如图 19至图 24所示, 本发明具有底座组件 1、椅座 2及椅背。底座组件 1具 有一摆动机构 11。 椅背分成上椅背 3及下椅背 4, 上椅背 3通过一组刚性连接杆 31连接在底座组件 1之摆动机构 11上,而该组刚性连接杆 31上设有升降机构 33, 上椅背 3则通过枢接件 32连接在该升降机构 33的上端部。 椅座 2上设有一滑动 机构 22, 该滑动机构 22由设于椅座 2底面两侧的滑道 221、 架设于滑道 221中并 可于滑道 221内滑动的滑杆 222及用以锁定限制刚性连接杆绕枢接点转动及滑杆 于滑道内滑动的锁定构件 223组成。 下椅背 4与椅座 2之间设有一组刚性连接杆 41。该刚性连接杆 41呈 V型, 其一个分叉端部通过另一枢接件 42与下椅背连接, 其另一个分叉端部则装置有扶手 22;刚性连接杆 41的转折部与滑杆 222枢轴连接。
如图 20至图 24所示, 本发明使用时, 其上、 下椅背的动作及使用效果同实 施例 2。 而松开锁定构件 223对刚性连接杆 41及滑杆 222的限制, 坐者可通过操 控扶手使刚性连接杆 41绕枢轴处转动及滑杆于滑道 221中滑动, 从而实现下椅背 的平移及前后摆动, 以调整下椅背对坐者腰背部最佳之承托位置及倾斜角度。 实施例 7
如图 25至图 28所示, 本发明具有底座组件 1、椅座 2及椅背。底座组件 1具 有一摆动机构 11。 椅背分成上椅背 3及下椅背 4, 上椅背 3通过一组刚性连接杆 31连接在底座组件 1之摆动机构 11上,而该组刚性连接杆 31上设有升降机构 33, 上椅背 3则通过枢接件 32连接在该升降机构 33的上端部。 下椅背 4与两扶手 21 构成 U形一体结构。 下椅背连接组件为一组刚性连接杆 41, 该组刚性连接杆一端 与扶手 21连接, 另一端则与如实施例 6所述之椅座上的滑动机构枢轴连接, 该滑 动机构的结构在此不再重复讲述。 如图 26、 图 27所示, 本发明的实施效果基本同实施例 6。 此外, 上述下椅背内可形成容腔, 而容腔内可容置远红外治疗仪、 磁疗仪或 按摩器等, 给予坐者更多的背部保健手段, 使本发明的用途更多元化。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 椅背腰部可调式座椅, 具有底座组件、 椅座及椅背, 其特征是: 所述椅背 分成上椅背及下椅背, 且上椅背通过上椅背支撑组件与底座组件连接, 下椅背通 过下椅背支撑组件与椅座连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的座椅, 其特征是: 所述上椅背支撑组件为一组刚性 连接杆, 及底座组件具有一摆动机构, 该组刚性连接杆与底座组件之摆动机构连 接。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的座椅,其特征是:所述刚性连接杆上设有升降机构, 上椅背装置于该升降机构上。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的座椅, 其特征是: 所述升降机构使上椅背之升高路 径趋前, 以使升高后的上椅背所处立面较上椅背升高前所处立面前。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的座椅, 其特征是: 所述下椅背支撑组件为一组刚性 连接杆。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的座椅,其特征是:所述刚性连接杆上设有升降机构, 下椅背装置于该升降机构上。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 5或 6所述的座椅, 其特征是: 所述上椅背支撑组件为 自上椅背底边框向下延伸出之两个支撑臂, 该两支撑臂的另一端连接于底座组件 上, 而下椅背设置于由上椅背底边框和两个支撑臂围成的门洞中。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的座椅, 其特征是: 所述下椅背枢轴接于该组刚性连 接杆一端; 下椅背两侧装置有枢接于椅座上的扶手, 且该扶手与下椅背之间设置 有一当扶手绕其枢接点转动时能带动下椅背绕其枢接点转动的连动机构。
9、 根据权利要求 5所述的座椅, 其特征是: 所述刚性连接杆呈 V型, 其一个 分叉端部通过一枢接件与下椅背连接, 其另一个分叉端部则装置有扶手; 所述椅座上设有一滑动机构, 该滑动机构由设于椅座底面两侧的滑道、 架设 于滑道中并可于滑道内滑动的滑杆及用以锁定限制刚性连接杆绕枢接点转动及滑 杆于滑道内滑动的锁定构件组成;
上述刚性连接杆的转折部与滑杆枢轴连接。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的座椅, 其特征是: 所述下椅背与两扶手构成 u形 一体结构, 及下椅背连接组件为一组刚性连接杆;
所述椅座上设有一滑动机构, 该滑动机构由设于椅座底面两侧的滑道、 架设 于滑道中并可于滑道内滑动的滑杆及用以锁定限制刚性连接杆绕枢接点转动及滑 杆于滑道内滑动的锁定构件组成;
该组刚性连接杆一端与扶手连接, 另一端与滑杆枢轴连接。
11、 根据权利要求 1 所述的座椅, 其特征是: 所述下椅背的一个侧面为一弧 面, 或适于人体工程学设计之曲面。
12、 根据权利要求 1或 11所述的座椅, 其特征是: 所述卞椅背内形成容腔。
13、根据权利要求 12所述的座椅,其特征是:所述容腔内容置远红外治疗仪, 或磁疗仪, 或按摩器。
