Abstract

La présente invention concerne un médicament destiné au traitement de l'érosion cervicale et un procédé de préparation de celui-ci. Le médicament est préparé à partir de cinq produits médicinaux traditionnels chinois avec les pourcentages en poids suivants: huile de zédoaire 10-20, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis 15-30, Cortex Phellodendri 15-30, Radix Gentianae 15-30, alun 8-15, et bornéol 8-15. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : extraire Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Cortex Phellodendri et Radix Gentianae séparément pour former 3 sortes d'extraits; mélanger le bornéol dissous dans de l'éthanol anhydre et le mélange obtenu en mélangeant l'huile de zédoaire, du Tween, et du glycérol de manière uniforme, afin de former un mélange; mélanger l'alun avec du polyéthylèneglycol pour former un autre mélange; mélanger et homogénéiser les extraits et les mélanges ci-dessus soigneusement; verser le produit obtenu dans un moule à suppositoires et enfin, le mouler ultérieurement par refroidissement pour obtenir des suppositoires.
