Abstract

Variateur de vitesse entre un axe primaire (3) ayant une extrémité et un axe secondaire (4) , dans lequel: - une extrémité d' axe secondaire est disposée dans le prolongement de l'extrémité de l'axe primaire, ledit variateur comprenant - un bloc de cylindres (13) disposés autour de l'extrémité de l'axe primaire, ledit bloc étant rendu solidaire de l'axe secondaire, chaque paroi de cylindre comportant au moins un orifice (6) reliant l'intérieur du cylindre avec l'extérieur, - un ensemble de pistons (8) disposés dans lesdits cylindres, lesdits pistons étant déplacés par l'extrémité de l'axe primaire, un élément annulaire (5) monté coulissant autour du bloc de cylindres de manière à obturer momentanément lesdits orifices, - des moyens (2) pour déplacer ledit élément annulaire le long du bloc de cylindres de façon à permettre une fermeture totale, partielle ou l'ouverture totale desdits orifices, tous les éléments précités étant contenus dans un carter (1) adapté pour contenir un liquide et l'ouverture desdits orifices régulant la vitesse de rotation de l'axe secondaire par rapport à l'axe primaire.
