Abstract
L'invention porte sur un détecteur à sensibilité élevée (100) présentant une meilleure stabilité, comprenant des détecteurs à nanostructure qui sont disposés de manière qu'un premier détecteur à nanostructure ('détecteur blindé') (101) soit protégé contre une exposition éventuelle à un facteur environnemental d'intérêt (206A, 206B, 303) et qu'un second détecteur à nanostructure ('détecteur exposé') (104) puisse être éventuellement exposé à un facteur environnemental d'intérêt. De plus, l'ensemble des détecteurs à nanostructure est disposé de manière à permettre une exposition commune aux facteurs environnementaux qui ne sont pas d'intérêt. Par conséquent, des changements relatifs de propriétés, tels que la résistance électrique (R1, Rx), du détecteur à nanostructure par rapport aux changements de propriétés du détecteur à nanostructure exposé servent à détecter un facteur environnemental d'intérêt.
