Abstract
L'invention propose un système de chauffage et de rafraîchissement apte à échanger de l'énergie calorifique avec une surface radiante (11), et comprenant un premier échangeur thermique (20, 350) adapté pour échanger de l'énergie calorifique avec ledit local au moyen d'un premier liquide caloporteur, un second échangeur thermique (30) présentant au moins une surface d'échange (32), un premier circuit de circulation (35) dudit fluide caloporteur entre ledit premier échangeur thermique et ledit second échangeur thermique, et comprenant par ailleurs une pluralité de cellules à effet Peltier (250, 251 , 252, 253, 254), chacune desdites cellule présentant une face d'un premier type dit « froid » et une face d'un second type dit « chaud », la pluralité desdites faces froides étant en contact thermique direct avec ladite surface d'échange, et la pluralité desdites faces chaudes étant en contact thermique direct avec des premiers moyens de dissipations (70, 57) de l'énergie calorifique ; et, une alimentation électrique (60) de ladite pluralité de cellules à effet Peltier.
