Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de matelas prévoyant une surface de sommeil et comprenant un matelas ainsi qu'un support de matelas ayant chacun une âme en nid d'abeille constituée de bandes ondulées de matière thermoplastique souple, liées par compression thermique ensemble et expansées pour former des parois de cellules définissant une pluralité de cellules contiguës de formes régulières. Les âmes en nid d'abeille présentent une face supérieure et une face inférieure ayant été soumises à une déformation d'aplanissement par compression thermique. Une première feuille de surface en matière thermoplastique souple est liée à la face supérieure de chaque âme en nid d'abeille et une seconde feuille de surface en matière thermoplastique souple est liée à la face inférieure de chaque âme en nid d'abeille. Le support de matelas est configuré pour porter le matelas ainsi qu'un corps humain positionné sur le matelas.
