Definitions
- the present invention relates to an embroidery applique that can be embroidered on clothing and other products, a method of manufacturing an embroidery applique, and a method of manufacturing an embroidery product.
- Another inevitable problem with embroidered decoration is that it appears on both sides of the surface on which the thread material is to be decorated. That is, when embroidery is applied to clothes, etc., even if thread material appears on the lining of clothes, the lining of clothes does not cause a problem because it is invisible in appearance but, for example, embroidery decoration is applied to the design of postcards. In cases where it is desired, thread material will also appear on the address side of the postcard, making it difficult to apply embroidered decorations.

- FIG. 1 shows the embroidery applique of the present invention.
- FIG. 1 (a) is a back view of embroidery
- FIG. 1 (b) is a sectional view taken along line A-A of FIG. 1 (a).
- the embroidery applique (10) of the present invention is composed of the embroidery (6) and the adhesive layer (4) provided on the back surface (62) of the embroidery (6).
- Embroidery (6) is composed of a sheet-like base material (1) and a thread material (2).
- the thread material (2) penetrates the upper and lower surfaces of the base material (1) to form a desired pattern, characters or pattern on the upper and lower surfaces of the base material (1).
- the surface (61) side of the embroidery (6) is the surface where the desired pattern, character or pattern clearly appears, and the back surface (62) side of the embroidery (6) becomes blurred the desired pattern, character or pattern It is a face.
- the thread material (2) appearing on the surface (61) side of the embroidery (6) is the embroidery upper thread (20), and the thread material (2) appearing on the back surface (62) side of the embroidery (6) is the embroidery lower thread (200). ).
- Fig. 1 embroidery (6) of a pattern of a bird is formed.
- the method of embroidery is not particularly limited, and known embroidery methods are applicable to the present invention.
- the thread material (2) It is possible to use multiple types of thread material (2) for the thread material (2).
- the pattern shown in FIG. 1 the pattern is composed of a plurality of areas. It is possible to change the type of thread material (2) used for each configuration.
- a black thread material (21) is used in the eyelid area of the eyelid, and a white thread material (22) is used in the area around the eye, Yellow thread material (23) is used in the area, and red thread material (24) is used in the area surrounding the area covered with white thread material (22).
- a colored yarn material (25) is used, a black yarn material (26) is used for the tail feather part, and a brown yarn material (27) is used for the trunk part.
- yarn materials (2) of different types, such as the thickness and gloss of the yarn material (2). In this way, it is possible to appropriately change the type of the thread material (2) according to the desired pattern, and to produce the desired texture.
- the substrate (1) is composed of a material having heat solubility or drug solubility or water solubility.
- the base material (1) having heat solubility preferably has a melting point of 40 ° C. or more and 80 ° C. or less.
- the substrate (1) having drug solubility those which can be dissolved by methanol, ethanol, isopropanol or acetone are preferable.
- PVA polybule alcohol
- the substrate (1) shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 becomes polybule alcohol.
- the embroidery lower thread (200) appearing on the back surface (62) of the embroidery (6) has a melting point lower than that of the embroidery upper thread (20), and preferably has heat solubility. This is because the embroidery lower thread (200) melts when the embroidery appliqu (10) of the present invention is thermocompression-bonded to the target surface of the embroidery decoration, so that the adhesion surface is smoothed and the adhesion is improved. It is for. In addition, it is preferable to have adhesiveness when the embroidery bobbin thread (200) is dissolved. By using the embroidery lower thread (200) having adhesiveness at the time of melting, it is not necessary to form an adhesive layer for thermocompression bonding when thermocompression bonding to a target surface of embroidery decoration. A preferable melting point of the embroidery lower thread (200) is in the range of 80 ° C. or more and 180 ° C. or less. In order to exhibit such performance, the embroidery lower thread (200) is preferably made of heat-meltable nylon.
- Fig. 1 shows the state after removal of the part of the substrate (1) that has run out from the embroidery (6) in the dissolution and removal step described later, but in the dissolution and removal step, embroidery of the substrate (1) (6 The part that has come out of) is removed, and the outline of the substrate (1) and the outline of the embroidery (6) match.

Alternatively, the particulate hot melt adhesive material may be selected to achieve the desired stiffness on the decorative target surface (5) of the embroidery applique (10).
- the preferred particle size range of the particulate hot melt adhesive is 30 / z m or more and 500 ⁇ m or less.
- the particulate hot melt adhesive tends to fall off between the embroidery lower threads (200), and as a result, particulates that remain on the embroidery lower threads (200) This is because the hot melt adhesive is reduced and the adhesion to the face to be decorated (5) is weakened.
- the particle size exceeds 500 m, the particulate hot melt adhesive gets under the embroidery lower thread (200), and as a result, the particulate hot melt remains on the embroidery lower thread (200). This is because the amount of adhesive decreases, and the adhesion to the face to be decorated (5) weakens.
- the rigidity of the embroidery applique (10) on the surface to be decorated (5) can be adjusted according to the amount of the adhesive applied to form the adhesive layer (4).
- the adhesive application amount should be increased, and the adhesive of the adhesive layer (4) should reach the embroidery thread (20), and the rigidity should be lowered.
- the adhesive application amount may be reduced.
- the selection of the type of adhesive and the determination of the coating amount of the adhesive layer (4) are compared with the adhesive strength between the adhesive layer (32) of the transfer sheet (3) and the embroidery upper thread (20). - the transfer sheet (3) is transparent from the viewpoint of positioning accuracy when the embroidery applique of the present invention is attached to the surface to be decorated.
- the coating amount of the heat-fusible ⁇ is preferably at 0. 003g / m 2 or more 0. 025g / m 2 or less. If it is less than 0.
- the transfer sheet (3) is pressed and heated with the adhesive layer (32) in contact with the surface (61) of the embroidery (6), and is adhered to the embroidery (6). At this time, the components of the adhesive layer (32) are melted by heat to fix the position of the embroidery upper thread (20) on the substrate (1).
- the embroidery (6) separately formed on the transfer sheet (6) is formed into one pattern (in the example shown in FIG. 2, a state in which a bird is laying eggs). By arranging them, it is possible to attach a plurality of embroidery appliques (10) to the face to be decorated (5) at one time. Abstract
