喷印组合装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷印组合装置。 背景技术
喷印设备是由计算机控制的全自动标号系统, 通过喷点阵直接 钢卷的侧部 表面和顶部表面上形成标号。 目前, 国内外钢铁企业的热轧生产线用于热钢卷标 号的方式一般多为涂料点阵喷印, 该方式的成字原理是: 将多个喷枪并排设置, 并等速行走, 在设定位置上喷出点状涂料, 以点组成文字。 因为喷印机还包括有 传感器, 质量较大, 因此喷印机对钢卷侧部表面的侧喷和对钢卷顶部表面的顶喷 大多采用分别单独控制。
例如 2050热轧采用的是 6轴联动的关节型机器人, 其先后对钢卷进行顶喷 和侧喷, 虽然只需要一套喷印机, 但是由于喷印周期超过钢卷的轧制周期, 导致 轧钢的节奏会受到一定的限制。 又例如 1580热轧采用的是双喷印机, 其侧喷和顶 喷设备分别设置于运输链的两侧, 在喷印时两部分同时进行。
目前, 随着喷印机不断的小型化, 已出现一种侧喷手臂和顶喷手臂共用一个 机器人的方案, 但其顶喷手臂只能喷印在钢卷顶部靠近内圈的位置, 这又与钢卷 塔形始现于内圈这种情况发生冲突, 于是就存在钢卷大量返修的缺陷, 并且该方 案需要 2个机器人手臂分别进行侧喷和顶喷运动, 使得喷印机结构复杂, 控制也 较为烦琐, 大大增加了装置的返修率。
目前使用的各种喷印机存在以下的缺点-
1.温度适应差: 由于现有的喷印机, 大多采用风机冷却, 或者甚至不釆用主 动冷却, 因此对温度的适应性较差, 使喷印机不能适应较高的操作环境温度和高 温卷温度。
2.喷印周期长: 由于现有的喷印机, 大多采用单喷印设备结合关节型机器人 的方案, 使顶喷和侧喷先后进行, 造成喷印周期无法缩短, 影响到轧制节奏的优 化和加快。
3.结构较复杂: 现有的喷印机虽然采用了顶喷和侧喷的同步方案, 但其机械 组合设计较为复杂, 设备操作控制烦琐, 且会给设备维护带来难度。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种喷印组合装置, 其使用一个手臂装置同时实现侧 喷和顶喷, 实现了顶喷轨迹和侧喷轨迹的重合, 结构简单, 可适应较高的操作环 境温度和高温卷温度, 也满足了较短轧制周期时间上的要求。
为达到上述目的, 本发明提供一种喷印组合装置, 其包含连接安装的手臂装 置和手腕装置;
所述的手臂装置上设置有顶喷装置和侧喷装置;
所述的顶喷装置包含顶喷总成、 顶喷感应器和顶喷喷枪; 该顶喷感应器和顶 喷喷枪设置在顶喷总成内部; 该顶喷装置还包含一气缸, 通过气缸架与手臂装置 连接安装;
所述的侧喷装置包含侧喷总成、 侧喷感应器和侧喷喷枪; 该侧喷感应器和侧 喷喷枪设置在侧喷总成内部;
' 所述的手腕装置包含机器人手腕、 伺服电机和编码器接头; 所述的伺服电机 与机器人手腕通过螺钉连接, 所述的编码器接头与伺服电机连接, 该编码器接头 可进行数据处理和传输; 所述的机器人手腕外部还设置有一外罩, 其可储存和交 换冷却空气, 降低并保持喷印组合装置内部的温度。
本发明提供的喷印组合装置, 其工作过程如下:
当喷印组合装置接收到位于钢卷喷印位置上的钢卷数据后, 钢卷的侧喷位置 通过侧喷感应器进行调整, 钢卷的顶喷位置通过顶喷感应器进行顶喷高度调整, 当该两个喷印位置均调整适当后, 顶喷总成和侧喷总成向外伸出, 分别设置在它 们内部的顶喷喷枪和侧喷喷枪即可同时对钢卷进行顶喷和侧喷。
本发明提供的喷印组合装置, 其具有如下优点:
1.本发明根据钢卷塔形初始于钢卷内圈的规律, 钢卷的顶喷位置喷印在钢卷 顶部靠近外圈的位置, 不会与钢卷塔形初始于钢卷内圈的这种规律发生冲突, 大 大降低钢卷的返修率。
2.本发明结合顶喷装置的汽缸, 把顶喷装置和侧喷装置有机地组合成一体; 使用一个手臂装置同时实现侧喷和顶喷, 实现了顶喷轨迹和侧喷轨迹的重合, 结 构简单, 使设备维护简捷可靠。
3.由于实现顶喷和侧喷的轨迹重合, 可使钢卷的顶喷和侧喷同时进行, 使钢 卷的喷印周期大大小于轧钢的轧制周期, 为轧制周期的优化腾出时间。
4.本发明外部设置有框架密封结构, 使喷印组合装置能够适应较高的操作环 境温度和高温卷温度。 附图说明

所述的手臂装置上设置有顶喷装置和侧喷装置;
所述的顶喷装置包含顶喷总成 101、 顶喷感应器 102和顶喷喷枪 103; 该顶 喷感应器 102和顶喷喷枪 103设置在顶喷总成 101内部; 该顶喷装置还包含一气 缸 104, 通过气缸架 105与手臂装置连接安装;
所述的侧喷装置包含侧喷总成 201、 侧喷感应器 202和侧喷喷枪 203; 该侧 喷感应器 202和侧喷喷枪 203设置在侧喷总成 201内部;
所述的手腕装置包含机器人手腕 301、 伺服电机 302和编码器接头 303; 所 述的伺服电机 302与机器人手腕 301通过螺钉连接, 所述的编码器接头 303与伺 服电机 302连接, 该编码器接头 303可进行数据处理和传输; 所述的机器人手腕 301外部还设置有一外罩 304, 其可储存和交换冷却空气, 降低并保持喷印组合装 置内部的温度。
本发明提供的喷印组合装置, 其工作过程如下- 如图 2所示, 当喷印组合装置接收到位于钢卷喷印位置上的钢卷数据后, 钢 卷 4的侧喷位置 41通过侧喷感应器 202进行调整, 钢卷 4的顶喷位置 42通过顶 喷感应器 102进行顶喷高度调整, 当该两个喷印位置均调整适当后, 顶喷总成 101 和侧喷总成 201 向外伸出, 分别设置在它们内部的顶喷喷枪 103和侧喷喷枪 203 即可同时对钢卷 4进行顶喷和侧喷。
