Abstract

Diode comprenant : - une couche organique électroluminescente (4) intercalée entre une électrode inférieure transparente (5) et une électrode supérieure transparente (3), - une couche diélectrique (6, 2) placée au contact de chaque électrode (5, 3) à l'opposé de la couche organique électroluminescente (4), qui est adaptée pour obtenir, en combinaison avec ladite électrode (6, 2), le maximum de réflectivité de la lumière émise. Une telle structure optimise l'extraction de lumière et, donc, le rendement lumineux. Panneaux d'éclairage ou d'affichage comprenant un réseau de ces diodes.
