A tray (4) in the form of a closed flange is positioned on the plate (2) surface along the circumference thereof. A weighted portion of granular substance for a heat-accumulating element (5), for example quartz sand, in which one or several removable vessels (6), preferably in the form of a cezve, are sunken, is placed directly on the plate (2) in an area delimited by the tray (4). A fence frame (7) whose shape is identical to the tray (4) shape is mounted on the body (1) above the tray (4).
