Abstract

La présente invention a trait à des procédés et un appareil pour la fabrication et la détection d'une substance liquide tel que de l'eau liquide. L'invention a également trait à un appareil et des procédés pour la détection du changement de phase d'une substance. Dans un mode de réalisation, un condensateur à effet de peau est placé à proximité d'une surface pour laquelle la détection de la présence d'eau liquide est souhaitable, telle qu'une pare-brise. La présence de pluie à la surface de la pare-brise modifie le flux électrique entre des électrodes du condensateur. La modification est détectée, et utilisée pour d'autres applications telles que la mise en marche d'essuie-glaces. L'invention a également trait à un appareil et des procédés pour un condensateur à effet de peau.
