自有资源的交互方法以及电子交易信息的处理方法及系统 技术领域 本发明涉及网络资源数据处理领域, 特别是涉及用户端之间利用网 络进行自有资源交互的方法和系统, 及其应用——电子交易信息的处理 方法和电子交易信息的管理系统。
背景技术
现有的网絡系统中, 每个终端通常都拥有一定的资源或数据, 简称 为自有资源, 例如, 数据传输带宽、 数据发送优先级以及数据传送的服 务质量(QOS ) 等, 或者对另一终端而言有价值的信息数据等。 某些情 况下, 这些资源需要进行重新分配。 例如, 第一终端需要第二终端拥有 的某些资源或数据, 而第二终端也需要第一终端拥有的某些资源或数据; 为了实现双方资源数据的重新分配, 则需要进行二终端之间的资源数据 交互过程。 再例如, 第一终端拥有传输带宽或者发送优先级等资源, 当 第一终端完成相应的业务后, 有可能资源处于闲置状态。 由于这些资源 是用户购买的, 属于特定的终端使用, 这样就会导致资源不使用时的空 闲状态, 而此时急需网络资源完成业务的第二终端却不能获得这些空闲 的资源。 由于资源的私有性, 要充分利用这些闲置的资源, 实现网络资 源的最优化均衡利用, 就需要第一终端和第二终端之间进行资源数据的 交互。
图 1 是一个描述上述情况下, 现有技术实现资源数据交互过程的实 例。 参照图 1 , 用户终端 1和用户终端 2之间进行自有资源数据的交互, 需要通过交互平台实现, 所述交互平台保存资源数据交互的过程信息。 资源数据交互的过程如下: 所述交互平台保存有多个用户终端信息, 以 及用户终端用于交互的自有资源数据的信息; 各用户终端通过该交互平 台查询需要的资源; 当查询到需要的资源时, 就可以与拥有该资源的终 端进行自有资源的交互, 例如用户终端 1和用户终端 2之间进行自有资 源数据的交互; 交互平台记录用户终端 1、 2之间资源数据交互的过程信 息。 所述交互平台可以促进一个终端了解其它终端的自有资源数据信息。 但是上述的资源数据交互方法存在以下问题: 由于资源数据交互在第一 用户端和第二用户端之间进行, 交互平台仅记录过程信息而不能控制数 据交互的过程, 并且由于数据交互是双向进行的, 所以上述数据处理方 法无法保证一个数据交互过程的完整进行, 有可能某一用户终端没有释 放资源数据而导致数据交互双向过程的失败。 随着用户端之间的自有资 源数据交互的日益频繁, 迫切需要发展出一种能够保证资源数据交互过 程完整进行的数据处理方法。
参照图 2,该图是图 1所示资源数据交互方法的一种具体应用一一电 子交易方法。 电子交易系统主要包括, 用户子系统, 用以保存用户身份 有关的信息; 交易子系统, 用以保存交易的进展信息; 展示子系统, 用 以展示货物信息。 买家的货款和卖家的货物就是各自拥有的资源。 交易 信息的数据在买卖双方之间直接传输, 银行在获取付款时可以介入, 但 并不参与交易过程, 实际的电子交易是直接在用户和商家之间完成的。 例如, 一般的电子交易, 都是买卖双方通过网络接触达成一笔交易, 在 交易系统记录一条交易信息。 然后买家通过其它的方式, 比如银行汇款 等, 将购物款支付给卖家, 卖家在收到货款后, 向买家发货; 或者, 卖 家先将货物送到买家处, 买家收货后, 再将货款支付给卖家。
在上述交易方法中, 由于交易默方需要进行更多的沟通或者交易步 骤(例如, 付款方式、 收货方式), 甚至需要委托一个第三方实体机构才 能完成一个交易。 现有的电子交易系统仅仅用于展示商品的相关信息而 已, 尽管可以促进双方了解交易信息, 但并没有帮助交易完成, 因此交 易效率较为低下。
而且, 上述交易方法无法保证交易的安全性和完整性, 因为数据交 互是双向进行的, 交易一方无法确保交易另一方的交易行为, 即有可能 某一交易方没有发送交易物而导致电子交易过程的不完整, 从而影响电 子交易的安全性。 因此有的电子交易系统对商家建立信用档案从而间接 示出交易的安全性, 例如, 通常在客户到客户 (C2C )模式的交易平台交 易后买卖双方相互评价对方以积累信用。 但是信用档案也只能说明与该 商家交易的安全性相对较高, 而不能保证此次交易的安全性。 而且这样 的电子交易系统也没有能够更多地帮助完成交易, 交易效率仍然低下。 综上所述, 现有的资源数据交互方法中, 交互信息数据在交互双方 之间直接传输, 存在的缺陷在于交互效率低下、 交互安全性差。 现有的 处理方式, 交易系统无法参与交易信息的数据的管理和处理, 交易双方 还必须通过网下的大量工作才能完成交易, 即不能确保网络交易的正常、 安全进行, 也不能充分发挥网络交易快速、 便利、 低成本的优势。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题, 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种由系统自动 控制的、 方便的、 安全的用户端之间自有资源数据交互的方法和系统, 从而提高资源的最优化均衡利用。
本发明的另一个目的在于, 将上述技术构思应用于电子交易中, 提 供一种自动促进电子交易过程、 方便、 安全的电子交易信息的处理方法 和电子交易的信息处理系统。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种自有资源的交互方法, 包括: 管理系统记录资源交互的信息; 管理系统接收第一用户自有资源; 当确认第一用户端已收到第二用户自 有资源, 管理系统发送第一用户自有资源至第二用户端。
优选的, 当收到第一用户自有资源后, 管理系统通知第二用户端; 当收到第二用户已发送信息后, 管理系统通知第一用户端。 优选的, 所 述自有资源包括应付款项或货物, 通过中介信用资金账户管理应付款项。
一种自有资源交互系统, 包括:
第一用户端, 发送第一用户自有资源, 以及发送收到第二用户自有 资源的确认信息;
第二用户端, 发送第二用户自有资源;
管理系统, 用于记录资源交互的信息; 接收第一用户自有资源; 以 及通知第一用户端和第二用户端交互过程信息; 当收到确认消息后, 转 发第一用户自有资源至第二用户端。
一种电子交易信息的处理方法, 设立有中介信用资金账户, 包括: 记录一交易信息; 管理系统的中介信用资金账户接收第一用户发送的应付款项; 管理系统发送已付款信息给第二用户;

本发明提出了第三方交易管理平台, 可以自动的促进和帮助交互过 程的完成, 可以自动推动交互过程的步骤向前, 从而提高资源数据交互 的效率以及电子交易的效率, 充分利用了网络资源, 方便了资源数据交 互的进行, 能极大的降低交互成本, 确保资源交互的顺利进行, 促进资 源的再分配, 从而提高资源再分配后的均衡使用。 并且本发明还可以在 交易过程中设置一些期限, 能够加快交互过程, 进一步提高处理效率。
本发明建立的第三方资源数据库, 某一用户终端可以先将资源数据 发送至所述第三方资源数据库, 在该用户终端收到另一用户终端发送的 资源数据之后, 第三方资源数据库再将存储的资源数据转发至另一用户 终端, 从而保证资源数据交互过程的安全性、 完整性, 降低了资源交互 的成本, 促进了资源的重新分配, 提高了资源的均衡使用, 减少资源空 闲和浪费。
同理, 在电子交易过程中, 本发明建立了中介信用资金数据库, 并 且可以在交易流程中先付款后发货, 确保商家一方的交易安全; 同时由 于所付款项并没有直接付给商家, 等到买家确认收到货物后再将所付款 项转给商家, 所以可以同时保证买家的交易安全。 即本发明所述电子交 易方法可以确保交互过程的安全性、 完整性, 降低了电子交易的成本, 提高网络的利用效率, 充分发挥网络交易快速、 傈利、 低成本的优势。 附图说明 下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。

图 6是本发明所述一种电子交易方法的优选实施例的步骤流程图; 图 7是本发明所述一种电子交易系统的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 本发明的核心思想在于, 在自有资源交互的过程中, 采用一个管理 系统管理和处理交互信息, 能够根据反馈信息自动控制交互过程的进行; 并且采用第三方资源数据库, 暂时存储一方的资源, 从而能够确保交互 过程的安全和完整, 提高资源的均衡使用, 减少资源空闲和浪费。
参照图 3 , 是本发明所述一种自有资源的交互方法的步骤流程图。 步骤 si , 管理系统记录资源交互的信息。
进行资源交互的用户端可以通过传统的现有技术获取对方的资源信 息, 例如, 网页等展示系统。 达成交互意向后, 交互的任何一方, 可以 将该次资源交互的相关信息提交管理系统。 管理系统可以在收到这些数 据后, 建立一个交易文件, 并可以存储在管理系统的存储器中。
步骤 s2, 发送第一用户自有资源至管理系统。
第一用户将其自有资源发送至管理系统, 管理系统作为第三方, 对 第一用户的自有资源 (用于此次交互过程的资源)进行暂时存储。 管理 系统可以将其存储在资源数据库中, 这样, 管理系统可以同时处理多个 资源数据交互过程, 从而提高管理系统的资源利用率和处理效率。
步骤 s3 , 发送第二用户自有资源至第一用户端;
第一用户发送其自有资源至管理系统之后, 可以自行通知第二用户; 也可以当管理系统收到第一用户的自有资源之后, 由管理系统通知第二 用户, 从而加强管理系统对交互过程的控制和促进。 第二用户收到通知 后, 将其用于此次交互的自有资源发送至第一用户。 并且, 管理系统为 了加强对交互过程的控制和促进, 步骤 s3可以包括, 第二用户通知管理 系统其自有资源已发送的信息, 由管理系统通知第一用户端, 则促使交 互过程进入下一步骤。
步骤 s4, 当收到确认信息后, 管理系统发送第一用户自有资源至第 二用户端。
第一用户收到第二用户发送的资源后, 发送确认信息, 则说明此次 交互得到第一用户的确认, 可以继续进行。 由于此时, 第一用户的自有 资源仍存储在第三方的资源数据库中, 因此, 第一用户可以随时取消此 次交互, 从而保证了第一用户的交互安全; 并且由于第一用户的自有资 源仍存储在第三方的资源数据库中, 因此第一用户对其也无法完全控制, 从而可以保证第二用户的交互安全。 这样就保证了整个交互过程的安全 性和完整性, 促进资源的重新分配和均衡使用。
管理系统收到第一用户的确认信息, 则说明此次交互过程可以继续 进行, 故发送第一用户自有资源至第二用户端, 从而完成整个资源交互 过程。 所述收到第一用户的确认信息, 可以为明确收到确认信息, 也可 以在一定期限届满时判定收到确认信息。 所述确认信息也不限定只由第 一用户发出, 委托的第三方也可以发送确认信息。
管理系统还可以用于展示各用户端自有资源的相关信息, 即可以包 括现有技术的展示系统, 促进各用户端对用于交互的资源数据的搜索和 了解。
所述的自有资源的交互方法可以应用于电子交易过程中, 用户之间 进行电子交易, 所述自有资源可以包括应付款项或货物, 通过管理系统 促进和控制交易过程的顺利进行, 并可以通过管理系统的中介信用资金 账户管理应付款项。
参照图 4 , 是本发明所述一种自有资源的交互系统的结构示意图。 该 系统包括第一用户端, 第二用户端以及管理系统, 第一用户端和第二用 户端通过管理系统进行资源数据的交互。 其中,
第一用户端, 发送第一用户自有资源, 以及发送收到第二用户自有 资源的确认信息。
第二用户端, 发送第二用户自有资源; 还可以通知管理系统其自有 资源已发送的信息。
管理系统, 用于记录资源交互的信息; 接收并存储第一用户自有资 源; 以及通知第一用户端和第二用户端交互过程中各步骤信息; 当收到 确认消息后, 转发第一用户自有资源至第二用户端。
与现有技术最主要的区别在于, 本发明的交互系统中加入了管理系 统, 可以促进和控制交互过程; 并可以存储第一用户的资源, 从而保证 交互的安全。 参照图 5, 是本发明所述一种电子交易方法的步骤流程图。
步骤 51 , 记录一交易信息。
作为交易的任何一方, 都可以将所需交易的内容, 比如所要购买的 商品名称、 数量、 送货地址等信息传送给管理系统的服务器, 管理系统 在接收到这些数据后, 建立一个交易文件, 并存储在管理系统的存储器 中。
管理系统还可以将交易一方传送的交易信息, 转发至另一方。 假设 交易双方用 A和 B表示,则交易一方 A所约定的交易另一方 B登录系统 后, 管理系统将提示 B方, 并将 A方的交易信息传送给 B方。
步驟 52, 第一用户发送应付款项至管理系统。 第一用户并不将应付 款项直接发送至第二用户, 而是先发送至管理系统, 由管理系统暂时进 行管理。 管理系统可以通过中介信用资金账户管理该应付款项。
步骤 53 , 管理系统发送已付款信息给第二用户。
管理系统检查中介信用资金账户, 如果该账户中的第一用户资金大 于或者等于交易额, 则发送已付款信息给第二用户。
管理系统设有一个中介信用资金账户 , 交易双方都可各自设有资金 账号。 第一用户并将支付金额汇入中介信用资金账户, 在管理系统建立 交易信息数据后, 管理系统可以定期访问中介信用资金账户, 一旦该账 户中的支付方资金大于或等于交易额, 管理系统建立并存储已付款信息 数据。 当交易另一方 (第二用户)登录系统后, 发送已付款信息给第二 用户, 并可以通知第二用户发送交易货物。
步骤 54, 第二用户发送交易货物至第一用户。
步骤 55, 当收到确认消息后, 将交易金额从中介信用资金账户转入 第二用户账户。
当第一用户收到交易货物后, 可以向管理系统发送确认信息 (确认 收货), 管理系统接收确认信息后, 可以建立并存储已收货信息数据, 并 可以根据该信息将交易金额从中介信用资金账户转入第二用户账户。
如果交易双方通过物流公司进行交付, 则所述确认信息, 也可以由 物流公司发出, 管理系统接收确认信息后, 可以建立并存储已收货信息 数据, 并可以根据该信息将交易金额从中介信用资金账户转入第二用户 账户。 一般的, 第一用户可以称为买方, 第二用户可以称为卖方。
参照图 6,是本发明所述一种电子交易方法的优选实施例的步驟流程 图。 图 6所示的优选实施例中, 在图 5的步骤流程上增加了一些完善步 骤, 如下:
在步骤 55之前, 本实施例还可以包括第二用户发送交易货物后, 第 二用户通知管理系统已发送信息; 管理系统判断是否指定物流公司; 如 是, 则发送取货通知信息至物流公司; 如否, 则发送取货通知信息至第 一用户。 管理系统可在存储的交易信息中进行判断, 如果一方未指定物 流公司, 可以继续判断另一方是否指定物流公司。 在交易流程中引入物 流公司, 管理系统可以进一步加强对交易流程的控制和促进, 提高交易 效率。
管理系统还可以用于展示各用户端交易货物的相关信息, 即可以包 括现有技术的展示系统, 促进各用户端对用于交互的资源数据的搜索和 了解。
在步驟 52之前, 还可以设置付款期限; 判断在所述期限内是否收到 第一用户的应付款项, 如否, 则结束交易过程。 如果收到第一用户的应 付款项, 则继续进行交易。 本步骤可以完善交易过程, 当在一定付款期 限内, 第一用户仍然没有支付应付款项, 则说明该交易难以继续进行, 所以可以终止该交易过程, 减少资源浪费、 提高管理系统的资源利用效 率。
优选的, 在步驟 52之前, 还可以接收交易一方对交易信息的修改数 据, 并将修改数据传送给交易另一方。 即在第一用户发送应付款项之前, 交易双方可以对该交易进行修改, 并且可以由管理系统将修改数据信息 传送给交易另一方, 以便交易方对交易数量及价格等交易信息数据进行 磋商和修改。 当然, 本步骤(修改交易信息)也可以在整个交易流程中 的其他位置, 上述的情况是一种最佳实施例而已。
优选实施例还可以在收到第二用户已发货的通知后, 设置收货期限; 判断在所述收货期限内是否收到第一用户的确认或者取消交易信息, 如 否, 则判定收到第一用户的确认消息。 本步骤用于防止第一用户长时间 不发送收货确认信息的意外情况出现, 通过期限的设定, 可以更好的控 制交易过程的进行、 以及保证交易的安全。
优选实施例还可以从收到第一用户的确认消息起, 设置转账期限; 判断在所述转账期限内, 是否收到第一用户取消交易的信息; 如是, 则 向交易双方发送提示信息; 如否, 则将交易金额从中介信用资金账户转 入第二用户账户。 例如, 管理系统判断在期限内是否接收到买家退货或 退款通知信息数据, 如否, 继续交易; 如是, 在买家和卖家之间传送退 货协商信息, 并可以按照最后的协商内容, 指令系统中介信用资金账户 按协商后的金额向卖家支付货款并将余额退给买家。
本发明所述电子交易方法还可以接收并存储交易双方的相互评价信 息数据, 并且管理系统还可以自行建立交易方的评价信息数据, 因为管 理系统可以控制和促进整个交易过程, 例如, 管理系统可以对于交易过 程中超出期限, 未履行义务的一方进行评价。 在规定期限内未在系统资 金账号中存入足够金额, 在规定期限内未受到己收货信息数据都可以属 于上述评价的范围。
参照图 7, 是本发明所述一种电子交易处理系统的结构示意图。 所述 管理系统包括:
用户模块 71 : 用于保存用户的信息, 比如 Email、 联系方法、 身份信 息、 密码等等, 主要的功能是用来标识用户的身份。
账户模块 72: 用于建立中介信用资金账户 , 保存用户的资金状况, 比如, 现在用户的资金情况、 历史资金进出记录等等。
交易模块 73: 用于保存用户的交易信息, 比如交易时间、 交易地点、 交易货物、 交易价格、 买家信息、 卖家信息, 以及整个交易的状态、 进 展情况等等。 交易模块还用于根据各反馈信息, 执行预置的步骤, 控制 交易过程。 例如, 当一定期限届满或者明确确认交易已收货, 则交易模 块通知账户模块, 将交易金额从中介信用资金账户转入第二用户账户。
处理系统可以主要由上述 3 个核心模块架构而成, 形成从用户到账 户, 从账户到交易的一个完整模式。 当然实际的处理系统, 还可以包括 一些附属的部分, 比如: 客户管理、 网络交易工具、 营销工具等等, 这 些都是属于辅助模块 74。
