Abstract
滑り止め体のコストの低減化を図ることを課題とする。
そこで、本発明では、運転部の床部に滑り止め体を設けたトラクタにおいて、左右外側方にそれぞれ張り出し状に張設して床部の一部を形成する左右一対の張り出し体に、上面開口の嵌合用凹部を形成し、各嵌合用凹部に滑り止め体を着脱自在に嵌合させて配置した。従って、滑り止め体が摩耗等により滑り止め機能を果たさなくなった場合には、滑り止め体を嵌合用凹部から取り出して交換することにより、簡単に対応することができる。この際、滑り止め体は、作業者が特に足を踏ん張る個所である床部の左右側部に設けるべくコンパクトに形成することができるため、コストの低減化を図ることができる。

[0005] し力しながら、上記した滑り止め体は、未だ、以下のような課題を有して 、る。
[0006] (1)作業者が特に足を踏ん張る個所は、床部の左右側部に限られているにもかか わらず、滑り止め体は、床部のほぼ全面を被覆する大きさに形成されているために、 コストアップにつながって ヽる。
[0007] (2)滑り止め用突起が摩耗して機能しなくなった場合、その摩耗個所が滑り止め体 の一部であっても、滑り止め体全体を交換する必要性があるために、コストアップに つながつている。
[0008] (3)滑り止め用突起のパターンや突起の高さが予め定まって 、るために、作業者の 好みに応じて変更することが困難である。
[0009] (4)滑り止め用突起の突出高さが低い場合には、又は、作業条件によっては、泥土 等が滑り止め用突起の間に堆積して、十分な滑り止め機能を果たさなくなることがあ る。

発明を実施するための最良の形態

第 2実施形態としての運転席 64は、図 18に示すように、運転席支持体 92上に可動 支持体 170を介して載置しており、同可動支持体 170は左右方向の軸線回りに回動 自在となして、同可動支持体 170に支持された運転席 64を作業者が前方向きに着座 可能な前方向き着座位置 (a)と、作業者が後方向きに着座可能な後方向き着座位置 ( b)とに位置変更可能となしている。
[0134] すなわち、運転席 64は、前側座部兼背もたれ部 64cと後側座部兼背もたれ部 64dと を側面視「く」字状に連設して形成し、前側座部兼背もたれ部 64cを横臥状態にして 座部として使用する前方向き着座位置 (a)にお 、ては、後側座部兼背もたれ部 64dが 起立して背もたれ部として使用可能となる一方、後側座部兼背もたれ部 64dを横臥状 態にして座部として使用する後方向き着座位置 (b)にお 、ては、前側座部兼背もたれ 部 64cが起立して背もたれ部として使用可能となるようにしている。
[0135] そして、可動支持体 170は、前側座部兼背もたれ部 64cを支持する前側可動支持片 171と、後側座部兼背もたれ部 64dを支持する後側可動支持片 172とを、側面視「く」 字状に連設して形成して、両前 ·後側可動支持片 171, 172の連設部である頂部を運 転席支持体 92上に突設した左右一対の枢支体 173,173に、左右方向に軸線を向け た枢支軸 174,174を介して枢支している。 185は、前側可動支持片 171の前部に取り 付けた前側当接'支持脚片、 186は、後側可動支持片 172の後部に取り付けた後側 当接 ·支持脚片である。
[0136] このようにして、可動支持体 170を枢支軸 174, 174を中心に前後方向に回動させて、 前 ·後側当接 ·支持脚片 185, 186のいずれかを運転席支持体 92に当接させることによ り、同可動支持体 170に支持された運転席 64を、前方向き着座位置 (a)と後方向き着 座位置 (b)とのいずれかの位置に姿勢変更させることができるようにしている。 cは、前 方向き着座位置 (a)力 後方向き着座位置 (b)に位置変更させる回動方向である。
[0137] また、前側可動支持片 171の前端部にはフック状の前側係止片 175の基端部を左 右方向に軸線を向けた枢支ピン 176を介して枢支すると共に、同前側係止片 175の基 部と前側可動支持片 171の前部との間に弾性手段としての引張スプリング 177を介設
して、同引張スプリング 177により前側係止片 175を、図 18に示す側面視にて、枢支ピ ン 176を中心とする反時計回りに回動付勢して、運転席支持体 92の前部に突設した 前側被係止片 178に係止させるようにしている。
[0138] 従って、運転席 64を前方向き着座位置 (a)に配置した際には、上記前側係止片 175 が前側被係止片 178に係止されて、運転席 64は前方向き着座位置 (a)に固定される。
[0139] ここで、前側係止片 175の先端部には前側係止解除用操作片 179を設けており、同 前側係止解除用操作片 179を抓んで前側係止片 175を引張スプリング 177の弾性付 勢力に抗して枢支ピン 176を中心に時計回りに回動させることにより、前側被係止片 1 78との係止状態を解除することができるようにして 、る。
[0140] 同様に、後側可動支持片 172の後端部にはフック状の後側係止片 180の基端部を 左右方向に軸線を向けた枢支ピン 181を介して枢支すると共に、同後側係止片 180の 基部と後側可動支持片 180の後部との間に弾性手段としての引張スプリング 182を介 設して、同引張スプリング 182により後側係止片 180を、図 18に示す側面視にて、枢 支ピン 181を中心とする時計回りに回動付勢して、運転席支持体 92の後部に突設し た後側被係止片 183に係止させるようにして 、る。
[0141] 従って、運転席 64を後方向き着座位置 (b)に配置した際には、上記後側係止片 180 が後側被係止片 183に係止されて、運転席 64は後方向き着座位置 (b)に固定される。
[0142] ここで、後側係止片 180の先端部には後側係止解除用操作片 184を設けており、同 後側係止解除用操作片 184を抓んで後側係止片 180を引張スプリング 182の弾性付 勢力に抗して枢支ピン 181を中心に反時計回りに回動させることにより、後側被係止 片 183との係止状態を解除することができるようにして 、る。

第 3実施形態としての運転席 64は、図 19に示すように、運転席支持体 92の固定側 支持片 93にスライド側支持片 94を介して座部 64aを前後方向 dにスライド位置調節自 在に取り付ける一方、同スライド側支持片 94の前部と後部とに背もたれ部 64bを着脱 自在に取り付けて、運転席 64を前向き着座位置 (a)と後向き着座位置 (b)とに位置 (姿 勢)変更自在となしている。
[0144] すなわち、スライド側支持片 94の左右側前部に、前上方へ向けて伸延する左右一
対の筒状の前部差込受片 187, 187を固設し、また、スライド側支持片 94の左右側後部 に、後上方へ向けて伸延する左右一対の筒状の後部差込受片 188, 188を固設する 一方、背もたれ部 64bの左右側下端部に下方へ向けて伸延する左右一対の棒状の 差込片 189, 189を設けて、両差込片 189, 189を上記前部差込受片 187, 187ないしは後 部差込受片 188, 188に抜き差し自在に差し込むことにより、背もたれ部 64bを座部 64a に対して起立状態に取り付けることができるようにして 、る。
[0145] 従って、図 19に示すように、前向き着座位置 (a)となした運転席 64は、後部差込受 片 187, 187に差込片 189,189を差し込んだ状態の背もたれ部 64bを、後部差込受片 18 8, 188の軸線方向 eに沿わせて上方へ引き引き抜き、続いて、前方 fへ移動させると共 に回転方向 gに 180度反転させて、同状態にて、背もたれ部 64bを、前部差込受片 18 7, 187の軸線方向 hに沿わせて下降させて、前部差込受片 187,187に差込片 189,189 を差し込むことにより、後向き着座位置 (b)に簡単に位置 (姿勢)変更することができる

Claims
[1] 運転部の床部に滑り止め体を設けたトラクタにおいて、
左右外側方にそれぞれ張り出し状に張設して床部の一部を形成する左右一対の 張り出し体に、上面開口の嵌合用凹部を形成し、各嵌合用凹部に滑り止め体を着脱 自在に嵌合させて配置したことを特徴とするトラクタ。
[2] 滑り止め体に、上下方向に貫通する泥等落とし孔を形成したことを特徴とする請求項 1記載のトラクタ。
[3] 嵌合用凹部に、上下方向に貫通する泥等排出孔を形成したことを特徴とする請求項 2記載のトラクタ。
