Abstract
System to govern the filling processes in bottling plants characterized by the fact that each valve (1) is provided with a electro-mechanic actuating device (2), and it is coupled with a flow-metering device (3, 3°), and with a computerized control device (4).
Description
System to govern the filling processes in bottling plants.
Field of the art
The present invention concerns the filling processes in bottling plants
included in the international classification B67 g.
State of the art
The systems currently known for the control of the filling processes in
bottling plants are based on the application of pneumatic jacks to govern the
movements of the intercepting valves. The pneumatic circuits currently entail
serious hazards of product contamination that jeopardize the aseptic handling
of the filling process in the specific case of liquid foods. Also, said pneumatic
circuits are difficult to regulate and do not ensure the volumetric precision of
the bottled product.
The solution proposed by the present invention solves all the problems
that still affect bottling plants, and ensures an absolute volumetric precision
and perfect aseptic conditions during the filling process.
Description
The invention is now disclosed by the following detailed description
with reference to the figures of the attached drawings.
Figure 1 represents schematically a valve (1) connected to a feeding
conduit (6) for the filling of a bottle (5). One can observe the presence of an
electro-mechanic device (2) to perform the operations of closing and opening
of said valve.
Figure 2 highlights the fact that the on feeding circuit (6) each valve (1)
is coupled with a flow-metering device (3; 3 a).
Figure 3 shows the presence of a computerized controlling device (4)
coupled to each electro-mechanic actuator (2).
Figure 4 shows a valve (1) coupled with a flow-metering device (3, 3 a)
connected with an actuating device (2) through the computerized controlling
device (4).
Figure 5 shows a plurality of valves (1) governed by a centralized
controlling device (4a).
In the figures each single component is marked as follows:
1 indicates a filling valve
2 indicates an actuating electro-machine device for the opening and
closing of the filling valve.
3 and 3a indicate a flow-metering device.
4 indicate a computerized device that controls the filling valve (1).
4a indicate a centralized device for the computerized control of a
plurality of filling valves.
5 indicate a bottle to be filled.
6 indicate the feeding conduit of each single valve (1).
6a indicate a centralized conduit to feed a plurality of filling valves (1)
coupled with electro-mechanic actuating devices (2) and with flow-metering
devices (3, 3a) governed by a computerized and centralized control device
(4a).
The clearness of the figures highlights the simplicity of realization of
the system object of the present industrial invention, which of course allows
several variations of practical realization as far as the dimensioning and the
structural proportioning of each single component are concerned, as well as
for the technological choices of the building material.
All the bottling plants that will feature the filling valves coupled with
electro-mechanic filling devices, or coupled with flow-metering devices that
control the filling processes through computerized devices, as basically
described, illustrated and hereinafter claimed, will be considered as being part
of the present invention.
