在发送或者收到确认消息时, 记录系统时间为用户会话开始时间, 启动该预定的部分话单出单门限;
步骤八、如果该预定的部分话单出单门限触发,如用户会话时间超过预设 的部分话单输出时间门限 30分钟, POC'服务器向计费服务器发送计费消息, 产生部分话单;
步骤九、 当 POC服务器收到用户的退出消息或者系统异常时, 记录当前 系统时间为该用户离开时间,并且向计费服务器发送计费消息,产生部分话单, 并结束。
在上述有关步骤中, 某次 POC会话产生部分输出话单的条件主要为: 会 话时间超过一预设的部分话单输出时间门限、会话的参与者超过一预设的容许 加入组会话的参与者数目门限、系统数据流量限制门限、参与者进出组会话的 次数限制门限、系统处理能力的范围要求门限中的一个或其中多个的组合。例 如, 以采用会话时间超过一预设的部分话单输出时间门限、会话的参与者超过 一预设的容许加入组会话的参与者数目门限两个 "门限"为例, 两者同时起作 用, 哪一个先达到, 都会触发部分输出话单的产生。
并且, 为同一 POC会话产生的所有部分话单都应该有同一个 "计费标示" (ChargelD)和相应的部分输出序列号。每张部分输出话单的时间点应有独立 性和连续性, 即上一张的结束时间点原则上应与下一张的计费开始时间点相 同。每张部分输出的中间话单的通话结束原因参数位(CauseForTerm)应添加 部分输出标示(如 "部分输出")作为结束原因; 而整个通话的最后一张部分 话单添加通话结束标示作为结束原因,如在整个通话的最后一张部分输出话单 将填充 "通话结束"作为真实结束原因。 另外,虽然后续的部分输出话单中所含的许多参数位以及它们的取值与第 一张部分话单是相同的, 但为了计费服务器后处理的准确, 不建议 POC服务 器产生经过简化处理的部分话单, 而是依然输出详细记录的部分话单。 例如, 每张部分话单中还详细记录有会话过程中的全部用户信息,包括参与用户信息 和退出用户信息,所述参与用户信息中包括参与时间,所述退出用户信息中包 括退出时间。
而且, POC服务器可以同时充当控制角色和参与角色, 即同时执行 "控 制 POC功能"和 "参与 POC功能"。 控制服务器完成组和发言权的管理, 参 与服务器完成会话管理, 因此, 某个 POC服务器可以执行上述全部步骤。
下面以 POC服务器充当参与服务器时产生 Part话单的流程详细讲述本发 明的一具体实施方式。
如图 1所示, 首先假设以下基本条件:
一 用户 A发起预定义组会话, 预定义组中包含用户 A和用户 B;
- 用户 A和用户 B属于不同的 POC服务器;
一 用户 B属于的 POC服务器为控制服务器(则用户 A属于的 POC服务 器为参与服务器) ;
下面描述用户 A属于的 POC服务器产生 Part话单的大致流程:
( 1 ) 用户 A发起预定义组会话;
(2) POC服务器(用户 A所属的参与 POC服务器)收到 INVITE消息, 经过处理, 向控制 POC服务器转发 INVITE消息;
(3 )用户 B接受邀请, POC服务器收到 200 OK消息, 获取计费标示 "ChargelD";
(4) POC服务器向用户 A发送 200 OK消息, 记录系统时间为用户会话 开始时间, 启动 30分钟定时器;
(5)如果 30分钟定时器触发, POC服务器向计费服务器发送计费消息;
(6) 当用户 A主动退出会话, POC服务器收到 BYE (退出) 消息, 记 录当前系统时间为该用户离开时间, 并且向计费服务器发送计费消息。
其中, 外部计费触发消息主要是指: 主叫收到 200 OK (确认) 消息, 被 叫收到 INVITE (邀请) 消息。
下面以 POC服务器充当控制服务器时产生 Part话单的流程详细讲述本发 明的一具体实施方式。
如图 2所示, 首先假设以下基本条件:
一 用户 A发起预定义组会话, 预定义组中包含 5个用户 (A-E);
一 用户 A-E属于相同的 POC服务器, 并且该 POC服务器拥有组标识, 为控制服务器;
一系统容许加入组会话的参与者数目为 5, 即达到 5人次时, 系统就会产 生 Part话单;
一该过程中, 30分钟定时器没有触发 (时间未到) ;
下面描述用户 A所属的 POC服务器产生 Part话单的大致流程:
( 1 ) 用户 A发起预定义组会话;
(2) POC服务器(用户 A所属的控制 POC服务器)收到 INVITE消息, 生成 "计费标示", 向被叫用户 B-E发起邀请;
(3 ) 用户 B接受邀请, POC服务器收到 200 OK消息, 记录当前系统时 间为组会话开始时间和用户 A、 B加入时间, 启动 30分钟定时器; (4) 用户 C、 D接受邀请, POC服务器收到 200 OK消息, 记录当前系 统时间为用户 C、 D加入时间;
(5 ) 用户 B主动退出会话, POC服务器收到 BYE (退出) 消息, 记录 当前系统时间为该用户离开时间;
(6) 用户 E接受邀请, POC服务器收到 200 OK消息, 此时系统记录的 人次为 5 (A-E), 已经达到限制条件, 向计费服务器发送计费消息。 其中, 外部计费触发消息主要是指: 系统收到 INVITE (邀请) 消息, 请 求建立会话。
其中, 在发送计费消息前, 虽然用户 B退出会话, 但是话单未被关闭, 仍然计算人次; 在发送计费消息后, 用户 B话单被关闭, 不再计算人次。
在本发明中, 定时器的默认值为 30分钟, 当然, 其时长可以通过配置更 改, 不影响 Part话单的实现。
采用上述方法实现 POC Part话单的好处在于:
首先,时间门限保证了计费的安全性,防止欺诈,保证后处理的及时有效; 其次, 当组会话中参与用户达到最大数目并且部分用户(假设为 N个, N 很可能为 1 ) 退出时, 即出一张部分话单。 在该话单中包括全部用户信息, N 个用户信息中包括退出时间, 此后这 N个用户信息不再出现在后续的部分话 单中, 称为 N个用户话单关闭。 这样系统又可以接受 N个用户加入会话。 30 分钟话单中, 同样会关闭已经退出会话的用户话单。
当然,本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情 况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但 这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围,如本发明 还有其他各种业务流程产生 Part话单的实现方法, 例如, 用户重新加入组会 话达到人次限制时产生的 Part话单, 这些并不作为对本发明的限制。 工业应用性
根据本发明的一个方面, 本发明的方法和系统综合考虑了计费安全的需 要、计费话单容量、系统数据流量限制、系统处理能力等多方面的限制, 为运 营商提供了一种可行、 准确和相对可靠的一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法, 其特征在于, 在一个一键通 业务的组会话中,当一预定的部分话单出单门限被触发时, 由一键通业务服务 器向计费服务器发送计费消息, 产生部分话单。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法, 其特征在 于,该预定的部分活单出单门限包括:会话时间超过一预设的部分话单输出时 间门限、会话的参与者超过一预设的容许加入组会话的参与者数目门限、系统 数据流量限制门限、参与者进出组会话的次数限制门限、系统处理能力的范围 要求门限中的一个或其中多个的组合。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法, 其特征在 于, 所述部分话单的产生包括如下步骤:
步骤一, 主叫用户向其归属的一键通业务服务器发起会话建立请求; 步骤二、如果该一键通业务服务器为控制服务器, 转而执行步骤三, 如果 该一键通业务服务器为参与服务器, 转而执行步骤七;
步骤三、一键通业务服务器生成一计费标示, 向被叫用户发起邀请, 如果 被叫用户接受邀请,该一键通业务服务器记录当前系统时间为组会话开始时師 和主、 被叫加入时间, 并启动该预定的部分话单出单门限;
步骤四、如果该预定的部分话单出单门限触发,一键通业务服务器向计费 服务器发送计费消息, 产生部分话单;
步骤五、当一键通业务服务器收到用户的退出消息或者系统异常时,记录 当前系统时间为该用户离开时间,并且向计费服务器发送计费消息,产生部分 话单;
步骤六、一键通业务服务器判断组会话结束,向计费服务器发送计费消息, 产生部分话单, 并结束; - 步骤七、 一键通业务服务器获取计费标示, 在发送或者收到确认消息时, 记录系统时间为用户会话开始时间, 启动该预定的部分话单出单门限;
步骤八、如果该预定的部分话单出单门限触发,一键通业务服务器向计费 服务器发送计费消息, 产生部分话单;
步骤九、当一键通业务服务器收到用户的退出消息或者系统异常时,记录 当前系统时间为该用户离开时间,并且向计费服务器发送计费消息,产生部分 话单, 并结束。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法, 其特征在 于,同一个一键通业务的组会话中所产生的所有部分话单都具有同一个计费标 示和相应的部分输出序列号。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法, 其特征在 于,在同一个一键通业务的组会话中所产生的所有部分话单中,上一张部分话 单的结束时间点与下一张部分话单的计费开始时间点相同。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法, 其特征在 于,每张部分话单中记录有通话结束原因参数位的信息,在整个通话过程中所 输出的中间部分话单的通话结束原因参数位添加部分输出标示作为结束原因, 而整个通话的最后一张部分话单添加通话结束标示作为结束原因。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法, 其特征在 于,每张部分话单中还详细记录有会话过程中的全部用户信息,包括参与用户 信息和退出用户信息,所述参与用户信息中包括参与时间,所述退出用户信息 中包括退出时间。
8、 根据权利要求 3所述的一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法, 其特征在 于,对于一对一呼叫和临时组会话, 由主叫用户所属的一键通业务服务器充当 控制服务器,对于聊天组会话和预定义组会话, 由拥有组标识的一键通业务服 务器充当控制服务器。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法, 其特征在 于, 所述一键通业务服务器可以同时充当控制服务器和参与服务器。
10、 '根据权利要求 3所述的一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法,其特征在 于,该预定的部分话单出单门限中至少包括有该会话时间超过一预设的部分话 单输出时间门限, 当会话时间超过一定时器所预设的部分话单输出时间门限 时, 触发产生该部分话单。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的一键通业务的部分话单的实现方法, 其特征 在于, 所述定时器所预设的部分话单输出时间门限默认值为 30分钟, 其时长 可通过配置更改。
12、一种一键通业务系统,用于在一键通业务中实现部分话单, 该一键通 业务系统包括一键通服务器、 计费服务器, 其特征在于,
该一键通服务器用于在一键通业务的组会话中完成组和发言权的管理、和 /或完成会话管理, 并在一个一键通业务的组会话中, 当一预定的部分话单出 单门限被触发时, 向该计费服务器发送计费消息;
该计费服务器用于接收该计费消息并产生部分话单。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的一键通业务系统, 其特征在于, 该预定的部 分话单出单门限包括:会话时间超过一预设的部分话单输出时间门限、会话的 参与者超过一预设的容许加入组会话的参与者数目门限、系统数据流量限制门 限、参与者进出组会话的次数限制门限、系统处理能力的范围要求门限中的一 个或其中多个的组合。
