Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung eines Stromes von alphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen, enthaltend 5 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatome pro Molekül, mit erhöhtem Anteil an linearen α-Olefinen gegenüber einem Feedstrom von aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen, enthaltend 5 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatome pro Molekül, mit einem Gehalt an linearen α-Olefinen, linearen internen Olefinen sowie Dienen vorgeschlagen, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Feedstrom einem ersten Destillationsbereich D1 mit mindstens 5 theoretischen Trennstufen zugeführt wird, worin die linearen α-Olefine teilweise oder vollständig als Komponente eines Brüdenstromes abgetrennt werden, der daneben auch die Diene enthält, und an dessen unterem Ende ein Flüssigkeitsstrom gewonnen wird, der teilweise oder vollständig an linearen α-Olefinen abgereichert ist, der Flüssigkeitsstrom vom unteren Ende des ersten Destillationsbereichs D1 in eine Isomerisierungseinheit eingeleitet wird, die mit einem Isomerisierungskatalysator ausgestattet ist, an dem die linearen internen Olefine teilweise oder vollständig zu linearen α-Olefinen isomerisiert werden und die hierbei gebildeten linearen α-Olefine als Komponente eines in den ersten Destillationsbereich D1 aufsteigenden Brüdenstromes abgetrennt werden, der aus dem ersten Destillationsbereich D1 aufsteigende Brüdenstrom eine Selektivhydriereinheit eintritt, worin zumindest ein Teil der Diene an einem isomerisierungsarmen Selektivhydrierkatalysator zu Olefinen selektiv hydriert werden und hierbei ein Brüdenstrom gewonnen wird, der abgezogen, ganz oder teilweise kondensiert und als Produktstrom mit erhöhtem Anteil an linearen α-Olefinen gegenüber dem Feedstrom abgezogen wird.
